Had a phone appt on monday feb. 22nd was told someone will call at 3:30 no one called.. So i called them on tuesday and asked whats going on so i was told to send my w2s in online so i did that asap. Then was told that someone would be contacting me at 5:00. Still no one called... I been calling daily now and i keep being told that someone will call the same day... It is now friday and stil no call... Im suppose to be getting a call sometime tomorrow feb. 27th but im not holding my breath on that.. So now i gota wait for someone to call me... I know for a fact i will NEVER file with H&R Block again.. Ive never had this issue before..

234 dollars for a basic return that I could have easily done by myself in less than 10 minutes. Yeah, Ill never be back here.

Scheduled an appointment online for my day off at opening time (a week-ish in advance). Got confirmation with an agent. Got a call back to ensure confirmation and discussed tax needs. Was informed I would have to visit another office and agent, or reschedule for a different time or on a different date and time due to my tax needs. Disapointed there are not enough skilled tax preparers in my local office to meet my needs from such an establishment as H&R. More NO service from a service provider. When I said I would check with another provider, they seemed OK with it. SO, Ill check with Jackson Hewitt tomorrow.

Was told I could receive money on my Emerald card and its been a week and still 0 balance. Shouldve tested this before I left H&R Block office. This service is just a scam to get my tax money.

Extremely disatisfied. I was told she would not be submitting my taxes until she verified her questions from management. How has oue return been accepted when it should not have been submitted? She said she wouldbe calling tomorrow after her manager had reviewed her preperation questions.

Ive tried using the H&R Block software - which was a disaster - then tried reaching out to the office for help with my return in the software which they are supposed to support. No luck at all. Working with H&R Block has been more stressful than 2 of my 3 tax audits as not much with the company (as opposed to this office) works right.
