I have a 2013 Audi A5. It need Alot of maintenance, from oil change, fuel injection cleaning, brakes, cabin filter cleaning. The whole works. The pricing is very reasonable and it can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars based off on the type of work that you need done to your vehicle. Audi Dealership in Orland wanted to charge me $150 for a oil change. Eddy charged 79.99 for the same work. Thank you.

Been back in chicago about 5 years they are organized but I needed worked work done 2 years ago I called it wasnt eddie said they only work on foreign cars but see it has changed never had a problem with their work cars are like house cost lot to maintain shops not always trying take advantage especially vehicles with lots of miles they serviced my 2011 camaro rack and pinion and rear brakes do research rack and pinion cost twelve hundred to seventeen hundred is normal so I do recommend them I was going to this shop before they bought it still good shop

Took my bmw to them it was missfiring..they chargerd me 900 dollars and told me everything was good .went to start it it was still missfiring..they told me I just started doing that again ...and still took my money and car was not fixed...just unreal ..

My wifes 2010 Lexus RX350 needed work. She took it to the dealership which gave her a detailed list of what repairs it needed which included suspension, brakes and cooling system. I have taken my other vehicles to Eddie for years with nothing but good experience so I talked my wife into taking the car to Autonology.They did their own diagnosis which differed from the dealership in that the dealership quoted to replace a part (water pump) that wasnt exhibiting any signs of failures. Also the dealer neglected to mention preventative maintenance that was due on her car that Eddie and Jay (attention to detail) recommended.We had all the necessary repairs and the recommended preventative maintenance done saving us over 30% from dealership still with factory parts.The process to drop off was quick and simple, they communicated updates throughout and called us saying car was complete on time.When we picked up the car my wife called me a few blocks from the shop and said her car drives like new...enough said! On 12/23/19 I came into Autonology in order to have my power steering system examined because vehicle was hard to steer and making a whining noise. After Autonology examined vehicle they told me that I would need a new power steering pump, rack & pinion and all 8 hoses in the system replaced for a total of over $3k. Me wondering how all the hoses on power steering system go bad at once decided to have vehicle taken somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. I ended up taking vehicle to Kennedy Auto Repair II in Park Forest whom I have had a relationship with for close to 20 years. Kennedy ended up changing the power steering pump and flushing system for under $500 and system is working fine.

My wife was taking our vehicle to a dealership which had ripped us off for Thousands of dollars over the years. We had a warning light on that they told us it would cost $4000 to fix. Eddie and Jay at Autonology said it was just a simple reset that they didnt charge us for! Were NEVER taking our Mercedes Benz to anyone else! They were recommended to us by a friend who also raved about them! They are great!

Awesome, what more can I say. I moved to Florida but Autonology were my mechanics in Chicago. I needed some advise with a major issue with my car today and I called Eddie in Chicago. He helped me right away. This took knowledge and expertise with Mercedes Benz. Eddie was busy but took my calls several times. And with my car being in Florida is was just as easy to turn me away, which most would have under the circumstances. Picked up my bimmer today after experiencing no heat whatsoever all winter. My previous mechanic allegedly fixed the issue. Autonolgy corrected my now fired mechanics errors. They addressed every single issue i had with my radiator system. Not just slapping on a faulty valve and flushing out the system and patting me on the back like my last mechanic had done. My heater had me sweating today en route to work. My kids are going to have comfortable rides to school again. Cant recommend them enough. Feels like they threw in a courtesy wheel alignment too.

Ive been going here to get my Volkswagen fixed for almost four years. This place offers quality work on foreign cars for prices that are way cheaper than the dealership, although sometimes I feel they might still be a bit pricey. However, I like that many of their mechanics are certified Volkswagen technicians, among other certifications and they are very thorough. Most recently, my check engine light came on and they worked expeditiously to ensure that my repairs were done and I got my car back ASAP. It would seem like they should have some type of customer loyalty program for their long-term customers.

Took in too shop for trans leak they fixed wrong part charge 585 trendline still. leaked had too. take back finally fix what I tired 2 show them in the first place attitudes back & forth talking like Im a kid Im 5 + age man .thought I was a GROWN MAN ran into a Gentleman with Cadillac said he had similar problem..good luck with that

They are cheat scapes!!!! I was referred to this place by a cousin only to find that they were milking me and my warrenty company for services and parts that BMW verified as not needed and were covered by recall, but they charged me for it. The lesson is that although the dealerships may be a bit more pricey, you dont have to worry about being manipulated out of unnecessary money! I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Autonology are not good to deal with. The are crooks. took my Audi there and they charged me for a diagnosis . They told me that I needed a fuel pressure pump which was the major failure and this was correct. They wanted to charge 1,655.26 plus tax. They also diagnosed cambridge reseal and tacked on an additional 1,700 which would have brought the amount to a grand total of 2,630.89. I took my car to Star Auto on 98th and southwest highway and was charged $970.00 and was told that I did not need a cambridge reseal. My car is running fine and Star auto saved me a whopping $1,660.00. If you are a customer of this shop you are more than likely being gouged! They are crooks. I will never recommend anyone to them and will also encourage those that are customers to go to Star auto. Star Auto is fair.
