Best place to get insurance in the state of Wyoming

I got car and renters insurance in 2018 with State Farm. It was cheap, the customer service was great, and it was finally an easy insurance agency to work with! I loved them for the two years I had them. However, after using my emergency services to tow me when I got into an accident and to jumpstart my car when my alternator was going bad-- they decided to remove emergency services from my policy. Because I used the services, they took it away.Since Wyoming is such a vast place, emergency services are a necessity to every policyholder. Even those who have to use their services 4 times in 2 years. I am disappointed and saddened, because I really did enjoy this insurance company before this. I hope everyone understands this is a thing that they do before they decide to get their car jumped with their services.

Between 1995 & 2003, I had selected State Farm as the Company to handle my Automotive Insurance Coverage. Though long ago, I had fond memories of my State Farm Agent during that time period. Prior to October of 2019, I had done business with two other Automotive Insurance Companies aside from State Farm, & found myself not nearly as satisfied as I had been. Having moved to Cheyenne in August of 2019, & being in need of a new auto insurance policy, I selected the office of Suzanne Cork. By simply walking into her office, with no prior contact, I was immediately welcomed & made to feel at home by Amanda Douglas - Multiple Line Representative. She carefully listened to my present situation with understanding & acknowledgement. Amanda helped get established with a new Automotive policy + Renters Insurance Policy, & even more since that time, for nearly 1/2 the monthly rate I was paying for Automotive Insurance alone by the last Company I was doing business with. I cannot express enough gratitude for her time & service + the peace of mind it has given me. For these reasons, I recommend State Farm to all of those I come into contact with. Thank you!

My car was hit and her office told me they couldnt help me even though I had full coverage through them. (My insurance card and the cops told me to call my insurance agent). I had to call the 1-800 number to do everything and to get any information. The insurance covering the man who hit me decided not to pay, and, once again, her office told me they couldnt help. So, I had to go through the 1-800 number and sort it all out over the phone.We have physically gone into her office on multiple occasions, as well as have called several times, and are turned down each time. The corporate office for State Farm is incredible, but this agent has ruined the company for me. Why have an agent if she wont represent you?
