I recently received a detailing here and Ive have to say it is the best detailing Ive received. Im very satisfied with the results and the customer service was awesome. My car feels like a brand new car. Its so clean, the gloss is shining, and the smell inside is pleasant. I would highly recommend you get your car detailed here.

I park in the garage for work and I noticed the car wash and figured I would give them a try. Let’s just say it was a waste of money that will now cost me more money. They said my car was ready. I return to get my keys and there are multiple chips of paint missing on the front of the car. Second, I wondered if they washed the car because I saw the same dirt that was on the car when I parked it. Now my car looks terrible. A honest business is everything to me. If I could, I would give this place a flat zero. AVOID!!!

Even while short staffed and obviously overworked, they did a fantastic and thoughtful job on my car. Will definitely be coming back. Great employees, great attitude, and unbelievable price.

They charged almost double what they advertised. The “detailing” was terrible. It was a ripoff and felt like a scam.

Had a bad first experience trying to use this place. I scheduled an appointment for a full detail and was asked to provide the make, model and description of my car (including color) when I scheduled the appointment. I was dropping off before business hours so they told me to park infront of the garage and drop my keys in the slot. I dropped my car on their property in the garage but apparently this was the wrong spot because when I came to pick the car up, it had not been touched and I had a $75 ticket on the window. And my keys were still in their mailbox. The frustrating part is that I had to call the shop 4 times on the day or service before I finally got someone on the phone for an update. When I asked what time it would be ready they told me my car was still being serviced and would be ready at the end of the day. This, of course, was inaccurate information. They also had the description of my car, and my keys, and knew I had an appointment, so its a little disapponting that things played out the way they did. Will not be going back here.

Great quality car wash however please fix your hours of operation on google to match your “ACTUAL” hours of operation!!! This car wash does a great job but this is my second time coming here and they’re closed hours before they are scheduled according to their google page. Came all the way out here from Indiana for a car wash at 4PM 11/3/2020 and they’re closed!!!! Although their hours of operation on google says they don’t close until 6PM... that’s really annoying.

West Loop Auto Spa did an amazing job cleaning my car, inside and out. Its a great value, and everyone working there was really nice. I got in my car and was so happy with how great it looked. I took trips to the beach throughout the summer, and all of the sand/dirt was cleaned out so well. I would highly recommend!!

This has nothing to do with the service at the car wash. Used to use it all the time. I liked them so much that I asked before I moved out of state to get my wheels refinished. This was in December of 2016. Fast forward to today. Now I need new tires on my car. They cannot get my wheels lock off my car because they torqued on the wheel lock keys, and it is impossible to get them off now. So what should I have been an $500 one hour appointment has turned into 3 half day appointments and I had to get two of perfectly good wheels replaced. I would not use them at all for this service or remind them that you are not supposed to torque on wheel lock bolts. They are only to be tightened by hand.

Unreliable service. Made an appointment in advance to have my vehicles interior and exterior to be cleaned washed for an important event. Today, two hours before my appointment, I receive a text message from the business canceling my appointment due to unforseen circumstances. Tried calling the business several times afterwards and no one is answering their phones. Now I am left scrambling to find an opening elsewhere 5 hours before my event.

Great service. People near west loop should definitely come here for a great carwash. They are very professional and completed the job in time.

They completely messed up my floor mats, because their workers stepped inside with dirty and wet shoes. I really don’t know what to say, I paid for cleaning and got back my car in a worse state! I was not able to clean the mats, so I will have to replace them!

The manager, Sam, is an honest and friendly person. I came here after rude experiences at other car service shops in South Loop as this place had explained carefully on the phone how much they would charge me for the task I was looking for.I requested trunk mat and floors shampood and they had done it for $35, in just 45 minutes! Every other place was telling me I had to make an appointment a week from now, or would take more than 2 hours. I came back and found that the service they had done to the floor, mats, and trunk were exceptional. It all smelled nice, the sugary stain on the trunk was gone, and everything was vacuumed too. The employee did some quick sponging on the interior of the steps too, just to get some of that shoe salt off. Definitely deserved a great tip.I am definitely coming back here for both car washes, interior, and potential detailing I might need done.

I have had my car washed here in the past with positive experiences and today had them detail both the interior and exterior of my car. I had brown streak stains on my roof and down to my trunk which they were able to buff out nicely! I’m a very particular person and they were super attentive to all the details. Staff is personable and accommodating. She looks new and I couldn’t be happier.

I had the interior done of my jeep on my lunch break. 20.00 well spent. They were professional and courteous. They did a great job on the interior. Will definitely be back!

Ive been coming here for a few years now. My car always comes out of this place sparkling with a basic exterior wash. I appreciate the fact that they spend the time to really clean my rims which have a lot of grooves and places to collect dirt and grime. Today, I went in for a wax for the first time after having it parked for the winter. It didnt quite come out the way I wanted it. Its honestly my fault for on not looking at the menu; I would have seen there was a difference between the wash and wax and and wax and buff. Anyways, they took the car it back, did a quality wax and buff (only charged me for the wax and buff) and had my car sparkling. Heads were turning as soon as I rolled out of the shop. The place is very clean on the inside and the staff are super friendly if you spend the time to talk to them. Thank you West Loop Auto Spa!

Prices are high, but that is expected for the area. The Manager was courteous and professional. The rating is based off the staff doing a poor job on timeliness and cleanliness. Most were standing around, and my wheels were not cleaned properly. No fragrance was offered on a premium wash.

Everytime I come here I have a great experience. The guys are very detailed and take there time. The wait time is alittle long but definitely worth it. I rather wait and have a great job than a rush job that sucks!

I did a full detail service here for my old car. The result is simply brilliant. The service includes removing the scratch, washing the exterior and interior of the car, waxing, and engine cleaning. I really didnt expect that the result can turn out to be so good. The car looks like new after the service. It also runs more smooth thanks to the engine cleaning. It took them more than 4 hours to complete the entire service, and it only costs me $125 (with coupon). I have to say the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I’ve been going here for a few years and the quality of the cleaning has declined over the past year and I will not be returning. They miss quite a bit of spots when cleaning. I got the interior and exterior done and my console and cup holders were not vacuumed and wiped down. I had sand in the crease of the seats that they did not remove. The area when you open the door where the interior of the body meets the exterior was not touched and this is a fairly easy area to clean as it’s never really exposed to the outdoor elements except when the door is open. Further, they did not clean behind my side-view mirrors. It’s like cleaning the front of your ears and not the back. Last time, the dash was not wiped and I had to deal with months of dust accumulation after what was supposed to be a full wash. Further, I’ve been noticing new nicks on my car after getting it cleaned…considering I don’t drive a whole lot I am curious if they are just not careful with the clothes that they use… Do they shake them off before wiping the cars? Are there little pebbles or other particles on them that are causing these scratches? I can’t say for sure but I have not had this problem in the past, and again I don’t drive my car a whole lot. The staff are friendly but this establishment needs a revamp in its training program. They do not do a thorough job.

I have come here four times now and every time they have closed early for the day. If you aren’t planning on staying open until 8 pm it’s a waste of your customers time to have it posted as your hours.

I dont live near here but when Im in the neighborhood and need my car washed I always come here. Hands down one of the best car wash places Ive been to! They take their time but in a good way. Youll be waiting a while BUT will happy when you leave. ****Fyi, no tips on credit cards****

$24 for a very thorough inside and out car cleaning is a good value at this convenient West Loop location. Nice waiting area from which you can watch your car being cleaned. Restroom available. Many other services offered such as detailing, leather treatment,, etc.

They do a great job every time I go, the staff is friendly and the office manager Robyn keeps everything and everybody in check.

Horrible job in my opinion. I requested a full treatment to the car. Inside and out. Wheel treatment with the tire shine. However, the tires appears to have no shine and there is still dirt in the rim. I requested the dash board and console cleaned. There us still dust on my dashboard and the console. At least wipe it down. I requested them to shampoo my mats. That was done but one of the workers had to stop the guy from putting soaking wet mats in my trunk. He was told to use a wetvac. Why do you have to be told that! Then you have an attitude and state you dont have time to do all of that. I see you guys did not have time to do a lot. I requested to spray wax the car. The car still has dirt marks or streaks on the back doors and hood. West Loop Auto Spa got my money today but will never have my returning customer. Hope it was worth it.

Extraordinary attention to detail. They worked on my car for about 20 minutes, perfectly rinsing, soaping, and drying with pressurized air. This is the perfect place for car enthusiasts!

Did the full detail package. They took my four year old Accord that was filthy inside and out and made it look like the day I first got it. I had to drop it off overnight, which was expected, but it was very easy to drop off and pick up. They have an attached garage that they store the cars in overnight. Best $125 I have spent in the past year!

Had a few rust spots sitting on the hood of my Subaru - these guys did a great job buffing and polishing so now it looks brand new. Highly recommend!

65 for wash and wax... wax job was poorly finished, didnt even pop trunk to get under fin, left several wax marks and 2 scuffs in the paint and didnt even wipe down the whole dash. But the part that annoyed me most was that no one walked around the car with me after it was done... what about making sure I am happy, trying to get a tip or upselling me for my next visit? Take pride in your work, I love tipping people that work on my car and do a decent job.

Worst service I have ever had. Brought my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) in to get the carpet shampooed and got it back without my floor mats and it appeared as if it wasnt even vacuumed in the backseat (there was actually more debris there after I brought it in) and they didnt even touch the trunk. When I went back to pick up my floor mats, they were sitting in a pile in the garage right where another car was being cleaned. After explaining to the manager how poor the service was he proceeded to ask me how much I spent. After telling him he scoffed and said well thats why this was done this way. He asked me what I wanted and I explained I wanted my money back because of the poor service. He laughed and said I dont give money back. He was completely condescending and rude. I would not recommend going there for any service because you will not get what you pay for and their customer service is appalling. Im actually surprised that they are still in business with the sub-par service they provide.

Been going here for years but Ive always used the park and wash... I actually waited this time and realized theyre so thorough, it can take almost an hour to get your car washed! They do a fantastic job, I dont go anywhere else (and I live in the north side)

Left the car and was told it will be ready in 35 minutes. Came back after 40 minutes and it wasnt touched. Apparently they pushed a couple of cars in front of mine. Absolutely no apology was given and I was told it was it will take another 35 minutes!! If you have a busy life schedule, I would suggest that you avoid this place.

This place is different than most hand car wash places.Most places usually wash cars in an assembly line process : 1 guy cleans the tires, car moves fwd... 2 guys to wash & rinse, car moves fwd... 2 guys to towel dry, car moves fwd... 2 guys to clean & vacuum the interior... and youre done.This place has 2 guys designated for the entire process, per car. So as cars come in... theyll park the car in a spot & assign 2 guys to take care of it.PROS : They do pay close attention to detail & clean your car thoroughly.CONS : If youre in a rush & have things to do... be ready to wait awhile. They take their time & move at a slow pace. One more concern was... its the winter time & was hoping that they place would have an under-carriage wash, to power-rinse the salt & dirt from the bottom of the car. Unfortunately, they dont have this service.My first time here & I came in at 10am on a Friday morning, expecting to be in & out within 15 minutes (since I had to be on a conference call for work), which is typical time for most places. The regular hand car wash was done in 40 minutes (with 2 cars there before me).Im happy that they did a good job... but it just took a really long time.

Our 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe was pretty beat up (from an accident we were involved in) when we brought it in to get a quote to have our bumper repaired, quarter panel repaired as well as pretty much the entire passenger side of the car repainted. We had an incredible experience working with Sam and Anthony from West Loop Auto Spa. Besides being very welcoming and forthcoming from the time we stepped foot into their establishment they are extremely professional and thorough in how they conduct business.West Loop Auto Spa clearly explained to us during the quoting process how they were fixing the car as well as breaking down the expected costs during this. They ensured that we understood the process and were comfortable with the repairs that they were recommending to make. It made us feel at ease that our vehicle was in good hands and more so than anything, they truly cared to make it a good experience for us.We dropped our car off on a Wednesday and got it back on Monday! Originally they estimated that it would take a full week to fix and we ended up being pleasantly surprised that they got it done early and on top of it all cleaned and detailed our beloved Coupe and made it look as if it were brand new! While our car was gone we were updated on the progress and how things were going. Customer service A+++When we picked the vehicle up our experience was similar to when we dropped it off. The staff (outside of Sam and Anthony) were extremely nice and helpful. Sam went over all of the repairs again in detail, showed us exactly what they did to fix the car and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. Upon seeing the car we were both shocked at how beautiful it looked as we didnt expect them to detail the vehicle. Not only was the outside detailed, but the inside was as well and when I say it was immaculate, I mean IMMACULATE! We take good care of our cars, regularly detailing and cleaning them and would consider myself a bit of a perfectionist and this detail job exceeded expectations.Ive used several other auto body repair shops in the downtown Chicago area and always struggled to be truly satisfied, having to take my vehicles back more than once, being rushed in and out of repairs, not understanding lengthy quotes because they were never explained to me and feeling as if I was just another number....Im glad I stumbled on West Loop Auto Spa and finally found a reputable auto body repair shop in Chicago! AVOID. Horrible experience. No customer courtesy and extremely bad service. They closed up the place with my car locked inside and charged me extra $20 for parking overnight.I sincerely hope folks stay away from this place. These people are out to rob you. They just want your money. They threatened me that they would not release my car.When I was leaving my car the guy did not even have the courtesy to tell me that the place would be closing at a certain time. I came 7-8min after closing and the place was locked up. I had to take a cab home and I could not reach anyone from the shop over the phone. Next day I show up and they demand $20 for parking extra. Ridiculous!I will also be reporting them to BBB and see if I can sue them in court.

Came in for a car wash and talked to Fern... Amazing customer service, awesome prices, and know what they are doing. All I can say is I would never trust my 370 to be washed by anyone but me... But now West Loop Auto Spa is my place, will be back many times huge shout out... if you need your ride hand washed and takin care of the right way GO HERE!!!!

Detail job was not thorough, my carpet was switched out with someone elses carpet and I had to ask them to find my carpet. The guy on the phone actually asked that I come back and look through a pile of carpet to find my carpet. Not going back, I can do a better detailing job

There was no line, 4 people working, and I was told the wait was an hour. I honestly just don’t think they wanted the business. I just wanted a standard interior/exterior wash and my guess is they cared more about the detail services$$ . I have been here a couple of times and never once had a good experience. It’s the only game in town in the West Loop, so I guess they continue to get away with subpar service and turning away business. Last time I will come here. Driving to the South Loop for State Street Hand Car Wash.

Before I drove to this place to get my car cleaned inside, I called to make sure they were still open. The guy said they were. So 5 minutes later I show up and a very rude guy came to my window and said they were closed. I said I called and he said yeah but the guys are sone, they e been cleaning cars all day. Yeah. Thats their job. Will not ever give this place my money.

Came here for exterior detailing with groupon. Maybe groupon is weird, but when I picked up the car, I can see tiny scratches still there, more obvious scratches not buffered out, and wheels are still dirty with a thick layer of dust. I dont know what to expect, but the experience was not very positive.

I second the poor floor mat cleaning service. I think they just wet the mats and do nothing else to them. It took multiple rolls to remove the dirt afterwards. Ok for a basic exterior clean.
