The man who worked here was by himself and no other customers were present. As soon as I walked in I could tell that he HATED his job and didnt want to waste time helping me. He did help with my stuff but he had just the worst attitude and looked like he may have never had a pleasant moment in his life. I would say just find someone who doesnt absolutely hate people or their job to work here.

I highly recommend using this Currency Exchange! Steve and his staff have been nothing but tremendous help in terms of answering questions that I was unsure of. If you are looking for a place to fulfill any of your currency/paperwork needs, this location is the place to go.

Myron Cohen ran this currency exchange for many many years at the board of trade. I started going there in 1977. Myrons son Steve is now running the currency exchange after they moved to 175 w Jackson. Best operation Ive seen. Bends over backwards to help. Steve is carrying on a great family service. Imagine all that work for a pittance of fees they collect! Thanks Steve! And thanks Myron!!

Very good currency exchange. Went out of their way to verify a check so I could cash it. They actually moved one building over to 175 West Jackson. They couldnt update their info and correct their hours b/c they didnt create this Google listing.

This currency exchange is a rip off!!!They charged me $8 to get a money order! Normally $1 EVERYWHERE ELSE!!! Then asked me if I want if filled out and proceeded to hand write the information, which I couldve done myself smh... I will NEVER go back to them for anything!

The people that work here seem to think that they are above all of their clientele. They seem to be extremely bothered by the fact they have to set down their phones in the middle of a text or Facebook update. They never smile and dont even acknowledge you with a smile or any common courtesy. Stay away unless you HAVE to get a check cashed right then and there.

Rude employees, no sense of talking to people. Never go there.

Open hours on the door say 8:30 am not 8:00am like the hours here say.
