Worst airline company I have ever done business with. This is the worst rated airline company to use. Air Choice One canceled my flight home after I sat at the airport for more than twenty-four hours, claiming because of weather. The public needs to be aware that this particular company cancels flights whenever it rains or snows. The airline company said that my fare was non-refundable. The airline company didnt offer any reimbursement or complementary services such as a rental car, bus ticket, or hotel. The airline company said that I will have to wait to fly the next day, but had no intentions of paying for a hotel or providing any services for the inconvenience. Stay away from this particular airline company, even though it may offer the best prices on air travel. The cheapest is almost always not the best. It does not value its customers. Profits come first. This particular airline company should be shut down.

Worst airline I have ever done business with. Even considering how small of an outfit it is. If I could give zero stars I would. They definitely dont care about their customers!

They make a lot of errors and your flight will most definitely always be delayed. Makes traveling extra frustrating and stressful

Excellent customer service, great pilots. Ive had great service and smooth flights, lots of room and Iwill always fly this airline when traveling to Saint Louis. Just watch the weather when booking flights as you will have a better flight if its clear.

The people who work the desk shared by Spirit and Air Choice One at Chicago OHara are consistently the rudest people Ive ever encountered when flying. We have made multiple trips and the flights and pilots have been great but the way the people at the desk(s) talk down to people and their rudeness is unacceptable. And, it has been Every. Single. Time.
