Great instructor and fun classes

Ive been going to Quest for almost 2 years now. Classes are generally split up in a way that, as an adult, I can still learn and work-out without worrying about younger children getting in the way.Mike does a great job at teaching people of all ages about Taekwondo, I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about starting a martial art.

Mr Mike is an amazing instructor. Great with everyone from 5 and 6 year old children to 40 something like me.This school focuses on World Taekwondo Federation (Olympic) style. Would not suggest it if you are wanting to do MMA! But you are allowed to try a class or two to make sure that it is a good fit for your needs.

The owner is hilarious!

Great school for Tae Kwon Do. My kids love it and for me I had trained years and years ago. Coming back was a bit of a challenge for me but Mr. Mike and the Instuctors at the school were excellent and very professional.
