My sister had her daughters sweet fifteen birthday party yesterday. I came from Texas for the occasion. I was very impressed!! Everything was beautiful. Price according to my sister was very reasonable. The staff was exceptional, friendly attentive, and just wonderful! The owner was always checking, and making sure that everything was just PERFECT!!

The place was nice and clean and the service was wonderful. They were steps ahead of the game and made sure we wanted for nothing. Parking was also pretty convenient!

This place is excellent! Was there for a family reunion. The service was friendly, plenty of food and drinks. Very clean. They have good dancing music. I highly recommend this place .

This place is clean and has beautiful atmosphere. They had professional staff that served on time. They were always there, if you needed something. The food was fresh, warm and seasoned well. I would use this venue for a future event.

Its very pretty inside, but the food is always the same menu, people they have serving give me the impression that they are paying for the food!

My fair lady hall was the best hall in chicago,It was not just any hall. I really like it.Each service was suerb and well-prepared.I was fully satisfied.Thank you!!!

Had my wedding there and they were so unprepared. The guard was unprofessional and was intimidating to Our Guest. She didnt have enough food for my guests to eat but yet I was charged for extra tables for people to sit with no food to eat. Do not recommend it at all very sad and disappointed

Find somewhere else to hold your party. We paid for a package with open bar from 7 pm to 1 am. We were told that the bar would be closed at 12:30 am. The owner closed the bar at 12 am. This is unacceptable considering that was not in our contract. Will never hold another party here again or recommend to anyone.

We celebrate my mom 75th birthday party their n it was amazing. The food was off the charts, very nice n friendly employees.

Saturday July 14th 2018 i went to visit this banquet hall. Although i did not put down deposit, the owner sarah and i made a verbal agreement that i will bring the deposit the end of August 2018 (6 weeks later)for this particular day (12/08/2018). Well today i called to set up the meeting and give her the deposit and she hits me with this bomb: Oh, that day has been booked since January 2018, wait what???? you just showed me your calendar 6 weeks ago and the month of December 2018 was empty. This is the most unprofessional situation i have come across. If you want to rent this banquet hall, make sure double check and maybe tripple check that you are not being confused with someone else. Even though my name was written down on her calendar with my phone number on it, she claims that she never promised me that date. My suggestion? go somewhere else, where people remember you.

Food is to die for! Yuca is soo good! Wish hall was bigger. Place is small. Bar was good!

The place needs updating. Looks like its stuck in the 90s. Good thing, its clean.

Been calling this place for 2 weeks straight. Still haven’t received a call me. Decided to go there and all the doors are locked. They have a sign that says if you need info to ring the door bell. After standing there for 10 mins, No one came to the door

I had my party on 10/20/18 the owner had an attitude with my guest. she pushed one of my guest also the contract stated that the bar was going to close at 12:30 but the owner closed at 12:00 very bad service by her , I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
