I had a fantastic experience with cleaning my small apartment area rug through their service. Mike was responsive and friendly. My rug had taken a beating over 2 years of dirty shoes and spills (see pictures attached) but they were able to do a phenomenal job in removing practically all the stains and discolorations from the rug and it now looks almost new (picture with coffee table). This price was extremely affordable and tremendous value. They returned it on time, exactly when they said they would. Would highly recommend!

Mike and Nick did an AMAZING job at our apartment on two separate occasions! We’re renters and the carpet was very, very rough. They really took their time to give it some much needed TLC and really get out all the deep stains and spots. They went above and beyond and stayed for as long as it took to get the carpet clean. I couldnt be happier with Mikes services! We had a VERY pet-stained carpet with lots of odor cleaned. Its still drying, but its clear that Mike removed a great deal of the problem. He simply couldnt get it all in one visit and he was totally upfront about this, which I appreciate so much. If needed, well have him back for sure! Highly recommend.

They saved my rug! I spilt coffee on what turned out to be the most delicate material and tried cleaning it myself- making the stain even worse.They took the rug and hand cleaned it making what could have been a ruined rug look amazing. You can tell they pay close attention to detail and have a lot of knowledge and experience on rug materials and how to properly clean them.I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my rugs they really know what they are doing and set your expectations up front. The guys that came by were super knowledgable and professional and taught me some things to keep my rug in good condition. I had a cleaning crew at my home at the same time and Carpet Cleaning Chicago worked with them perfectly.

Clay has been the kind serviceman who has serviced my mattress and carpets, now about three times in 7 months. He has been extremely professional, considerate, communicative, rates very reasonably and goes out of his way to provide fantastic service. He cleaned extra high traffic areas on my carpet that I had not requested just out of his integrity. I would absolutely recommend him.
