Customer service is non existent. They are rude, condescending and arrogant. They provide false and inaccurate information. They tell you what you want to hear. Frankly I have never seen so much chaos in an office setting in all my life. They do not communicate with one another. I canceled my insurance due to these fact. I do not do stupid.

My wife and I changed the level of coverage on my deceased fathers house. Without telling us, this company put our policy through American Modern Insurance. We have a lot of hail damage on the roof from June 2021, and the adjuster they sent did not complete the adjustment. After numerous phone messages to him and emails from us and the roofer, we were never called or emailed back. I call the company and asked for a new adjuster. Guess what? After three weeks of the same thing we have yet to hear from the new adjuster. I call this agency (because they sold us the policy) and was told they could call but would get the same portal we would get and really couldnt do much to help!!! What an unprofessional mess!!!! Stay away from this company unless you just love raising your blood pressure.

I have recently moved to Cheyenne from another state. Switching my insurance from. VT to WY was a breeze with local All state office. Everything was done over the phone withing 15 -20 minutes. Representative on the phone was very polite, abswered all my questions fully, provided me with advise on future truck purchase insurance options.I am very satisfied.

I moved to Cheyenne and transferred my policy over to this office and the agent that I talked to didnt explain anything Said I he got UW ok to lower my deductible to what it was in NE but when I got my policy it was higher. Was explained that my premium would be higher even with a higher deductible.Then trying to set up my EFT for the payments, I was told Id have to pay a double payment since it was too late to set it up this month. When I said that wasnt going to work for me, the gal said she would put a reminder to call me on the 19th to take the payment for this month. No one called. I called the office and had to leave a message. Also, my renters policy never got set up on EFT. So far no follow through with the different people you talk to in the office. Not very informative and didnt really ask any questions to see if I needed to make any changes. Got the over all feeling I was inconveniencing whomever I was talking to.

Poor customer service and follow up . I have called asking for a quote for 3 vehicles and my home atleast half a dozen times ...each time I call ... I get a receptionist that states “Jason” is too busy but has the quotes done and will send them to my email as soon as they are done .. I purchased my home and needed insurance last month on the 15th it is now August 23rd and I have yet to recieve a phone call or email with the quotes I’ve been promised . The excuse I got was them having to deal with insurance claims for the last hail storm we have over two weeks ago ... I called two new insurance companies State Farm and the other all state branch and spoke to Brandy .. I received quotes in half a day .. if your looking to protect you family and investments this is NOT the company for you .

Don Budds All State Insurance handled my recent car repair. They made everything for me as easy as possible. I had my car repaired and used a rental car with very little effort(paper work and hassle) for me. I have never been treated better by an insurance company and I have been dealing with insurance companies for over 50 years.

The owner is a very dishonest person and encourages his staff to be as well. They break laws by paying money to their customers accounts.
