I had the BEST experience at CubeSmart 407 E 25th St. yesterday. Both Rodney and Marsha provided outstanding customer service and were very kind and helped me secure a perfect space for my belongings. CubeSmart is clean and well maintained, and I feel safe there and so glad that Bernard Movers recommended them to me.Thank you to Rodney and Marsha for making my day and making me feel comfortable about securing my belongings at their CubeSmart.Yesterday was a stressful moving day, and Rodney and Marsha were wonderful; I look forward to seeing their smiling faces again. I cant thank them enough for making my very stressful moving day much less stressful.If you want to store belongings, you definitely want to keep your things at CubeSmart - it is immaculate, safe, well maintained, and even the bathroom is impeccably clean.

Very clean, and within the last year, I finally experienced very nice and professional employees. My first year - not so much. With their pricing and annual price increases, it appears that they value having existing customers exit for new customers (or gouging until they can sell the property to developers) versus showing they value existing customers.

Conditions at facility was very clean and staff was professional and assisted with any issue graciously. Short-term stay was pleasant.

Ive experienced nothing less than 5 star service and accommodations at CubeSmart on 25th and King Drive.Rodney and his staff are super friendly, courteous, and always professional.If youre looking for a safe, reliable and easy accessable storage facility, then this is the place to be.But, be ye forewarned, vacancies are few and far in between.Good luck getting in, lol. I do have a 5 X 10 that Ill be vacating by this coming Friday.

The location drew me to the store first off so that worked out well...Front staff is amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate tenants, even through the pandemic. The website was easy to navigate and the facility always looked & smelled like it was just cleaned everytime I stopped in. The place is safe, nice, & bright with two oversized freight elevators. Definitely going back for my next storage needs..

Efficient, clean, and convenient.

Well for starters your company could pay me the $2,500 it owes me for the skylight that was damaged in my unit due to your negligence in allowing someone to occupy an adjacent unit that flooded and damaged my material. Secondly, you could provide more carts for the customers in the building. I don’t understand how a business can generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in monthly revenue yet only provide 4 carts that cost less than $50 each!! Third, there should be a direct correlation to rent increases and property increases. The increases in rent at this property simply go directly to the bottom line and NO capital improvements are made on the property EVER!! The list goes on, I’ve had my business material stored at this facility for upwards of 10 years. This is well before Cubesmart acquired it and I must say I’m not impressed at all!! Unfortunately your company seems to be one that cares more about its balance sheet and less about it’s customers. However I can say that raising the standards is no longer my concern. I’m moving to Life Storage in the VERY NEAR FUTURE. I’ve had enough!!!

Booking online was easy and when I arrived to pay for the unit the manager was so nice and even gave us a tour. The facility is clean, hours of access are suitable and its never really a crowd of people running into each other!

I had a unit in mind where I want to rent but then my husband was admitted in the hospital due to some complications in his diabetes medication and wouldn’t be discharged till Thursday, so the manager of the facility said he’ll keep the unit booked for us till Thursday which would be the day my husband is discharged from the hospital so he can come take a look at it & pay the money to rent the unit. However, Thursday comes & my husband is discharged, so it’s time to go there & make a payment, once we got to the facility, the manager said “I was gone for the past couple of days & turns out my manager gave out the unit to someone else” keep in mind, the guy we dealt with is the manager and no one higher than him but so we don’t hold him accountable, he claims he is no manager, but his business card he gave me a week before says otherwise! Like dude, if you’re gonna promise me to keep a unit for me till my husband is discharged but then claim u are not a manager & lie to my face about u not being the manager...then I have no respect for you! It seems to me you lie & cheat customers to get them to rent units from you! This is not right! I wonder how long a business can stand while lying & cheating...don’t think it’ll stand long!! Next time, keep your word & don’t lie, it won’t get you very far in life!!

Manager Not Responsible, you can’t trust him at all, he can’t keep his word, always when he is in corner from his mistake he put all blame on his manager when he is the manager! He lied a lot, FYI Lying wont get you anywhere! Have some respect & dignity!

My experience at Cube Smart Self Storage on 25th and King Drive was awesome! The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and feels safe. Amazing customer service. The General Manager, Rodney and Manager LaShonda are awesome and friendly as always. They showed me the unit available for me to me into soon. We also reviewed all of the documents and completed paperwork. I was able to reserve my unit quickly and be on my way. If any issues come up the team in the office is always willing and ready to help.

A device in their office was auto-dialing our company every 6 minutes for days. After discovering the problem device, I simply contacted the Manager to resolve it. He was rude and told me to deal with the corporate office. I contacted the corporate office and they said they would take care of it. 2 days later I contacted this location again. Another rude manager answered and stated that the corporate office had to deal with this. Image having your business being called by a rouge device every 6 minutes for 5 days straight and no one at the location even cares. With my patience exhausted, I decided to call them every 6 minutes. It only took 4 calls to show them how difficult they had made my life during the last week. It took them 2 seconds to unplug the device. Real nice people working at this CubeSmart, they really care... about themselves.

The staff has been very accommodating with receiving countless shipments and ensuring they are delivered to the right location. Weve had multiple last minute full truckload deliveries and the staff has been spectacular in assisting with the problem solving associated with these deliveries.
