Jay, is a GEM! He literally knows his customers by name! I visit Jay every time I need a new City Sticker for my car and when my license plate sticker has expired. Jay is able to look up your details and produce whatever sticker you need one the spot! His prices are very reasonable and he has even helped me peel off my old sticker. Every person who works there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this exchange. PS - I feel very safe in there!

ITS A SCAM!!They charge a $5 fee for ID verification for Comed. There is no fee and they’re charging it illegally. Good thing I got a receipt. I will be filing a complaint.

The owner helped me out in a pinch! It was Christmas Eve, and my new debit card didnt arrive from my bank. He was gracious enough to cash a check for a very reasonable fee, even though I had never been a customer previously. Definitely saved the day!
