I brought my phone in with a cracked screen and my charger port wouldnt work either. They fixed the screen and went out of their way and cleaned my charger port and now it works great!! Super nice people, Mark did a great job!

I had an issue with a manufacturer’s warranty on a repair. The people at uBreakiFix worked with me to come to an amicable resolution for the issue and provided me services at a reasonable price. Additionally we were able to get the services done within a short period of time. They were professional and understanding.

Dropped off my Note 20 Ultra yesterday to get the screen repaired. The guys working are quick to answer the phone, I called in the morning around 10:45 and asked if they had availability to repair my phone that day. He said no one was in line and I could drop it off as soon as Id liked and that it would take 3-4 hours. I made it there by 11:30AM and dropped the phone off and left. They asked for an alternate contact number to let me know my phone was ready. Perfect! I head back to work and wait.4:40 rolls around and I hadnt heard from them if my phone was done or not. I called asking for an update on my phone and was told that he just finished my phone and was about to call me. I say alright! and headed down in rush hour traffic to pickup my device. When I get there I checked in and picked up my device, they handed it to me and asked me to look it over to see if everything looked OK. After close inspection it was obvious the tech knicked the inside of the back glass where the color is applied at the factory. I point this out to the gentleman and his response was, Oh thats weird. We have a machine that takes that off so I dont even know how that happened. Weird! and silence. No apologies, no offer of compensation or to fix it, nothing. I paid the small sum of $328 and went on my way. The best part about it is when I was going through my texts after I got outside, and had an automated text from them at 1:20PM saying my device was completed and ready for pickup! No one ever even called me.Really honestly not impressed with the service I got for $300+ on a repair, especially being this is one of the only places in town that can fix this phone currently. Otherwise the screen works great and they replaced the frame of the phone as well. You cant even tell it was ever broken.Anyways-- be sure to comb over your device when you get it back if you bring it here. This is a $1300 phone and Im obviously going to be annoyed when the back was damaged during a repair. Even a tiny discount off of the service or offer of replacing the back would have been better than just shrugging it off...

Very professional people. We ran into some issues with my cell provider, but the staff here handled it wonderfully. They are honest people. Will come back here for any electronic repair needs.

Mark was really responsive and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone and cleared up my confusion as well. He was able to fix my screen the same day I called. In addition, he recommended a liquid glass to go over my screen and I initially declined it. He did not push at all. I then called back and asked him to go ahead and do it and he happily did. He was great to work with and between having four phones in my household and having had two screens repaired elsewhere, I can say I will definitely only be going back to Mark.

Went in for a broken charging port, turns out it only needed to be cleaned. They cleaned it for me for free, will definitely be continuing to use their services!

Overall I will give them 1 star for the incident they caused me. 2 trips, wrong case the first time. 5 extra hours to wait and travel time. This store did fix my phone the next day. It was not a favorable experience. Put other people ahead of me. After I came back the second time,when they ask me to. I Sit for 4 hours. I wont be back.

Needed a new battery for my Pixel phone. They had OEM parts on hand to replace it, same day. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the phones warranty.

I brought my phone in Saturday night right before they closed and they assured me it would be fixed in the morning. I was without my phone for a whole night even though its important for my job and I came back in the next day (they did not alert me or anything that my phone was ready for pick up I had to get someone else to call for me) to find my phone was still broken. The man who helped me talked down to me and spoke as if I didnt know anything about the Google pixel phone (Ive developed in Android and Ive owned a pixel for over 5 years) and wouldnt even let me know when the bug would be fixed. I understand things can be out of their control but when I got an email directly from Google that my phone was okay to replace the screen on I was unable to still get a screen repair. Some people rely on their phones for their jobs and this is incredibly unprofessional to take my phone away from me for a whole day, not let me know it was ready, and refuse to let me know when it could be fixed. The store I talked to in the Creve Coeur location was so much nicer go to them not here dear God not here.

My phone issue was a manufacturing defect but everyone in the store was super friendly and very helpful. My phone was restored back to the way it was in hours. I will be back should I ever have another device needing fixing!

Understand if they replace your iPhones screen for $350, it is no longer water resistant, and they will insist it’s “common knowledge” that your $1000 phone is no longer water resistant.I brought a iPhone 11pro for screen damage. Was charged $350 for a screen repair. Screen was replaced same day, however the calibration didnt seem to be correct. The color was off and it was difficult to make out images on low brightness. The day after the screen was replaced it was exposed to rain and I noticed water bubbles under the screen. Roughly 30 minutes later, the phone wouldnt turn on. The iPhone 11pro should be able to tolerate being underwater 13 feet for 30 minutes.I brought the phone back and was then told the screen they use isnt up to apples standards and that I should have known it was no longer water resistant. Its common knowledge. I was told that uBreakiFix does not cover water damage. I scoured their website to see if there is any actual documentation that I should have expected a water resistant phone to no longer be water resistant after the screen is replaced. It is nowhere to be found. I asked the manager for a refund and they said no. They reportedly asked the GM of the store and they also said no. They also refused to even give me a receipt or any documentation stating the phone had water damage and now I can’t get my phone insurance to reimburse the broken phone because they won’t give me documentation and Apple won’t touch the phone because ubreakifix damaged the phone when replacing the screen.Just awful.

So my phone was a Google phone and I was thankful that a repair store with a Google certification for fixing phones was within 30 min of me. The customer service was excellent, the man who I spoke with was professional, explained everything I wanted to know and was able to fix it overnight for me. However, he told me that the phone would run as if it came out of the box (had a broken screen). When the phone was returned to me l, the screen was fixed but the phones speakers were fluffy?(they sound shot, idk how to describe) and the phone still ran the same way it did before I brought it in. Im happy that the phone screen was fixed (for $50 might I add), but I didnt like being lied about the rest of the phones performance being almost brand new. Overall, good experience and will definitely fix my phone there again, but I didnt prefer to be told the extra fluff about what they would do.

Brought a Pixel 4 XL here for a warranty repair on the battery after a terrible experience at the location on Manchester.Both employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.They let us know when to expect the repair to be completed. And even went so far as to let us know that this particular phone has some history of the repair being complicated by melted hardware due to the battery defect.. But they would make every attempt to complete the repair before having to order a new phone from Google.

The HDMI port on my Xbox Series X got damaged after only a few months of having it. I was gonna get it repaired through Microsoft but my friend recommended UbreakIfix based off of work they did for him in the past. I decided to give them a shot and am very happy I did. They were able to repair the HDMI port faster and cheaper than Microsoft. It’s been about 1.5 months now and everything is still working fine. The console even looks like it was never taken apart. Very good work, highly recommend.

We have warranty coverage on our mobile phones through Mastercard since we pay our mobile bill via credit card. We worked with Louis at uBreakiFix to coordinate a screen and charge port repair through insurance. He went to a lot of trouble to make sure the insurance company had the appropriate repair detail to process a claim. The repair process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Would definitely go back here again. Phone looks like new weve had no issues after the repair. I came in to your Chesterfield location needing help with saving important files I was unable to retrieve on my own. I was devastated when I believed everything I had been working on and saving for years was gone due to shattering my phone and never backing up the files. Russell listened to my concerns and worked with me until I was able to have everything back in a safe place.I believe this person went above and beyond what is asked of an employee.I am more than grateful for the kindness that was shown and my experience with Russell could not have been better.

A problem with the screen cable was making my laptop screen cut out, and I finally had to get it repaired.I took the laptop to the uBreakiFix location in Chesterfield after a coworker suggested the company.It’s in a convenient location and had weekend hours.I was bracing for having to leave the computer for a couple of weeks.I took the computer in midday Saturday. I had it back by noon Sunday (as in, a day later).True, the cable issue turned out to be a relatively easy fix, but what a great experience.Quick service. Nice employees. Lots of digital communication on the status of the repair.My computer didn’t sit on a shelf for two weeks while other jobs took priority.No one tried to sell me anything or talk me into something I didn’t want.I just wanted my laptop fixed. Mission accomplished.

Beyond trustworthy... my iphone was no longer charging, I thought the port was bad. AT&T wanted to charge me a $250 deductible to replace the phone. I called uBreakiFix and they told me they could repair for $69, but to bring it in for a diagnostic just to check if that was the issue or not. I brought it in, they took it in the back, and came back a few minutes later with random debris that was compacted up deep in port. It works perfectly again...and they wouldn’t even charge me! Very impressed, and will definitely come back!

I was on the phone for 45 minutes with Boost then another 45 minutes with Samsung to figure out why my sons phone wasnt working. I was told to go to uBreakiFix in Chesterfield. When I walked in Russel helped me. He knew what the problem could be before unlocking my sons phone. I was in & out less then 5 minutes and the service was free. He was kind, his quick and he didnt push on buying stuff for the phone when I didnt need too. He was awesome and the company is great. I will go back if I have any other problems with anything.

So my new Samsung S20 ultra had updated over night and after update I was unable to use my phone so I called 1st Verizon and obviously they tell to call Samsung and Samsung directed me to these guys and I had a fantastic experience Ian really helped me out apparently after update it defaulted to settings I didnt originally have and Ian had me in and out within minutes. I walked in with a device that had a very small crack in the screen to be repaired. This was an insurance repair through Assurant and I was directed to take it to your store. A week later I walked out with a device that was completely non-functional. Yes, your store broke my device and then could not fix it. UBREAKIFIX? I cracked it, you broke it, you could not fix it. Then, after providing me with a BRICK, your store closed the service ticket with Assurant as completed. I will never do business with your store, franchise, company ever again.

Phone screen on my Pixel stopped working, 8 days out of warranty. It would be so easy for these guys to say it needed a new screen and charge $130 for a new one...they opened it up and there were a couple connections and screws loose. $40 diagnostic later and I was out the door. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My experience has not been good, and my issue is not even resolved yet. Started repair process on 3/7 (device insurance claim involved). Paid deposit for a part. Was never called that part was in. Finally called store to inquire and was told it had been in for a while. Dropped phone off, was quoted 2-3 hours. Was done more like 6 hours later, but it turns out wrong part had been ordered. Was never called about this throughout the process; I had to call them for all updates. Reordered a different part, was told expedited shipping. Called back a couple days later as instructed, so far 18 minutes into the call (on hold much of it, sometimes with hold music playing at same time as store rep is trying to talk to me), no record of my name or phone number in the system, finally found the part on order but no status or information on it. Julio has been great to work with; others not so much, but at this point I have no confidence they will be able to handle my repair need.

Should be called UbreakIscratch.I turned in my Xbox one for diagnostics. Got it back looking beat up!!! They may have found the issue, but after getting it back looking like someone took a knife to it! Receipt even has a spot about physical condition when they got it and it is marked very good. No visible physical damage as I pride myself in keeping my stuff flawless. Well, glad I had it since launch keeping it immaculate only to have them abuse it. I wont be back, which is a shame as I have some work I would have loved for them to do.If you dont care about how they treat your stuff, worth a shot, but not for those of us that keep our things nice! :(Update:GM did try to contact me but I have been crazy busy with holidays, will update as this unfolds.

Authorized Samsung repair location. They were able to replace the broken screen on my Galaxy S10+ The screen had been cracked for about 2 months, then one day it went dark, nothing! I was very pleased that they repaired my phone in about 2hrs. 5 stars!

Fixed my phone just find but the sticker that they put on your device for identification is literally glued on. I am upset that they didnt take it off. It is extremely hard to remove and trying to remove could potentially damage the phone.

I had taken it into a different location and was informed that because it was water damaged Googles official policy (the reps words, not mine), would not let them work on it. This is of course hilarious, because uBreakiFix is Googles only authorized service repair facility here in the US.

I dropped my PS4 off on 5/29 for a HDMI port replacement. At first I thought it was a great place with great customer service. The guy at the counter was great and friendly. He said the absolute max it should be is 72 hours but should be finished before that. I called the next day just to get an update since I was going to be in the area that afternoon running errands. The guy on the phone said that my system was next and should be done by the afternoon but if not it’ll definitely be done early Sunday. Well Saturday and Sunday went by and I heard nothing back. This morning I call again to check and the guy said they “forgot to call me” and then proceeded to tell me they were waiting on thermal paste for my CPU and it should be done by 12. This confused me as I only needed the HDMI port replaced. There’s no need for new thermal paste since the CPU is fine. Then he called me back and told me they’ve been giving me wrong info for a different customer and that they’ll “try and get to my system by this afternoon” putting them well over the 72 hour timeframe I was given. I started off with high hopes at first but now I’m not sure I’ll ever be back. I just want a place that isn’t so disorganized that they can’t give me proper status updates on my repair.

Made a reservation online and received a ticket number for a reservation. Took the phone in and was told they dont have access to the ticket numbers. So that was useless. Then they tried to tell me there was a screen protector on my phone. Well they dont shipPhones with screen protectors and there wasnt one on the phone. Long story short very rude and knowledge was iffy at best.

Battery was replaced for my pixel. After few days phone was not switching on. So went back for warranty, person in the front desk put iPhone charger mistakenly and broke charge port. Later when he put usb c charger, charge port burnt. Now he is saying power port should be replaced. Not accepting his mistake. Because of his negligence now my pixel is gone to waste. Lost my phone as well as money spent on battery. Pathetic service.

My daughter broke her iPhone screen twice in a month. They did a good job replacing them. The staff were friendly and professional. The store was clean and easy to find. It costed $130 + to replace her iPhone 8 screen and $20+ to put on the screen protector. I would recommend to find somewhere else for a better price.
