We recently moved from out of state and this location was able to perform all state inspections/emissions testing on our three cars quickly and on a Friday! Amazing, service! Highly recommend!

My family and I were in town over the weekend when my brakes decided it was time to wear out. Been here twice in the last few weeks. They were able to get me in on a whim the first time to get a state inspection, which helped me out a lot. So I went ahead and tried their oil change service yesterday and the service was top notch. Front desk staff is courteous and helpful without being pushy or doing too much upselling. I had a bad transmission and rear diff leak on my way back from Florida to Montana. I was worried my transmission was shot. These guys fixed everything at a reasonable cost and I made it back to Montana without any issues. My transmission shifted smooth and they made sure to put the correct Toyota transmission fluid in my rig. Along with the correct differential fluid. Couldnt be happier with their service. I believe the mechanics name was Curtis. Really nice and knowledgeable guy. He noticed me trying to tighten my serpentine belt on our other rig when he was leaving work and stopped to help us out. Great guy and great service all around. Thank you.

Brought car for routine A/C. Standard Freon and dye check. $200 later Steve stated it was fixed. Returned 10 minutes later, it was never fixed and said there was too much freon. 1 hour later not fixed. Now it was a fan assembly problem which Steve said is definitely the issue. Ordered overnight and promised an hour install. 2.5 hours later still not fixed, missed meetings and had to pay $325 for probably a fan assembly, still not fixed. Dealer said fan was not needed, and they missed the fact the discharge hose needed to be replaced. Very frustrated at the lack of knowledge, unnecessary expense, total disregard for time promised and lack of professionalism. Their next guess of the problem would have likely ruined the car per the dealer. Beware! I welcome a reply by senior management, but don’t anticipate they will follow up with $550 wasted and no A/C.

My SUV took on a bolt while returning home from road trip. We attempted to get it repaired at several other tire shops around the Chesterfield MO area, but no other shops would help us out. Too many miles to use spare and driving further wasn’t an option. The staff here helped us immediately to get us back on the road!!

Instead, I went down the street to Valvoline and was in and out in 30 minutes without an appointment. Get it together and hire friendlier employees

Associate who I spoke with was very polite over the phone but when I came to pick up my car he did not give me any information on the 21 point inspection they were supposed to do on my car with oil change and tire rotation he said your car is not doing good shape and we need to do a diagnostics which is $80. I declined he offered no further information and rushed me to pay my total because they were getting ready to close. as I got ready to pay with my debit card he tells me their machine is down and he has to call in my payment to another store, I did not get alarmed until I asked for my receipt and immediately associate got defensive and told me he would have to drive to another store to get it tonight and did I really need it and it didnt mean anything this started to alarm me as if I was being taken for some type of fraud

I had a 9:00 a.m appointment. I arrived at 8:50 and when I walked in the manager behind the desk wasn’t wearing a mask. I told him I was there for a 9:00 appointment and he said they were running late. I asked how late? He said he didn’t know. I explained that I was traveling through and had my dog with me, and I needed a roundabout time of how far behind they were. He said he wasn’t sure. I explained again I needed some time frame, he then said he would get me in soon. I waited about 30 minutes before the car went in, and another 30 for the oil change & tire rotation. I did think the mechanic (from Boulder Colorado) was very thorough and had great customer service, but the store manager behind the desk needs more training AND A MASK!

Meineke was the only one in the Valley able to get my vehicle in quick enough for a nail in the tire. They were quick, on time, professional and would recommend them in the future for work.

I went in expecting the worst. My 30 year old Ford had failed inspection due to an exhaust leak. I was worried that it was time to replace the whole exhaust. Boy was I surprised when they called. He was adamant about the fact my 20 year old stainless steel system shouldn’t be touched. It was in great shape, just needed a couple new welds around the joints. Instead of a couple thousand dollars to keep the old ‘stang on the streets, it was only a couple hundred. NO up sell here! Thanks guys!

This place is quick, the prices are competitive and it’s close enough to shops so you don’t have sit in the customer lounge if you choose not to.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and even replaced a hose for the windshield washer fluid at no charge. Will definitely take my car there again.

Had a AC compressor put on and the alternator bolt wasn’t tightened down. It was hanging more than half way out and rubbing on my belt. luckily I caught it just in time and had a socket set in my car. This could have very easily could have stranded me and ruined my motor. I’m not that upset that this happened but when I called them to tell them what had happened the acted like they could have cared less. All they said that they would do is check all the bolts again something that I had already. Instead of maybe a discount for having to finish there job for them and check everything else they touch all I got was attitude. I definitely will not waste my time and money here again.

I have had three repairs performed at Meineke in Chesterfield, MO. The two different managers in 2019 and 2020 along with the service team went above and beyond to help me each time. They made sure I knew what was wrong with my vehicle and worked to give me the best price. I will continue to keep going back to them if I need anything in the future. The mechanic at the shop was very helpful in getting my daughter in off the road and promptly fixing the problem BEFORE completing the work and communicated his further recommendations to keep the problem from reoccurring. 5* in my book.

I’m reposting my review because for some reason it was removed. Maybe due to an old google account, I’m not sure. Regardless, it’s important to let others know what happened to me here. I live in Springfield, Mo and was visiting my daughter when I noticed my brakes were grinding and I knew I needed brake pads. When I went in the manager at the front told me I needed new rotors and pads. He told me one set was worse than the other (I can’t remember if it was front or back) and I asked if I could replace the worse ones and then when I returned home Id look in to the other. He pretty much told me, yes I could, but my brakes may go out entirely On the drive home. Well, I didn’t feel like dying that weekend so I had them replace both. The charge was over $800 for a 2012 Toyota Rav 4. Not sure if that’s the going rate but I wanted to return home alive. That day after I picked up my car I noticed a large, wide arc shaped scratch around the front right tire on my car. The paint was almost completely gone. I talked to a tech there and he told me they had a camera and would prove they weren’t responsible. I gave my email then never received anything. Someone at Meineke later responded to my review On here but at that point I didn’t trust them and wasn’t going to drive almost 4 hours to show them and have them dispute it. Don’t go here. If you do take pics of your car from all angles before you do. .

I came in 40 mins before close and they got my car right in. Super friendly and quick!

I had an appointment for 10 am and my day ended with them at 5pm. Yes they fit in an inspection in on top of a full front brake replacement but the inspection took them 2 1/2 hours and then they quoted me $670 for brakes and I ended up paying $765. The they had the nerve to call me and tell me they forgot to charge me for a part and I needed to swing by and settle that $30 charge. Well swing by isn’t as easy when I live 40 minutes away. Honestly probably not going to pay it unless I’m ever in the area. Oh yea. They also said they were giving me a first responder discount and that didn’t happen. Talked to my regular mechanic and he said he could have done both front and back for the price I paid for just front at meineke. Not a happy customer at all.

Been coming to this repair shop for the last two years and I can’t express enough how well I’ve been treated. Most repair shops are just that...repair shops, but not here. More than few times the technicians and the manager stayed after closing time to make sure my vehicle was safe to be back on the road. Each time I’ve been here the waiting area and bathrooms are always clean which says a lot. I’ve even been brought out in the shop to view a repair and the shop was even clean and organized! The manager Tony and his crew truly goes above and beyond! A+++++

I went in to have my oil changed on my diesel truck. They wanted to charge me $180, and then they said the 30% coupon I had didn’t count towards that. At the very minimum they should have stated that on their website. $180 for oil change is ridiculous.

Fixed flat tire.

Extremely rude. They where un-professional. One tall mechanic smelled of booze. I came in for a quote and and waited for 20 min before they even asked my name at the counter. Then when I simply asked if they would cover the cost of Diagnosis fee if i had repairs done there (was over thousand ) the manager at the counter named Terry told me to kick rocks and find some where else to take my business Seems to me they do not want to work with local people. I took my Business to Dobbs and they not only beat there price they gave me a free oil change for the hassle of having to take my car to another shop.

Fabulous service! I am a working professional close to this location and at lunch was running an errand and my low tire pressure light came on. I was nervous to drive home with my toddler and wait til the evening, so I quickly pulled in and asked for them to check my tires out. Terrible service. These guys are crooks. If you want the short version they wanted 2200$ for something I got fixed at a different shop for 34$.Staff is friendly but very good at making up stories to drive the price up. I failed safety for a small hole in the exhaust. They called me an hour later called me saying they couldnt weld it because of the corrosion. Its not like my car is some beater that is falling apart. It is a 2013 with an aftermarket exhaust put on in 2015. They wanted 2200$ to replace the 3 year old exhaust. 1800$ for the exhaust, and 400$ for labor. I asked what exhaust it was, got a round about answer. I pressed for cost on specific reputable brand that I knew. Still cost 1800$. A quick google of the exact same part number resulted in multiple entries for 680-700$. After challenging the price, I got many Ill see what we can do to help you out, and Im only making 66$ type comments. I wonder where the extra 1000$ goes if youre only making 66$. Ultimately, I took it to another exhaust shop. No mention of we cant weld it because of the corrosion. Fixed for 34$ and passed the inspection. These guys are capitalizing on their location in Chesterfield to steal money for unnecessary work. Wish I could rate them zero stars.

They were great! What was going to be a very bad day was quickly fixed and I was on my way. I found a nail in my tire and went across the street to see about getting some help, I sat in their waiting area for about 30 minutes while they checked my tire and then plugged it.
