We LOVE our this dental practice! My son and I been patients for 14 years! They take wonderful care of us! Dr. Rodrigues is very personable and all around great doctor! I really appreciate this practice and their expert care!

Scam artist. My dentist could not get me in soon enough for tooth pain I had. I spoke with these people and they said they could get the cavity that hurts the worst done (I had multiple), at the very least the same day. I even had the xrays from my old dentist faxed over and paperwork filled out ahead of time so I could be for sure it could get done. They spent 30 minutes of a 45 minute time slot talking about 360 scans and a webinar I should watch to learn about her program. All I needed was to have a cavity done to get out of pain.

Extremely well made facility with maximum use of space. The IT service there is great! Reminds you of your appointment in adequate time to make changes if needed. However, what I loved the most was the staff. Everyone is so happy. Not just trying to make you happy but truly happy themselves.

Havent been to dentist in years literally. Dr. Kennedy and his assistant (hate I forgot her name) took great care of the issue. Im getting extensive dental work done over 4 visits. Im confident theyll do a great job..

Claustrophobic waiting room. Not sure I’m liking the open plan either. Arrived on time for an 8am appointment, still had to wait 10 minutes (computer problems?). Bathroom needs a fan that actually moves air, not just makes noise (Fantech works great for this!). Nobody wants to smell (and taste) human waste at a dentist’s office. And, please remember that patients will spend a lot of time looking at the ceiling. So . . . replace the water-damaged ceiling tile, and make sure the a/c vents are clean. On the plus side, my hygienist was capable and personable.

Dr Kennedy and his team were terrific. I had a tooth pulled and some other work. They were kind and efficient. They followed up the next day by phone to make sure I was ok. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Chester Dental Care for several years. The staff is friendly, professional, and do excellent work. The only reason for my 2-star rating is that they do NOT warranty their work. That is not a concern until their work fails, in my case a very small part of my crown broke off (my crown was 27 months old). Most dentists cover their work (fillings for 2-years and crowns for 5-years). Several years ago I asked what their warranty was for crowns and was told they covered their crowns for 5-years. A crown should last 8-15 years. All the other fillings and crowns are doing well, except this one that broke yesterday while I was eating salad.Dr. Rodriguez told me today she only warranties a crown for three years. But she can’t be responsible for crowns that fail since most failures are not her fault. She indicated she was not responsible for what a patient does to their teeth after they leave her office.I really thought I had found the best dentist in the area, but I found out she doesn’t stand behind her work. She just redirects blame for failures to the client.These guys are great until their work fails, which is admittedly rare.Interesting to note is that the dentists had discussed my tooth this morning before they even examined it and had already decided I was 100% responsible for the costs required to fix the tooth.

Love these ladies! I have horrible fear of dental procedures, I was crying and shaking when I learned I would have to have a surgical extraction and be awake for all of it. I was shocked at how well it went! Didnt feel the shots, absolutely didnt feel pain with the extraction, the healing was fast and efficient, Im very pleasantly surprised. 5 stars all day.

I literally hate going to the dentist regardless of how old I am, but with that being said I had the best experience ever with Dr. Rodrigues and her wonderful staff. Natasha explained every detail of everything that needed to be done thoroughly along with an explanation of all the charges and what I would be responsible for. The other awesome ladies even grabbed my 3 yr old daughter and had her helping out with them. I’ll be looking for another practice. Came in for a new patient comprehensive examination and was very unhappy with every aspect of visit. Doctor was not fully invested in our appointment and left the room on several occasions, for what I don’t know. She raced through half the exam and informed assistant she would finish the rest when I came back. Then she wanted to outsource the root canal to another practice entirely. After getting the root canal, I was expected to come back to her to cap it or whatever to complete the procedure. She dropped a few papers off to me, not explaining them and abruptly ended the appointment and left. Then on the way out I was asked to give a deposit for my next visit and not told why. A deposit? Are you kidding? I’ve never been to a doctor of any kind that required a deposit. This place is a joke, extremely unprofessional and made me feel more uncomfortable than I already was.

I enjoyed my visit Dr. Kennedy, it was absolutely amazing, he explained everything in detail, every step he made, and how long it would take. Dr. Kennedy takes great pride in his work, and I have never ever enjoyed leaving a dentist office with a smile on my face. Thank you so much!

She took her time and not only made me feel comfortable, but above all made my teeth happy and healthy again with minimal pain. It was my first visit to the dentist in a looong time. I am working out of town and my tooth started giving me a lot of pain.
