1.7 stars my gosh, thank you Jesus for reviews. I didnt want to give any stars just a review, but judging by the reviews you deserve no stars. The reviews saved me from making a mistake! I was just about to call this place. I noticed that when I was reading the reviews the owner even responsed to someone rudely on here. So i am truly grateful for the reviews. Whoever reads this God bless.

Cheater! I was unable to unbox the appliances within their 24 hours window, after which discovering both appliances have significant dents. Do not recommend doing with this company.

The place is the WORSE!!! I have been without a refrigerator for over 3 weeks. I lost money because all of my food spoiled. I’ve talked to someone every day and they lied and said they were coming. Also, two men hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. This is why their other business (Globe Appliances) closed down. I hope this business gets shut down as well. Scammers. Frauds. They need to be out of business ASAP. Will report them to the BBB. They also own Appliance Liquidation.

Not worth it at all. Literal scam artist. Only positive reviews are themselves making them.

Most reviews are paid reviews by our competition. They can not undercut our prices on new, scratch and dent etc. so they have their family and friends leaving us negative for no other reason except they can’t compete with prices we sell at.

I see this all over middle easterners come into black community to profit from it, but have no respect for community in which it serves. Glad I made no purchase.

Salesman was very pleasant and gave great deal for a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Would recommend people.

Been dealing with them for years for all our management company properties. All I see is a bunch of cry babies here. Keyboard warriors trying to musle a small business to honor expired warranties past warranty period. Go try that with home depot, sears or any other retailer. I hate google bias reviews or any other platform reviews. The entitled people abuse it. Where is the other 99.999999% of happy customers. Happy satisfied customers never take the time out to leave positive reviews. And if they do, it’s very few people that review positive for any business giving the entitled people an upper hand in this BS online review system. That’s why I never judge any business from these lame ducks.

These guys are good people, especially the owner Mike. Hes always dealt fairly with me. Also they have definitely stood behind their merchandise. Yes, sometimes they dont show on the day promised, thats why four stars, but they do eventually get to you. They dont just disappear. So far theyve been the best used appliance store for me!

I was almost going there today 04/30/19 to buy washer, dryer and fridge. But I felt I should check reviews on google first as I always buy with reviews and it’s been helping a lot . I checked and from the responses the owner gives to unhappy customers it’s clear he/she is very unprofessional and RUDE . Customer service is everything. And dealing politely with customers can get you tons of businesses. I would rather spend more on a product and have peace of mind than to be treated unprofessionally. Advice to owner: Treat unhappy customers nicely and your business will go a long way. You don’t have a business without customers.They are the KEY to your business. I’m out. Going elsewhere.

This man is a total fraud i called him yesterday because my stove needed a igniter he came out checked my stove and said that he had the wrong piece and that he needed to order the new one which suppose to came today. I gave him 80 dollars for the igniter which left me with a balance of 50 so i called him today to see what time will he be arriving and my number kept going to voicemail i then called him from a different number and he answered he tried to act like he didn’t know why my number was blocked and he told me to try again i called and got the voicemail once again i also tried calling from the other number i called him from which was now also blocked. He was suppose to been here by 2 but no show as well as no answer, Now I’m frustrated and decided to ride up to the shop only to find out that it’s closed down so now I’m still with a broke stove and also lost out on my money

I bought a refrigerator from here and it stop working. I talked to a guy named Ray. He and another guy came out to fix it. The problem continued. After saying he would send some one out the warranty expired and he wouldnt honor it. Then told me he would take $200 dollars off another one. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

The worst!!! Dryer from stackable washer and dryer stop working two week after purchasing it. they came to fit it and the problem still remain. I keep Calling them about the same problem now my warranty is over and the owner keep telling me he is going to send the man out to repair the issue that was suppose to be repair months ago out of my expense! Don’t waste yo money and i will Be calling the better business Bureau...After writing this review the dryer set on fire almost burned down my house. I only Had the stackable dryer for 3 months. When i called The owner about the situation he told me that he would send someone out but i have To pay for. I been calling them before it led up to this problem. I told Him i will Find a professional to look at it and i did And he came and told me I’m lucky i turned The dryer off because it could have set the house on fire. I called within my 60 days and your repair man still couldn’t get it right. Called in a professional And he fixed it and haven’t had that problem since. Thanks but this store should be close down.

This place is awful poor service with bogus appliances. Bought a refrigerator and stove within 3 weeks refrigerator went out. Had warranty . Called multiple times for assistance. Nobody came out to service and when u returned the call for information on why no one came. Salesman became rude, gave phoney number for service guy. Still no one fix. Only got the run around.

So I can see from what the owner is saying in the responses on customers reviews that it’s very unprofessional. Who goes on, telling someone to change the rating to 5 stars when you know the place isn’t worthy of it. Sounds pathetic to me.

I BROUGHT A STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYER IN MARCH OF THE YEAR IT STOP WORKING THE FIRST WEEK IN JUNE I CALL RAY AND HE GAVE ME A REPAIR MAN PHONE # I CALL HIM I HAD TO PAY $40 FOR HIM TO TELL ME THE SEAL WAS GOIN AND THE BELT WAS SHEDDING I PAYED $550 I HAVENT GOT IN TOUCH WITH RAY PHONE GOIN TO VM MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN DONT BUY FROM HIM

Purchase a small used refrigerator from this location I have had it for 3 months now works great no problems great price.

Worst place to ever buy appliances from my fridge does not work since I bought it 2days ago Ive been calling and they said they would send someone out...they never showed! Day 2 manager said hell send someone this morning, called because its 1pm and no ones acts like they can talk or too busy to talk! Dont GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DONT DO IT!!!
