I am very happy with their service and dedication. I needed to clean custom window treatments in living room and bedroom. I have drapes/shears in the bedroom and Hunter Douglas Luminettes in the living room. I live in a high rise with the floor to ceiling windows so we are talking about window treatments that cost around 3k each to have. Needless to say, I wanted someone to take care of my window treatments like they were theirs and I did receive that service with COIT. I chose COIT to take care of my bedroom window treatments. The technician Andy who came to pick up bedroom window treatment used shoe covers and white gloves (excellent cleanliness) while he was working on taking them down. He was fast and very considerate of my 3 k window treatments. Then the other technician Joel came back to hang them and I cant describe my appreciation. It is because of people like Joel who work for COIT that I would use COIT again. Joel hung the window treatments and then spent several hours steaming them till I was completely satisfied. He was very precise, understood what not a single wrinkle means and did not rest till I was completely satisfied. As he was steaming my precious window treatments he gave me ton of advice on window treatment care and use. Next time I use COIT I will request exact Andy/Joel combination.It is from Joel I found out that COIT also can clean Hunter Douglas Luminettes. Somehow I did not get that impression while I was reading COIT website. Unfortunately, it was too late because I was already dealing with Eurosonic Blinds and Shutters Co who were cleaning my Living Room Hunter Douglas Luminettes. Long story short (see review of Eurosonic Blinds and shutters Co) I wish I used COIT for both. It would save me time and aggravation. I would highly recommend COIT and I am planning to use them in the future for all my windows treatments.
