Went here today to buy my son a bike. Although we didnt end up getting a bike due to just not finding one I liked in his size , the people were awesome. Shaving down the seat thing and changing seats to try to make it fit to my sons height. They were so awesome. Hopefully I can go back and find one !

One of my favorite bike stores. Not sure whats with the negative reviews. They are very reasonable. If you are looking for Performance Bike this is just the opposite. Its about real bikes for real people who ride them. They also teach kids how to work on bicycles. They always have something going on that peaks my interest.

Zero costumer service. I went in with cash and they acted like I was doing them a favor.

This is the definition of a ghetto bike shop.They know what theyre doing - for the most part - but dont expect them to don disposable plastic gloves before they handle your ride.Hence, I would not feel confident bringing a $2000 road bike here beyond basic inquiries.Bathroom status:They do have a bathroom here that you can use.**Note**This and Your Community Bike Shop are the same place.

One of these guys said he’ll be at the shop in 1 hour and we go an hour later and then said oh i’ll be there in 35 minutes and it’s almost about to be more than 35 minutes and he still hasn’t arrived and he made us wait way too long

Just dont go to this store. They will try to reap you off. For example, they will try to sell you things you dont need, such as a new set of tires and tubes when all you got is a simple flat!Also, they dont offer a good service. Instead of removing the wheels for me, they had me do that and didnt even offer help. Then, they charged me a labor fee!Finally, when I complained about a defective product, they did not wanted to acknowledge that their product was defective. I had to fix it by myself.I regret to have shopped there and I will never stop there again. The owner, Robert, is a great guy! He fixes bikes quickly, and is very reasonable. Wonderful neighborhood store that does an excellent job serving the community.

This shop enjoys a massive profit margin. From what I can tell at first glance, the only people who purchase bicycles here are those that have not looked online to see how much bicycles actually cost. Saw a Schwinn adult trike here without any bells or whistles boasting a price tag of $400.00; priced at an average of $250 online.

The guy that was supposed to change my bottom bracket litterally left halfway through the job because he had been there all day, and wanted to go home. The other guy that was left, ended up tightening my bottom bracket even more. Owner still charged me for a bottom bracket adjustment.

Yup, walked in this place ... no acknowledgment. they ignored me and I will never set foot back in this place ever. I dont know how they are even in business.

These guys are rude and unhelpful. I took my bike in a while ago to get both tubes replaced. One of the ones they put on didnt have a Schrader valve and so didnt work with my pump. When I brought it back and asked them to replace it, they said no and sold me (not gave, SOLD) an adapter that didnt work. Finally I took my bike to another shop to have a Schrader tube put in.Really unimpressed with this company, I now go to another bike shop that is further away but provides much better service.

Horrible place never come. I cant return things and it is just bad. NEVER COME. THE PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE

Does a great job of repairing bikes and has cheap prices.

It was an ok shop. I found it cause of Craigslist and one of the guys told me they had a bike for under $200 but when I got there it was more expensive.

They are scam artists. I bought a bike from them and the bearings were shot and they just greased it and and sold it. I tried to bring it back and then they told me the all sales are final. RIP OFF!!!! Hope they shut done.

The guy got upset about me asking for prices, told me that If he knew that I was only asking he would of never give me or put so much attention to me to begin with, this was in front of my wife and my 5 kids, I coudnt believe it!

My husband and I decided to take our bikes. We took his bike first because it only needed air. They charged us $20 just because they put air in the bike, literally he just put air, my husband confront him and he ended paying $12 JUST FOR AIR.I am glad that I did not bring my bike here. NEVER COMING BACK

Poor quality work done on my bike, very expensive, if you go there for a minor repair you will end up paying for a major one . Rip off busses
