He knew how to perform the cutting and he made an effort to make a perfect hairstyle that suited my face shape and he applied a color that suited my skin complexion. I liked the result. Great Barber shop. It has an awesome vibe. Great graffiti art style decor and art. It is a large shop with room for social distancing if you are a person who is concerned about that. They play good music and have a lot of large televisions. They have an atm machine in the shop. If I had one complaint it would be that it is expensive. Thirty Five Dollars is a lot of money for a hair cut on my opinion. My normal barber who also does an amazing job only charges Fifteen dollars. I went to Chicagos best because I was passing by the shop. Also my barber was to busy that day. At Chicagos best there was an open chair and I did not have to wait. That was great. Also I dont mind supporting a local business and helping a barber to earn a good living. Over all I am very happy with my experience at Chicagos best. Thanks guys. I recommend this shop !

Well-trained hairdressers who take care of your needs. Please be prepared for at least 20 minutes of waiting time most of the day. But the wait is worth it. When my husband looked at himself in the mirror, he was so pleased that he looked so handsome and younger. This is a highly recommended spot!

Im really satisfied with the cut and beard trim. The guy who was doing the service was making sure it was fine. He began to cut my hair and he kept staring at my beard after that and tried to make changes just to make it perfect. His attention to detail was greatly regarded. He does not in any way make you feel stressed. Im very pleased with the operation!

This has to have been the worst customer service I’ve ever seen . I made an appointment a week in advance and when I arrived the door was locked and the shop was empty but all the lights and TV’s were on . I called multiple time and no one answered . I waited for about 10 minutes then called the Beauty shop next store which is associated with them . The woman who answered the phone advised the barber went to get lunch and will be right back . After waiting another 10 minutes a barber arrived and opened the shop . I told him I had a 12 o clock appointment with ace and he advised he wasn’t there and wasn’t coming in today . I asked the gentleman why hadn’t anyone called me to let me know he wouldn’t be in and I needed to reschedule and he said he didn’t know and all he knows is the barber i scheduled texted and said he wasn’t coming in this morning. Very unprofessional and lack of concerns for their customers and time . I will not be rescheduling.

I came here because I needed a new haircut, and it was close to my hotel. It is also advised by the workers. I guess the guy who saved me was Joel. He did a fine job, anyway! It wasnt busy, there was another worker waiting for the clients. Ive been there for almost an hour, and three people have come in. I strongly recommend this place to you.

The haircut itself was fine, but the service here was lacking. I called ahead to see if I could make an appointment for later in the day. The person who answered the phone noted that there were only 3 barbers working that day, so they were not taking appointments; they were only taking walk-in customers, and the wait would be very short.Once I got there, nobody addressed me as I walked in and sat down on the bench to wait for my cut. In the 1+ hour that I waited for my haircut, 3 or 4 different customers/friends came in after me and were seen before me, which one of the barbers noted, apologizing that they all had appointments ahead of me.Honestly, I dont usually mind waiting for a haircut. I usually expect to wait 30 minutes as a walk-in. I am just frustrated that I was told that all the barbers were only doing walk-ins and the wait would be short, neither of which were true. If youre friends with one of the barbers, this is definitely the place to go. Otherwise, you may want to consider looking somewhere else.

Amazingly cozy place to get a shave. Theyve got decent gentlemans hairdressers, and inside theyve got a little café. In addition, after youve had your hair trimmed, theyll give you a massage. Its so soothing. I came home proud of my haircut. I dont care if it sounds pretty braggy. Thats just what I thought after the service.

Ive been going to Margarita for over 3 years, and shes the best barber Ive come across! I highly recommend her to anyone including my friendsI used to make random appointments at downtown barbers, but the prices were higher and the quality was lower imo

Mexico the barber (Aldrin) does an excellent job on my hair cuts. This guy is an excellent worker, and its truly painful to see him work for someone who supports a man who disagrees with Aldrins existence in America. I give aldrin a 5/5 🌟, the shop would get a 0/5 🌟 if it was possible. If you dont mind the ignorance of the owner, I recommend you have Aldrin cut your hair.

This is the best barber in Chi they’re clean fast and do an exceptional fresh cut. I take my son here also. Friendly barbers with talent and the place Looks cool also.

Not just a nice haircut, but the operation is outstanding as well. The workers are polite, the room is neat, and all is in order. Waiting in line for your turn to be served is not that bad, particularly with comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Made an appointment for 11am - wasnt greeted by anyone as i sat and waited. Two walk ins were taken while i sat and waited. Still nobody spoke to me so i asked one of the other barbers if my stylist was even there - he said no but hell text him. So at 11:25 my stylist shows up and apologizes but by then it was too late for me because i had to leave for work.

Margarita gives a great haircut at a fair price. The shop is always clean and the barbers seem to all be professional and enjoy what they do. Also it seems like they take walk ins but reservations seem to be encouraged.

The Worst barbershop in the State of illinois to get a Hair Cut. im posting this review because of the horrible experience that i had and The Name does not Fit at all to this buisness, Told the Barber what i wanted done on my hair and He took 1 hour and 20 min to do something completely different from what i told him iv never had an issue with a barber in 12 years Very sad i paid $30 for another hair cut the next day somewhere else

I showed the barber a photo of what my last hair cut and beard trim looked like. He removed TWO INCHES off of my beard. I am so upset. I’ve never had a fade that has left my scalp so irritated nor have I had such a careless and haphazard beard trim. There was no discussion or clarification on what I wanted my beard trim to be. He took the trimmer and guard to my face and acted so quick before I could stop the damage from being done. Not to mention my beard is uneven and people are pointing this out!!The barber also answered a FaceTime call in the middle of cutting my hair. That’s so unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Chicago’s Best Barbershop is by far the best Logan Square barbershop! I just moved to the neighborhood a couple months ago from Wicker. I have gone in at least 3x now, and they have been consistent with their haircuts and service. I am glad I found my new Logan Square barbershop!
