Im not sure if the agency are still under Jae Lees management. I had no problem with the agency before. Now, I want to share my recent experience with one of the agents. I have talked two persons in the office for the matter of car insurance. They were very kind at first. But since the woman agent did not cancel my policy on the first date she could, the cancellation and the refund process is delayed. Although I had asked for the cancellation before the effective date, she called me again after a week and asked if I still wanted to cancel the policy. She seems to care only her sales performance. She also does not practice good phone etiquette if she gets upset. One good thing with this agency is that you can get the insurance easily and quickly. If you are still want this agency, try Mr. Daniel Lee. He is very calm and do his best to help a customer. Im very sorry the agency is not as good as it used to be.

Jae Lee is not a agent anymore. The service is bad and the insurance cost had not been adjusted for 5 years without no accident at all. The woman in the office was not helpful.
