Im a St. Farm customer from a different location. When I called to find out if they can help provide info to one of there clients INDIA was very rude from the very beginning and made it seem like I was some kind of thief. I made my intentions clear from the moment she answered the phone to the very end. My phone call experience was horrible, rude, insulting, offending. After a 2nd phone call that same day she did apologize and was helpful.
