I had an overall great experience with Alex Duenas from this office. I was shopping for house insurance as I was buying my house during the Covid pandemic when everything was closed. Alex was available and reliable and not only helped me get the best home insurance but was able to get me a better deal on my car insurance as well, which made me switch from state farm. She was there every step of the way, and provided all documents to the lenders and real estate agents all while working from home.

The staff at Allstate are so accommodating that I felt comfortable reaching out when I was in the middle of labor once! That was almost 3 years ago & they still ask me how my son is. Just simple gestures that really personalize the experience with them. The customer Service team are each so personable, professional & sweet. They’ve been my ins company for years and will continue to be my first choice! Highly recommend. When I needed them, it was hassle free & handled.

I got renters insurance with this office a few months ago and recently added a car to my insurance policy. Alex helped me through multiple quotes, and explained what each one meant because I know little about insurance. Where Do I Start?... Jessica And Alex are the dynamic duo that goes unmatched. Ive never in all of my insurance company experiences worked with such great people that went out of their way to return calls in a timely manner, taking their time to find a answer or solution to my millions of questions and saving me time with getting my other policies cancelled and the quotes I got on my home and auto didnt seem cookie cutter.ish I felt that my experience was my own. The plans are too high and the agents dont spend time with you talking about what you actually need covered at the upfront. They make the highest assumption and charge you the highest price. The worst part is trying to cancel the policy. After multiple phone calls and e-mails, the agents go radio silent when you try to cancel your policy or provide no confirmation of cancellation. So you risk getting charged for a policy on a car, home, or rental that you no longer occupy. Check the Yelp reviews because the Google Reviews are obviously scrubbed or skewed.

They are amazing , really good customer Nice and helpful staff. Always there when you need them the most. I been a customer for over 10 yrs and I’m very happy with them.

You need to walk in and ask all the questions you have. Having the agent there to be able to assist you every step of the way is pretty good.
