I have only had positive experiences at Riddles Jewelry in Cheyenne. My most recent purchase was a custom anniversary band in amethyst to compliment my channel set cathedral wedding ring. Kalia designed a custom ring that would match up perfectly and was exactly what I wanted! I also really liked the resin sample they make up because it takes the guess work out of the final product and any changes can be made so everyone is happy. I love it! Thank you!

My husband got my morganite ring from kay jewelry’s. I love to go get my ring cleaned. Riddles just knows how to do an amazing job and make the ring sparkle like new.!!! 10/10 would recommend. The foggy ring was just after a cleaning and inspection from Kay. Kay said that was the best they could do. I brought to riddles and they made its look SOOOO sparkly.!!!

I had been searching online for a new ring during the quarantine. When they reopened I called and asked about the changes Id like. They were willing to do them. l went in to make the purchase, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The communication left in notes between employees was fantastic. They knew exactly what I wanted and who I talked to with one look. I asked for blue sapphires to be replaced with pink sapphires. The work was done in a timely manner and the ring is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

My husband bought me a necklace from riddles for my birthday last year, and my chain broke within 3 months! I took the necklace back to where he got it and asked if they could fix it since he did not purchase the lifetime warranty. They told me that I could either pay $80 to get it fixed or purchase a new one to my liking so I left. Fast forward a couple months, and I decided to come into Riddles here in Cheyenne, WY! They were extremely sweet and helped me right away! They informed me that there was a year warranty on it, and that I could get it replaced for free! KUDOS TO CHEYENNE, WY Riddles! I will definitely purchase more jewelry from there! I absolutely LOVE my necklace and my new replaced chain!!!

I LOVE my Riddle’s store! When I go to the store, I am called by name and greeted as if I am the very most important customer they have. I consider Joel, the manager, to be my personal jeweler and have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with him for a number of years now. On several occasions, Joel has ordered special pieces of jewelry for me and has taken care of all my repair needs in an efficient and helpful manner. In the past, I dealt with other jewelry stores, but now Riddle’s is my only choice for fine jewelry!

My husband bought me a watch for Christmas from this store. We went down to have some links removed, were promptly helped. Unfortunately, the watch fell off in Sams club after a link broke. My husband immediately went to look a little and asked the staff of Sams Club to watch for it. He then called Joel at Riddles explained what happened and asked if maybe we could get a discount if we bought another one. Joel said no problem, come on over. When we walked into the store Kaila brought a replacement watch sized perfectly. Talk about customer service!!! A few hours after we arrived home in wheatland, Sams Club called and they had found my watch!!! Its worth the drive to be able to drive back to Cheyenne and return the lost watch to Riddles. I have always purchased my jewelry from this chain because of their excellent customer service. The store in Cheyenne truly exceeded my expectations through total customer committment!!! Bought my wifes ring at a different location, just moved to the area and saw this location so we stopped in to get her ring cleaned. Staff was courdious and very helpful! In the time we were there NOBODY tried to sell us anything we didnt ask for, and they never pushed sales. Ive had only good experiences with this company as a whole. Personally, Id stick with them over some of the bigger chains.. the locality of this company really shows in the way that they operate!
