Great energy. Dave, Mark, Jonathan, Eric, all great to deal with in my experience. I plan on recommending this outfit to friends and will probably be back to try some other tours of theirs.

The staff was friendly and our experience was fine starting out. When my large group and I asked what time we needed to return by, we were told “just have them back by 7:00pm!” We went down the river, enjoyed our time, and came back to “you owe us extra money” because we apparently stayed out too long (2.5 hours). When telling the manager the situation that we asked the worker what time we needed to be back- he did not care and was extremely rude. When we asked the worker why he said that, he was not apologetic at all for the miscommunication that cost us an extra $500. It seemed like this is a normal occurrence at their business and it was extremely shady. Based on this experience alone, would never rent from here again or recommend to anyone else.

Did a 2 hour rental through Groupon. Very nice and helpful staff, all the equipment was in good condition. All participants receive a small training session before we got into the river, very helpful being a first timer. We had a good time!

Rented kayak for 1 hour . The manager there was nice . They also gave a small training session before we got into the river .takes around 2 and half hours to go downtown and to have a look a the tall buildings and come back . Cost is $30 / hr for a tandem kayak for one hour.

I booked a tour three days in advance. Nobody showed up on site. Available phone numbers all lead to full voicemail boxes. Pursuing further action to have my money refunded. I do NOT recommend this company.

Kayaks are in good condition and the super friendly staff makes the experience even better. Call in advance to double check that they’re open. Opening hours depends on how the weather is and how big the waves are.

Purchased rentals online, went to the kayak rental place during their posted business hours. After paying for parking and walking a mile there was nobody to be found at the rental shop and nobody to answer the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I contacted the owner and days later have not received an explanation or apology.

I was very happy with the service and my family and i didnt get to go kayaking because of the weather but it was refunded immediately with no problems .I will definitely rebook with them .
