He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I ended up switching without a second thought. Worth it. State Farm and Bryan’s team is lucky to have him.

This location has great customer service. They are very attentive to listen your needs and arent pushing in selling you something you dont want. A plus to this location, they have Spanish speaking reps. I highly recommend this location for your home, car or life insurance needs.

Emailed my current agent for my home insurance that acquired my policy from my former agent that passed away. I had State Farm for ten years for my auto policy and one day I woke up and realized I was paying too much quite honestly. I called around two years ago and found a better deal. At the time SF did not match their offer or compete even with all of the discounts which surprised me. Long story short, we are in need of a new home policy and I called for a quote. They were polite and prompt. They met my needs and complimented them with an auto quote. They beat the competition I switched to and I am glad to be back. Not sure what changed the last two years as far as competitive pricing but they are back in the game. The service was always top notch at State Farm so I am glad they finally became more aggressive with pricing.

Ive been with this office for a couple years now and I really cant ever say I have run into an unprofessional agent there are very professional and very friendly and understanding I would definitely recommend this insurance State Farm and this office to any of my family or friend these girls are outstanding.

So let me just say.... Sylwia was SPECTACULAR with helping me purchase a policy! She even called me back after hours to make sure the payment went through and the policy was OK. Thank you!!

They were really nice at getting my parents set up with auto/home/life insurance but afterwards they ended up cancelling their life and now are not covered completely for home insurance. When they went they specifically stated they wanted flood insurance and were told their area didn’t qualify for flood and was not an option for them. Couple years later and their house flooded and were told they couldn’t help as they did not add flood insurance to their policy. When calling to ask for explanations they just stated it was out of their hands since it wasn’t covered and that they didn’t know who helped them originally and told them they couldn’t get flood insurance and sorry for the miscommunication.

Very disorganized. I recieved random bills from them and upon calling to inquire, the office has no idea what Im talking about, then they have 2 different people calling me about it in the same day not even knowing that someone else had called me. The wrong phone number was kept after multiple corrections. I called to cancel my insurance with statefarm bc of continuous problems and inconsistency; The lady says everything is done and cancelled without problem- not 2 min later some rude broad from the same office calls to harass me saying I cant cancel without telling her who my new insurance is and INSISTING I cant cancel. Lets leave that for the state to worry about, overzealous girl.
