We have used FeatherShark for VOIP phone systems and IT support for over 2 years and have had great experience with them.

During a storm our power was out as well as a fiber-optic line being cut. So our phones were out for 24 hours plus. Feathershark notified us when they detected an issue with our phones and assisted us in forwarding all incoming calls to my cell phone. We never missed a call.

Our District has used FeatherShark for our IT Services for several years. They do a great job of continuously monitoring our equipment and quickly assisting us in times of need. All their employees are very knowledgeable and always happy to help!
