I had read a lot of good reviews about Prime Barber Lounge online and it was highly recommended by friends. It did not disappoint. From the moment I first stepped inside the shop I already knew I was going to be back. It looked very clean and the barbers looked very professional. I had set up and appointment with the owner and he greeted me and welcomed me with a friendly, vibrant attitude. He took his time and the results exceeded ALL expectations. My hair never looked that great, ever. Highly recommended.

First off I just wanna say that Memo is the best of the best out there! I’ve been to a handful of barber shops and never have been happy with the service, the barbers were always late or I would get a last minute cancellation. All the barbershops I’ve been to they always talked about how great Prime Lounge was and how they wanted to be just as popular. So I decided to give it a shot and I’ve never been so pleased with the service! Every time i go Memo is ready for me I never have to wait, everything is so clean, making appointments was very easy and the hours are very flexible. Love all the positive vibes going on feels more like a family working together. Will definitely keep going!!

Definitely a good experience walked in as a walk in, took care of me wen someone was available while i was waiting played a pool game with someone there waiting as well . Shop is very clean feels very comfortable as soon as you walk in . The barber that took care of me was very kind he also explained how I can book an appointment online so I wouldn’t be waiting next time , but honestly I didn’t mind waiting at all because I understand that a good hair cut, your going to wait if you don’t have an appointment. Haircuts be crispy and clean from all the barbers, these gentlemen are the best and are highly recommended if you are wanting to look sharp, wonderful with children, they would go out their way to get the child comfortable so the child can look fresh. Phenomenal service. Seems like the place is more appointment oriented and i came in as a walk in. Even as a walk in i was seen within 10-15 minutes of walking in (pool table was great for the short wait). The owner, memo, greeted me as soon as i walked in and made sure i was taken care of. Very friendly staff and i have been going to this shop for 4 months consistently since that day. NEVER A BAD EXPERIENCE... PERIOD.10/10 from me.

My husband was in search of a new barbershop, after this COVID-19 left so much in question. I’m SOOOOO grateful he found Prime Time Barber Lounge. Memo was amazing. He made my husband feel so comfortable and the atmosphere was just so personable. He came home and looked like a new person. The biggest thing I want to point out was that my husband had this chip on his shoulder when he walked through the door at home because of this barbershop. Great barbers, amazing haircuts nothing wrong wit the services it’s just too hot in there. I went to get a haircut today and it was uncomfortable sitting there without AC and only having one fan blowing air for the whole shop, I’d highly appreciate if the owner would fix the ac for this hot summer.

This has become my go to spot for a fresh cut. I went once realizing my normal barber Memo was out and I became iffy because you know, once you got your go to, that’s who you trust, the rest of the staff there was extremely friendly and recommended I get a cut from Rafa. I was extremely satisfied at the end when I saw no difference from my normally cut. The consistency between barbers is hard to find. I highly recommend this place to others!!

Where do I start?.. I’ve been following Memo’s work for over 6 years, but didn’t officially become a client of his until about 3 years ago and now I do weekly cuts. I wish I went in sooner! Memo makes sure he takes care of you every single time you sit in his chair. He went above and beyond when designing his shop. Nothing like I’ve ever seen before! It was my first time at this barber shop and the barber that I got by random was very good. I been in plenty of barber shops and this one nailed it to what I exactly wanted for my look. Being a first time walk in you would probably expect to be taken well care of just like any other barber shop. I walked in and they acknowledge I was a walk in, asked me to have a sit and wait so I did, 30 mins past by one guy decided to walk out the other one hide in the back and the 3rd guy was sweeping ignoring that they had a new client. I walked out with no intention of going back.

Ive been to Prime Barber Lounge since it made its opening debut and nevrer had I had a problem! Every employee is very professional in what they do as they should. They take theyre time on every cutomers cut not just speaking on behalf of my barber but all barbers. Yeah, prices might be slightly high compared to others but note that every customer is getting quality! And yes, walk ins might take slighly longer to be taken care of but you have to understand barbers have made appointments with their clientele; however, to accommodate customers every barber has what they call booksy first come first serve on appointments. And if all fails they are willing to get you in as soon as they can, I say it through experience. Therefore, i give Prime Barber Lounge a 5 star! Keep up the outstanding work you guys!
