Got our CRV a complete detailing. We have a dog and have been doing a lot of car trips over the last 5+ years without a deep clean/detailing before. Car looks great, got every nook and cranny cleaned and seats look fantastic for the shape they were in when we rolled in. Will definitely return.

I get a lot of hand washes in the city Ill have to say the prices are spot on you wouldnt expect that for this neighborhood. It was one of the best if not the best hand wash Ive ever had. My Porsche smelled great when I got in and were general hand washes will just skim over many parts there wasnt a part they skimmed over that wasnt done well. The price for what you get here is amazing!

Initially took my car here to get tints. They looked great, but when I saw it in the daylight noticed a bunch of air bubbles throughout. Thought it would go away by itself, thinking that it was just holding some moisture, but after 2/3 days the air bubbles were still there.Messaged the tint guy and he asked me to come back in. After showing him the bubbles, he was courteous enough to re-do two windows. But kept complaining about how it’s just how the car is shaped, which doesn’t seem fair since he still accepted to do it and took my money already. But after re-doing them, the bubbles are now worse! It’s almost like he took revenge for me complaining and made it so much worse. I ended up going elsewhere and they had to remove everything and re-do it.After both times, I took my car to the car wash. I bought the Supreme/Superior package both times. They do a good work on the outside, but inside always stays horrible. They barely go anything inside the car, even though they say they will wipe down everything. Both times the inside remained dirty and still had streaks and stains left over that were previously there.In the end, don’t think I’ll be going back to the shop for tints or a car wash. But very nice people, especially the owner’s son. He always had a smile on his face and very energetic. Would love to come back, but just wish they just did a better job.

Full Interior/Exterior Groupon Deal was well worth the money! I called to make an apt and asked for the same day service and they took me right away. Expect to be without a car for ~3 hrs for a full detail job. These guys are so friendly and really took care of my car. I have not seen my car look this good since I first got it. Will be coming back again!

Did a miracle on my SUV. Got the interior and exterior detail and it was amazing. The car looked brand new inside and out. Our truck was trashed on the inside with every single cloth seat stained. They patiently and thoroughly got all the stains out. Impressed! Family run neighborhood place.

Cant say anything but positive things about my experience with Logan Square Car Wash & Detailing. I got a Groupon for an interior clean, expecting that I would get the car returned nicely cleaned inside, but WOW, they were able to get out stains that Ive had in the seat for years. Ive even had my cars interior detailed each year by different businesses, but they really made my car look brand new. This car is 12 years old and with cloth seats and a dog, it does get a bit dirty. Take a look at these pictures. Ill definitely be back again! Very professional and prompt staff (they fit me in the same day I called). Highly recommended!

Been going to this car wash for many years. Always have had very good service. The only thing that is slightly off is that no matter who is cleaning the windows they never seem to get it right always streaked. Other then that great place to get your car washed.

Paid for extra services to have interior of car wiped down as well as exterior. What happened guys?They barely did a thing to clean the inside of the car. Door handles, cup holders, back area all needed to be cleaned and vacuumed again and still had easy-to-clean smudges. Wasted my time and money

I left actually very angry coz i came here with my car pretty messed up especially inside, hoping to get the best but i am far from happy. I sat there all happy seeing about 3-5 men take turns cleaning my car only for me to go into the when called upon and it was just like they did nothing on the inside. I actually wanted to tip but was mad angry. I had food crumbs on my rugs and it was still there, had oil stains on the door and dash board, yet it was still there after the so called clean up. Had to take my car else where for another wash. I got zero value for my money.

Nice and quick. Got the Supreme wash for my very dirty after winter SUV. If you want it PERFECT, youll have to pay more for more detailing. But for a quick $20 wash, my car looks great. Good spring cleaning after our Chicago winter. Good customer service. Zero problems.

The receptionist is extremely nice and responsive, great service. The car wash is good, could be a tad better, same for the waiting time. All in all a nice place, decently priced. The premium wash was 12 bucks (with the early bird 3 bucks discount). Would I recommend the place? Sure.

The guy running the register was very personable. It was pretty busy but didnt take that long. Going to go here all the time and rack up punches in my loyalty card.

This place really washes your car...with the 2 bucket method....you will see the difference on a black car.

Called for interior detailing and a wash. Everyone was very nice and professional on the phone. I asked how much I should take the stuff out of the car and was told to remove as much as I could but otherwise they can remove it, clean it, and replace the stuff. It was supposed to be 3-4 hours. It was closer to six (which was fine if the job was actually done). I get there and see first that there was still dirt on the outside of the car. I said “so did you not wash the car yet.” And the guy said “that doesn’t come off.” And I picked at it with my nail and showed the dirt came right off. He was confused and it was loud and we’re both wearing masks (not complaining about masks! Happy to see the mask wearing) and the car was supposed to be a surprise for my husband who at this point was starting to think I’d crashed in a ditch somewhere.I had to leave, and when I get in the car I realize they hadn’t done a thorough job with the detailing. The seats and floors looked great, but the actual DETAILS, like the center console and the surfaces around the radio and a/c hadn’t been touched. Literally still had dust. I show my husband, he was very thankful but when I pointed that out he said “yeah that’s weird, it’s literally called detailing.”I call back, spoke with a VERY nice woman, Alexis, and she apologized and was patient. She said she was taking down all the information I gave (which I believe, she was thorough) and she offered for me to bring the car back the next day so they could finish the job.I bring it back, a manager greets me and asks me what the problem was. I point out a couple spots (as an example) and said they did a great job on all the fabrics but the job wasn’t finished. After ~40 min (I wouldn’t have minded it’d it took longer) and they give the car back. They cleaned the two spots I pointed out and washed the car. There’s still dirt in lots of places, console was untouched with visible grime, and the glove compartment was untouched.Skip this place, they literally don’t know the definition of detailing.

It’s a must go to car wash when needing window tents on your vehicle.... very good window tents have been put on all of my car I have owned in the past and also now ... price is the best around.... call to find out it’s a two man shop that is run out of the car wash ... the wait for two front windows to match the rest of my windows was less than a hour... price was 60 cant get no better than that ... windows I never in all of 20 years going her with the same guy doing the job had to g back from the tents to be fixed .. I always give a tip 😀

Do not recommend.Missed the back cupholders. Still obvious crumbs and sticky inside.Didnt vacuum under seats.Didnt clean headliner.Nobody wearing masks even when customer is inside.I appreciate the offer of a bonus carwash if I brought it back for them to get the spots they missed, but I dont have time to go back all the time. Id rather go to a trusted place where they her the job done right the first time.

$109 + $25 for being a SUV for a full detailing thru groupon and this is what i’ve got. Some surfaces were not even touched .Do not recommend. Left the car with them for 5 hours.

Took my car for an exterior detail. Took over 4 hours when they said at most it would be 3. When they showed me the finished product, I was VERY disappointed. There were multiple spots all over and other spots where it looked untouched. They clearly dont know the definition of a DETAIL if you can still see clay and wax left over already dried up.VERY SLOPPY work. Better off finding a car detail somewhere else.

Not only did Dennis & team get the dog throw up smell and stain out, but when I showed up on a 10 degree day, he had the car warmed up and ready to go. Don’t hesitate to go here.

People are cool! But my service was not great! They were suppose to detail my interior. Spots were left on my seats and the inner roof of my car was not wiped. It was left dirty and could have easily been cleaned or wiped. No attention to detail! I will NEVER COME BACK AFTER SPENDING $100 ON SOMETHING I COULD HAVE DONE..OH AND I WAITED 2 HOURS AND 2O MIN FOR POOR SERVICE.

I took my 5 year old Jeep to get detailed and when I picked it up, it looked brand new! The folks did a great job at getting years old stains off my seat. My Jeep has that new car feel from the steering wheel to the seats to the mats. They were done in under 3 1/2 hours.

Bought two Supreme car washes this morning, was not very impressed with the service I received for the price, got home and had to clean the inside windshield along with door panels, will most likely no longer purchase the Supreme wash but just a regular wash, if I happen to go back.

Got tints my vehicle here. I was satisfied with the work and cost. the lifetime warranty was included.

I pulled up 30 mins before they closed and they gave me a nice superior wash. It was $3 off so that was lit. They didnt clean all the plastic trims on the inside but thats okay.

Everyone on site was Super nice. There were a few corner areas that were untouched, but I easily wiped myself once I got the car back. The other portions of the interior detailing has made my car look brand new & it was a mess when they got it (bless them). They all seemed to be working super fast, so I appreciate the almost-on-the-dot 3 hour finish time & the tiny missed details were certainly forgivable. Will try a service again. Thank you so much!

They were very efficient! I got my car interior detailed. They said the wait time would be two hours. They were done within one! The quality of the cleaning was good. Some minor spots missed but my car still looks new! The customer service was excellent! The receptionist was so friendly.

I bought a groupon for interior detailing. I picked my car up about 45 mins ago and it looks worst than when i dropped it off. There are brown spots all over the carpet and seats. Correct me if im wrong but I thought detailing was supposed to clean and remove stains ? It literally looks like the slapped some polish on a rag wiped the dashboard and Steering wheel down and just vacuumed. There wasnt even a clean scent smudges on the radio etc . I will be contacting my bank . Total waste of my money.

Took my caravan in for a Detail and i noticed everything was still dirty and address it to the owner but he said he can’t do nothing about it, also all my floor Matt’s where soaking wet and floor. I had to put a fan on the inside for 2 days to dry everything up. Never going back and I suggest people who wants a good detail this is not the place.

What a shame I wish I could post how unprofessional they are I’ve given them opportunity after opportunity my suv is no where near clean there’s crumbs all in the cup holders and in the console ... I paid $26 dollars for a vacuum and wash ... never will I go there again do your self a favor and stay away from this place

Wow, been a while since I left a business being impressed with how they handle business & their level of customer service. I worked with Dennis to have my car detailed and when I called he mentioned he was booked up but would try to find a way to get me in that day. When he wasn’t able to he returned my call apologizing and offering me the next available time slot. The entire process was so easy, fast and from start to finish an amazing experience. UPDATE: learned that prior owner/manager passed away 5 or so years ago. Jimmy certainly did not learn about service from him.- chose Logan due to past car wash experience, always superior- left fairly clean new-to-me used car for detail. Told to return in 5 hrs.- paid for Uber home and back ($40+)- car inspected in dark part of garage and looked ok (my mistake)- wax streaked all over exterior, salt residue still on door runners, windows streaked, water drips from mirrors and handles, vacuuming cursery, water stains on door jambs- Ill spend today detailing my car after I get a local car wash- detail $150 + tip, Uber $40Super wash would have been $20!!Past reviews indicate this biz does NOT refund. Never going back.

I found Logan Square Hand Car Wash & Detail through a Groupon I purchased. They did a great job with my internal detail, and let me know that my seats were still wet before sitting in them. They suggested that I keep my car windows open to help minimize the risk for any mold/mildew. They did a great job in a very reasonable turnaround time - got me in same day! Would definitely come back.

They did a great job cleaning out my car. Ive found the vacuums at a lot of diy car eashes and gas stations are weak and havent been able to get up a lot of dirt and old leaves that were ground down into crevices in the carpet. They even took the floor mats out and wiped them clean. It looks great!

There are couple of guys who do tinting on their own. Whoever is planning to get their windows tinted, get it done by these guys without hesitating. I have got my 3 cars tinted over there for cheaper than most places like 90% of the tinting businesses out there, but the quality is just perfect.

Car was cleaned ok it shined a bit but my rear view mirror was not dryed well at all my wheels was not cleaned I ended up taking a towel to them myself and the dirt came off so that tells me it should of been cleaned its very disappointing because I tipped two ppl b4 I left but while waiting a customer pulled up seem like he been there b4 because the owner started on his vehicle spraying the rims taking a brush to them and then spraying them again and then a towel so I guess they treat there regulars better then new clients it was a miss for me I will not go back

So we went and make sure you look at your vehicle in the sun because inside the shop looks different we went back and they cleaned the areas we saw needed cleaning

Sometimes they do a good job scrubbing the car around and sometimes they act as if they are helping but they are not and the car comes out almost the same way it came in not good at all

My car is so clean and shiny when its washed but make sure you inspect your interior windows sometimes they are still left smeared.

Terrible customer service, payed 17 dollars and gave 8 dollars of tip. And got only a BAD wash NO clean carpets and a nasty smell or perfume. When I had originally payed all the inside of the car to be cleaned. They took 15min cleaning it and the owner so called owner was beyond rude when I was trying to demonstrate how dirty theyve left my car. making sure to never go back and placing a complain to the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible place to wash your car or truck.. Brought my work truck and they never took the time to clean the inside correctly. Didnt vacuum or clean it.. Ill never go there again.. I suggest you dont either.. unless you want to get ripped off $20.

Worst car wash.I had my car wash at that place about 1 month ago. They put the rugs all wet in the car I didn’t realize that this caused roach in my car I guess the moisture of it. First time I went to a place who didn’t dry floor mat and didn’t let the customer know about it.Worst worst for the first time in my life I have cockroaches in my car. I can tell it was them because I can see the matt are brown and smell rusty.

I purchased a Groupon for an interior detail a few months ago and needed to use it before the expiration. I called and made an appointment - very easy. Got there Sunday morning at appointment time and they were ready for me, ushered me right in, asked if I was waiting or picking up later and advised that they would get right on it, which they did.They kept me informed throughout the process and finished much sooner than Id expected. I had a lot of tar on my car courtesy of the City of Chicago construction and they offered to remove it for a reasonable upcharge. I had them to it. The car hasnt looked this good in a LONG time. Im very pleased and will frequent this car wash.

Is fine for a quick wash, but I paid for the worksSuper and still had to clean the back of my seats and console from where my kid puts their feet while in the car seat.
