Discoloration and dusty look. Wheel shine wasnt good. Back bed on the truck had a dry look. Terrible car wash.

Friendly people, fair prices, good work done

Stopped by to check out their prices, they’re priced well and did great work. It took about 20 minutes top. They were very polite and professional. The job done was great as well. Only thing is when they finished, the person I assume who owns the place whistled at me and said “hey lady, your car is done”. Then continued to call me like a dog to pay for the service. So I probably won’t go back.

As stated in other reviews, they did a great job on the exterior of the car but did a horrible job on the inside - especially the windows. My front windshield and back window are extremely blurry because they were not cleaned well which is unsafe when driving at night.

I have always been a strong supporter of local businesses.I always take both of my cars to Tamaulipas and the last couple of times I was not very impressed, as a matter of fact I was a bit disappointed. My car was left dirty from the dashboard, bumper and rims/tires.(I took care of it my self) “no big deal”.I than decided to take my truck for a full detail inside and out. I was told I would be ready at 3pm/4pm but they will called me, never received a call. When I pick up my truck at 6:30pm I noticed a bit of dirt in the trunk and a bit of sticky residue on the fender.( but it was just detailed..?) there was also white paint on the bumper which was not removed with the detail, (I was able to removed it at home)”no big deal”. when I got home I also noticed my headlight was out. Owner told me he will check with his employees and will text me. Never got a text or phone call.Again I’m big on supporting my local businesses but this will make it hard for me to go back.

Last time ever going there . Guys start going through your belongings to the point that they start being sneaky and take your own detailing sprays. Called the guy out on it and said oh I was just saving it for you. Then they don’t even dry the windows all the way

They did an excellent job. Probably the best car wash Ive been to. They take a bit longer than an automated car wash or even the other hand wash I went to on Halsted, but the job was vastly superior. Inside and outside down perfectly. They even cleaned off the rims, which no other car wash has been able to do. Will definitely be returning.

Quick and quality service! We were in and out in about a half an hour with a hand washed car - inside and out! Prices are fair and the customer service was wonderful. Even some cute puppies nearby to keep us entertained! Looking forward to our next wash.

Was very happy with the service, my car was really dirty as we had just returned from road trip with kids. They did a great job cleaning it smelled great and also washed my mats and cleaned the trims. Couldn’t be happier!

These is the best hand car wash in the area!!!! Their prices are fair and they do an amazing job leaving your vehicle spotless. You will wait about 15-20 minutes from when they start washing your vehicle until they are done. They are quick and efficient workers, while do an amazing job cleaning it. Love this place

Open on snowy days in Chicago. I really needed my interior cleaned. I called at least 5 car washes on a day when there were a few flurries but everyone was closed with the exception of Tamaulipas. They did a great job BTW

Great place to get your car washed. Honest workers and they are fast, they also clean your car like its theirs. Prices are perfect for a hand car wash. I cant stress how much detail is in their work.Im 100% satisfied with their work, honesty and quick service.

Stopped by for the first time at this car wash and it was a nice stop. There was only two cars ahead of me and I got my car washed fairly fast since its hand washed. They do offer different products. They also try to upsell you if possible but without the pressure. They cleaned it well. If Im in the area Ill stop by again.

I came here the 1st time after visiting a nearby care center and thought why not, it has good reviews. First time wash was great, i think the owner did it himself thats why. Second wash though. I am not sure if they had new employees or just forgot how to wash cars but I had to tell the guys about so many missed spots. They got to vacuuming and interior cleaning the car (which i guess the owner said to do after the wash hack job) and i had to tell them they didnt clean the wheels. And then when i get in the car, no one bothered to wipe down the interior spray they use and it left stains all along my interior. Since that experience they lost me as a customer and it is sad because the owner is a nice guy and looks like a respectable establishment but he needs to really be on top of his employees.
