Valvoline has been a great experience the last two times Ive been there. Very no nonsense customer service. Good oil change service the first time and a very quick safety/emissions inspections trip the second time. This is my spot for basic car maintenance from now on.

I got my ID and OD verification done for MO state as I was trying to register my vehicle in MO, it was quick and easy to get it done here other places around asked me to drop the vehicle and come back after three hours but here I just went drive through and everything got done in 20 minutes

Usually have a wonderful experience here. Today was definitely the exception. Waited behind one vehicle in a bay for 15 minutes before we were asked to move so another car could go ahead of us. Told the car we moved behind would only take another ten minutes. 25 minutes later we were moved back behind the car that got to go ahead of us. Gave us a small discount. Did not check our lights did complete full two minute pressure check. Did not show us oil level. This site no longer demonstrates true Valvoline quality and customer service.

Abysmal customer service. I tried to call and make sure their inspector was in today (I found out the day before that apparently they just dont show up sometimes) and got redirected to a call center where I was informed this location doesnt do inspections. Upon arriving I was told there were a few cars ahead of meand I could wait. I asked how long and was informed 6 hours! There were only 3 cars present... He was incredibly flippant and condescending. I understand wait times and being busy, but the complete lack of customer service and the absolute arrogance of everyone I spoke to from the day before and today was too much.

The service is absolutely the best! I would honestly give it 10 stars if I could. They went out of their way to help me even when their shop was able to close up shop. My car start over heating after a radiator flush and Eddie and his team met me in a near by parking lot to help diagnose and fix the problem. They were extremely patient and I left in a great mood and a perfectly working car. Will absolutely be going back!

Went to get an emissions test and was told there were 4 ahead of me and it would be 3 to 4 hours. I could drop my car off or wait. What, am I supposed to walk home? He then told me I could come in at 8am the next day and get right in as there isnt a line yet. I got there before they opened and when the guy came out he said there were already 3 cars ahead of me and it would be 2 - 3 hours.What the hell kind of a way is this to run a business? You dont take appointments so my only choice is to leave my car unattended in your lot? Horrible business model. I used to use this place all of the time, but I am done!

Lied about putting plate guard back on car.

I needed an emissions test so I went there on a Thursday. I was told they don’t do emissions on Thursdays, only Friday thru Monday or Tuesdays. Fair enough. Come back Friday around 9-ish. I was told the qualified employee wouldn’t be in until 1:30. Again, fair enough. I was busy they the weekend so I came back Monday morning. Got there right at 8:00. Spoke to the right guy who informed me there’s about a 3 hour wait. There were open bays and only 2 parked cars in the lot outside of employees cars (I did the math). Guy tells me they also need inspections which take about 55 minutes and he can only do one at a time. So I asked if it’s by appointment and he tells me no, it’s first come, first serve. Here’s where I have a problem. I’m there first. Those cars that were dropped off were there, but dropped off to be done at Valvoline’s convenience. The right thing to do here is take care of the customer who just pulled up and not blow them off. This way you’re still getting my business. Those who dropped off are already certain customers. I’ve been there 4 times now and after this morning’s experience there won’t be a 5th. I gave them every opportunity to get my business and they clearly don’t care. Business 101... take care of the potential customer standing in front of you because 9 times out of 10, they’re not coming back if you let them go. Get their money while you can. Don’t assume they’ll ever be back.What I failed to mention, when I came back after 1:30 on that Friday (2:00 to be specific) the employee who does the testing was late for work.

Fast, courteous service. My husband and I both utilize their services. I also got an emissions inspection. Staff is very friendly. Professional. Every one wore a mask.

Ive been coming here for years, for good, friendly service (and coupons) but today Cheryl, Eddie & their team went above and beyond to accommodate me and an unexpected warning light, even though they were already closing up shop for the evening. After frantically pulling in, I left with a big smile on my face, and a fully-functioning (healthy) vehicle to get me home. I will definitely continue bringing my car in for years to come!

Horrible service, complete incompetence. I have called three times in one week to ask about emissions testing, was told each time I could come get it done, then when I arrived each time I was given a different reason they couldn’t do it. I won’t come back to this location.

A coworker suggested I take my vehicle here and I havent gone anywhere else since. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I know a successful business when I see the same guys/gal each visit. That means ownership/management must be doing something right to keep their employees around. If I understand it right, this is a corporately owned store opposed to the privately owned ones in the chain. Regardless, Im satisfied enough to write a Google review about my business with them.

I went to this location 3 times and each time I get a different story on why they cant do emissions. Im guessing they do that since they dont make money or much money from them. I plan on reporting them to the attorney generals office. I reccomend you go elsewhere just thinking of all the ways they would try to scam money from you if that truly is their motivation.

Never actually used their service but am rating based on my interaction as a potential customer. Called ahead about safety & emissions check since its snowing on a government holiday. Iwas told the current wait time was about ten minutes. I live 0.8mi from this location. I get there easily within 15 minutes of ending that phone call. When I arrive Im quoted a 2.5 hour wait to start the service. So either 5 people jumped in line ahead of me within 15 mins or their phone person doesnt understand whats going on in the garage. I empathize with a company wanting to get people in for business but this is more like a hostage negotiation. They dont have an indoor waiting area for customers. Its snowing but my car heater works. Im asked to park out front because the parking in back by the service bays is full. I ask if I can swing back home and get my laptop to do some work -- a 10-15 min round trip. Im then reminded of the strict first come, first serve policy Im wondering how the hell they are tracking line order because I wasnt given a check in number or position and there are others parked waiting to get in front of the service bay. They could have just said theyll see what they can do. Im not going to start analyzing their queue to figure out where I am.I start to think if I sit parked on the other side of the store in the front, more people will just pull in the back and Ill get skipped. I promptly leave wondering what the person who will be waiting 1.5 hours and burning their gas idling is thinking. I dont think the appeal of having all of your service performed while you sit in your car can really extend beyond an hour max. I dont blame them for being busy/popular but I wish they hadnt wasted my time with an inaccurate estimate of availability over the phone.Everyone was polite and friendly and its entirely possible 5 cars all pulled up for the exact service I wanted within 15 minutes so Im not going to rate them lower. I just dont like dealing with business that are inflexible when it comes to a 0 cost step towards customer service and potentially give inaccurate information regarding wait times.Called somewhere else that gave me an accurate wait estimate and got in and out. Thats how its supposed to go.

When did an oil change start costing $48.00? I had a $7.00 coupon but still...that is really expensive. Service was great, it was convenient, I trust them to do a good job, but the cost just keeps going up, up, up. Im going to have to find an alternative.

These guys rocked it with my vehicle inspection. Just checked Google for low-traffic times, blazed through there. Service was on par with what you’d get a Four Seasons or Fairmont - but they’ve got oil on their hands. American oil. From the top oil producing country in the world who now is a net exporter of oil, ‘Murica.

I had my oil changed a week prior with them, my check engine light was on. The staff checked it and informed of what was wrong. After the oil change, the light came off the next day. It came back on, I stopped by to see if they could check it again. they had no problem doing it. An employee Josh or John had long dread locks, let me know it was the same issue, offered advice and asked questions about what I was noticing in the car to help better diagnosis the problem. I will find out if he is right, but I was in and out quickly, not rushed.

The last time I went to this store they put the wrong fluid in my transfer case. They need to do more research on what is the correct product for the application. This is going to cost me a trip to the Chevy dealership to fix the damage that was caused by using the wrong fluid.

I am there for emission and safety test, and was told that I need to change my wiper. They charged me 40 dollars for changing the wiper, otherwise they will charge me 36 dollars for the test and give me a fail...Can you believe 40 dollars for changing window wiper??
