The worst service to ever go through.. they don’t answer the phone, never in office, blocks your number when trying to talk business, cute the car off when you pay them, leave you stuck were you are at at don’t care if you have anyone or your kids with you.. worst place ever

EZ Leasing Cars is by FAR the greatest rental hub Ive ever utilized in my rideshare career! The cars are Fantastic, Long lasting, and they provide all maintenance you need. You literally only have to call or text them! Their response time, amazing service, and helpfulness is an experience you dont get often when dealing with renting/leasing agencies! The 1st day Kahlid was helpful and professional. The 1st Prius he gave me was a total rut. I took the car back and asked Kahlid for a better looking and cleaner car. Before he could show me another I immediately asked for the Red Prius. Eventhough he went up $25 I didnt mind.When I drove the car out of the lot and headed to the gas station. Service soon light came on and I immediately contacted Kahlid. At the moment he expressed concern and asked me to return the vehicle. Due to the vehicle malfunction Kahlid again expressed concerned and as well provided discounted services for the 1st and 2nd week $275 for the 1st week, $275 for the second week, afterwards $300. He promised that he will fix the vehicle and informed me to call him on Monday after 1pm to ensure the car was ready. Kahlid texted me on monday and informed me that the red prous was ready. I return the other car; to which it was flithy. However, I returned the car clean and detailed. Kahlid inform Sara of our deal and Sara agreed. Sara provided the insurance and registration and recapped that next will be $275 and then $300 afterwards. Sara was apologetic and gave me the key.Today the payment of $275 was due. As usual no one is never in the office. I called Kahlid he answered. While giving him the money I told him I need $5 in change ( gave $280) Kahlid told me No and that I owe him $300. I told him No, due our agreement. As soon as 2 other customers walks in Kahlid voice rises and bodly told me to walk away and that anyone will pay $300 for any of his vehicles. I became upset and told him to refrain from being disrespectful. That was my fault I should had retained a written agreement from him. I gave him the $300 and told him to fix the brakes and that I need my contract that I signed last week. Kahlid began to laugh and lied on Sara stated that she given me my contract. I told him that was false and I need the contract and receipts of payments. While I was asking another customer some questions inregards to ride sharing, Kahlid proceed out to the area that the young lady and I was sitting and burst out saying: I dont do 1 or 2 year leasing, I only do day to day or weekly, before I could let him finished. I interrupt him and informed him its not professional to assume, its not professional to discuss what I have with him and EZ Leasing infront of any customers. I told him to go do his part. He pulls the young lady in the back and shut the door. Later found out that he readjusted his prices off of the count of me. He informed the young lady that he charges sometimes $300, but most of his vehicles are $275.Afterwards, my children dad walk in to wait due to them taking the car and fixing the breaks. I discuss with him what had happen. Him and Kahlid talked. Kahlid returned and threw my money. The disrespect of muslim men. Kahlid and I will be in court soon!Make sure the car is cleanBe careful of his Insurances. I have proof of fraudulent insurance he gives out to individuals he rent toMake sure you obtain your contract on the same day with receiptsIf Kahlid makes you promises, make him give it to you in writing do not take his word!Make sure the vehicles are in working conditionBe careful he takes cars with city of Chicago boots. He strips the vehicles and replace the old parts with new or used parts

Khalid is a crook ! He was a crook leasing his cabs in the old days, and he is still a crook leasing cars for share ride business .He manipulates drivers , and his employees equally. His cars are terrible. He has no problem leasing you a car , knowing it is a bad car, and will go dead on you in an hour or two, yet still charging you 300$/ week for it. Thief !

DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM! The cars are in terrible condition. Customer service is very rude! My rating went down from a 4.97 to a 4.94 due to the condition of the vehicle. I couldn’t get the first vehicle approved to drive with Uber due to an issue with the registration. I even took the paper work to an Uber location and it still got rejected. The owner acted as if I was lying. He gave me another vehicle and still charged me for the first car that I could not even use.

They are so rude and unprofessional and on organized. He talks down on you like your nothing. The cars are dirty he tells you one price then it other price once you start renting from them. They need be closed down ASAP

This is a good company to lease with. They fix the cars at the facility. Everything you need they have it including snow tires. Great company to lease for Uber ,Lyft ,Amazon Flex and food delivery.

Don’t not rent from this company cars are a mess check engine light on! Even if you paint he turns car off the same day you’ll be stuck an stranded where ever you go! Please don’t rent here his insurance is fraudulent!!!! His inspections are fraudulent will be reporting him to the police Lyft an Uber!!! He disrespects people like no other!

Very rude and unprofessional .Cars are so dirty and smell so bad.I took the camry and couldnt stand the smell so i take it back after few minutes and they zaid they only have prius.On the phone they said the price are different but in the office is another story.Change their price as they want to.Even paid they will disabled your car.I had to call the police for report just in case.Do not go to that place.Avis and hertz have better deal with uber driver

Khaled was very rude. He would cut the car off in the middle of traffic did not care if I started renting on Monday and He told me I had until 5pm to pay the following Monday why are you cutting the car off Sunday night at 11pm etc. him and his assistant were not on the same page. I talked to her she said one thing he said another. The cars were in horrible condition

I made payment on time and Khalid must’ve confused me with someone else or he’s just that dumb. I paid for the vehicle and dealt with the car not starting for 2 days and then he sent out a mechanic on the 3rd day got the car started and tried to charge me for 3 days. After payment on the first day and never being able to drive. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE TEMPER
