Phenomenal pet care at a premium. We were OK to pay the price for great care for our pet until the Front Desk Lady hung up on my wife and then told me that I had an attitude. The Front Desk Lady needs some customer service training. There are more affordable vets out there for better care. Take care doctor K?

We unfortunately met Dr Klenofsky late in our dogs life when a number of illnesses had already set in. Its a shame because our pup might have had more time if we had developed an earlier relationship with him.Although it was an exceptionally difficult time for us, Dr K and his staff went above and beyond for us on a number of occasions. I can honestly say that their clinical care was the absolute best that Nero ever received.If you decide to go with them, I can assure you the health of your companion is in the best possible hands. I was discussing Veterinarians with a friend, who was looking for a recommendation, so I had them google Forum. When they did, they pointed out a negative review, which absolutely shocked me, since I have been taking my pets here since I moved to the St. Louis area in 1983. Dr. Klenofsky and his wife are fantastic people, and you arent going to find better Veterinary care anywhere. The entire staff here is phenomenal, and the fact that turnover is virtually unheard of here, pretty much attests to that.Forum Veterinary Clinic is probably not the cheapest place around, as another person pointed out, but the care is top notch, and they always go the extra mile. I certainly dont shop for the cheapest physician for myself or my family, do you? In fact, we drive 20-30 minutes each way just because of the level of care our pets receive.Thanks Dr. K for taking care of our animals for 38 years (and counting) now!

We stumbled across this practice over 10 years ago and have since become die hard fans. Dr K is unsurpassed in his diagnostic capabilities. The staff is simply wonderful; very welcoming and unpretentious. Most recently, they use the utmost precaution in preventing Covid transmission as they are genuinely concerned for the well being of clients, staff, and pets. Dr K, please accept heartfelt thanks from me and the pack -- Gabe, Mo, Cooper, and Cody. You were always there to help, seeing us thru the joys and challenges of life with golden retrievers.

My family and I moved to Missouri in 2019 and having 3 pets, we were looking for a veterinarian who would provide great care for them. Going solely off the good reviews of this clinic, we decided to go with Forum Veterinary Clinic. The lady at the front desk was nice the first 2 times we took one of our pets in for what we thought was his annual vaccinations. We were charged over $100 (December 2019) for what we later found out was for blood work only when we were told he had been given his annual vaccinations and another $200+ for a dental cleaning (January 2020).In August (2020) when boarding our pets, we contacted Forum for a copy of our pets vaccinations as required by the boarding facility only to be told that the Forum veterinarian keeps his records at his home and the lady who works in the office would have to write out another receipt. After waiting over a week, we finally received a handwritten receipt indicating that our dog did not receive any vaccinations. What makes matters worse is the pet boarding office contacted Forum to receive a copy of our cat’s vaccinations (completed in May 2020) only to be told that Forum did not have any records for our cat. Glad I kept the copy the records for our cat or my family would be in the same situation we were in with our dog.Save yourself the headache of dealing with the lady at the front desk and take your pet elsewhere. If you do decide to go to Forum, save every receipt and triple check what care they are giving your pet.

Dr. K is the best veterinarian I have ever used for my dogs. He know the problem and has a solution. His staff is filled with the nicest people and they all love animals.I appreciate all the help I have been given with my first dog and with my second. Buddy loves them!

After trying various medications, we finally have our baby figured out. Thanks to Dr. K and his staff, our Metro feels like a puppy again and his skin is clear. I would highly recommend Forum Veterinary Clinic!

Dr. K is the best vet I know, and the only one I trust. Recently, our dog starr had an emergency, and he came in, after hours (on more than one occasion) to help take care of her! The entire staff there is incredibly kind and welcoming. Kelly, also has the sweetest personality! You can tell the entire staff absolutely LOVES animals. There is none other that I trust more than Dr. K and his staff! You guys rock!!

Doctor Klenofsky is the BEST in his field. He is an incredible diagnostician and much needed specialist in allergies. I found him after my dog was misdiagnosed by 3 doctors and he is still with us 8 years later. I cannot say enough about the quality of care he has provided over the years!!

Dr. Klenosfsky and the entire staff at Forum Veterinary Clinic are amazing! Always professional, kind, attentive, takes time to explain and researches when they need more information for our two dogs. Both dogs have been coming here for years and we are so happy! From the staff being careful to keep pets separated as they come in and out to prevent any situations, to being careful when the dogs get shots, to calling back promptly (even during closed hours) when we have a true concern. I would not go Anywhere else. Thank you!

Our animals have been patients of Dr. Klenofsky and his wonderful office staff for over 10 years, which included a total of four dogs and two cats -currently only our two dogs. Dr. K takes great care of furry beloved ones, believe me. Everyone there really cares and listens and tries to help. I recommend them to everyone.

Bad service. Don’t call back for follow up appts. Don’t answer phone half the time. Want to argue. Rude. Leaving this vet because of the reception desk people and their refusal to follow up.

My dog, Peanut, saw Dr. K for the first time today. After over 3 years of watching him suffer with allergies and skin issues while seeing other Vets, Im relieved that Peanut is going to get the care he has needed now! Everyone is awesome at this office!! I cant wait to see Peanut well...

After a year and a half of treating my dog for “skin allergies” I luckily came across a woman who had similar skin issues with her pup and she told me about Forum Vet! Now I’ve spent 100s of dollars on multiple vet visits a month with no relief for my Chloe. I went back and forth for months on possibly euthanizing because I couldn’t get any relief for my itchy pup. Every time we’d heal up her first problem, she break out with another rash/scabs and back to the vet we went. She was getting monthly allergy shots, steroids, creams, shampoos. It’s been 2 weeks since her first appointment with Dr. K and Chloe is all cleared up for the first time in months, she’s not itching and finally has the relief we’ve been searching for! I finally don’t feel like I need to put my baby out of her misery and I couldn’t be more thankful to have come across such a great clinic. Gail is so sweet and friendly, as is everyone else you meet on their staff. Dr. K is extremely knowledgeable in his field and it shows, he makes sure you walk out with a whole new world of information! If you have a fur baby with skin issues, definitely get an appointment set up with Forum Vet!

I found Dr K when my 10 year old cairn terrier was the worst Id ever seen him with his allergies. Most of his hair was had been pulled out and he had massive infections. I was almost at the point of having him put down as I feared he was so uncomfortable. This was after we had already seen the only doggy dermatologist in the city and still had minimal improvement. Dr K was a life safer, they arranged there schedules to get my boy Im immediately. They finally diagnosed my dog properly and put him on the right regimens and within few months he was back to his normal rambunctious and furry self again.

I have been taking my dogs here for 7+ years and they are amazing!!! Everyone truly cares about my pets, which is really important to me.

We rescued our Sadie a year and a half ago. Approximately a year ago she became very letharhic. Our vet could not figure out why. We took her to another vet and they diagnosed an under active thyroid but she developed an allergic reaction to the prescribed medication. Finally we took her to forum 61 dermatology clinic AMAZING! we found she had multiple skin issues. All was treated together and she has made a full recovery. The. Dr. Gail and staff are totally committed to each animal they treat. We are so glad we found them.

We adopted a 12 year old toy poodle with chronic skin and ear problems, where she seemed to scratch, lick, and smell constantly. After a year of battling her issues with different medication, shampoos, and treatments from other vets (and many years of trying according to her previous owner), we found Dr. K online and made an appointment. Within the first week of following his instructions, she was itching and licking her paws noticeably less and smelled so much better. By the next month when we saw Dr. K again, the texture and flakiness of her skin had improved tremendously and she seemed much happier. We will definitely continue to see him and his team and cant wait to see her improvements continue. He and his staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly, and we cant thank them enough for their help! We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Im sad to say that after 3.5 years taking my fur babies to Dr. K, and tolerating snide comments and condescension, I have reached the end of my patience and tolerance. If you want to be talked down to, made to feel like your concern for your pet is ridiculous, and enjoy being cursed and yelled at (yes, you read that right), then this is the place for you. You will not find a less welcoming atmosphere nor will you find someone more into pushing scripts than this place. Not to mention the constant reminder of how educated he is, making sure you understand his superiority, lest you ask a question that challenges him. The level of unprofessionalism is incredible. So much so that we walked out in the middle of an appointment because the doc refused to answer my questions and then cursed at me when I told him I was upset. I now need to find another doc ASAP for a sick pup. I have filed reports/complaints with the Missouri Veterinary Medical Review board and will repost this review on other sites in the hopes I can save someone else from the abuses we endured by this professional and his staff. (To clarify, this review exempts his help staff, Kelly, who is one of the sweetest and compassionate people Ive ever met.

Dr. K has made our babies so comfortable through allergy season and helped our one dogs with the food allergies she has. I totally trust Dr. K with our 3 fur babies! I highly recommend him!

After many, many months of our usual vet not knowing what was wrong with my dog, Babette (with her constant scratching, red/smelly skin, and half-bald body from scratching her hair out), a family friend mentioned Dr. Klenofsky and mentioned that he specialized in dermatology. And that made all the difference. He took the time to explain and ensure what was wrong, and right away went to work to treat Babs. And the results began immediately. It was incredible to watch her get her quality of life back. Looking at pictures of her first visit compared to what she looks like now...completely different dog both in looks an personality. Couldnt be more thankful to have found the Forum staff, and cant recommend them enough! They made all the difference.

Dr. Klenofsky is the best vet Ive ever worked with. His bedside manner is pitch perfect, and his veterinary knowledge puts your companion animal in the best hands.Gordon, our Pyrenees was suffering from obvious pain of unknown origin. The pain began at a time when Dr. K was out of the office, so we took our big boy to VSS. Hundreds of dollars later, we didnt have any answers, and our dog was still in pain.The following day, we brought him to Dr. K. After 15 minutes with Gordon, Dr. K opined that Gordon had somehow strained his neck. He gave our 115 lb. boy an anti-inflammatory and created a treatment plan for us to follow. Within 2 hours of the injection, Gordon was at 90%. Within 48 hours, we had our dog back. Dr. K was right on the money, and his work brought us peace of mind and a healthy dog. Thanks, Dr. K!

Dr. Klenofsky and his team are wonderful. Our sweet, loving and perfect dog for our 3 young boys lost all of her hair and was very sick. Dr. Klenofsky worked with us and within 3 months was able to determine the problem and find medication to make Tess healthy and happy again. She is back to her old self and loving life again.
