This was the best oil change experience I have had. Ron explained everything prior to the work starting. I really appreciate the look over of other things under the hood and the topping off of other fluids.Most of all, he was honest and did not try to sell me services and filters that I didnt need. Much different than the prior companies that I have gone to. I will definitely return for other services that you offer. You can expect a long term customer.

Samuel did my oil change and I brought my own oil and filter. He was very professional and polite! I was in and out in no time and I verified that evening that all my skid plate bolts were put back in correctly. I am very happy with the service and will continue taking my truck to Chester Va location!

When I arrived I was directed to drive directly into the service bay where the on duty technician courteously asked for my needs, took down my vehicle info, offered me multiple options of oil, and went directly to work. All this in less than 20 minutes.Unfortunately they did not have my air filter.I was impressed with the double check the techs did on my truck. They called out multiple activities to insure they did not miss anything. (Ive heard the horror stories of loose oil plugs).I highly recommend Strickland Brothers to perform good excellent services.

I drive up from Sandston to this location when Im passing through because its quick, easy, efficient. Zoom a Lube to Strickland its still the best around, and my car always drives smoothly when I pull off. I dont know why it takes dealerships an hour + to do the same job. But my money comes here.

Found this place online needing a oil change without the appointment and wait. I was very surprised at the quick service and care they took with each vehicle, I would definitely recommend stopping by if you need a quick or last minute oil change before a road trip, you wont be disappointed

Great service. Knocked my oil change out in a couple mins. Their team was super professional and they even let me know I had a bad battery. Was able to get it changed out thanks to them!

I received an oil change in 15 minutes. And five dollars off for being a previous customer. This is the only place I go for an oil change it’s quick and easy. You get to stay in your car… you just pull up and they take care of you and you pull off.

Of all the oil changes I have ever had this was the best. We pulled into the garage and they offered my something to drink. The guys were so friendly and gave honest suggestions about my car. I asked for new windshield wipers and he was honest and told me he didn’t think I needed them. He checked my air filter and said it looked great! Everywhere else has always told me I needed one every time. It was just their friendly attitude that really sold me. They joked with me and made me feel good about choosing their business. I won’t be going anywhere else anymore! They are hands down the best!

These people go above and beyond customer service !!!! From the time I pulled up til the time I pulled out they were extremely courteous and professional. They did this oil change for $12.00 less than what just the oil and filter cost me at Advance Auto. And, I didn’t even have to get out of my vehicle!!! What an awesome job and great people !!! This was a very quick and painless process. The team was very courteous and even asked if I wanted water while I wait for my oil change. I will definitely go back for my next oil change. There was also no pressure from the guys about buying any extra things like a filter. Once I said no that was the end of the conversation.

Good services. And employees were friendly and knowledgeable and I never knew that when you change your oil, you must reset the oil meter. I learned something new. I think they need a variety of oil and price was a little steep, but worth me not waiting around

I have been using them regularly for about a year, servicing 3 of my vehicles. Almost every time there has been a slight issue with greasy fingerprints on the paint. However yesterday the crew member used my brush guard on the front of my truck as a ladder to climb over to access the engine compartment. I got out and addressed this, but not before he had scampered around from one end to the other leaving globs of greasy footprints and scratches all over the brush guard. He apologized and wiped off the grease, but you could see the scratches. So I asked how he normally accessed trucks and he pointed to two step stools that were within his reach. Why didnt he use one?I called this morning to discuss this with the manager, he was rude, would not give me his name and then hung up on me.I would not recommend the Enon location...EVER!UPDATE: I would like to update my post concerning Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change:I am sure that I will never return to the Enon Location, but I will definitely use their Chesterfield Location at 6311 Iron Bridge Place. I met with Kevin, the area Manager and he has done everything to resolve the situation, even to go as far as repainting my Brush guard. I would not agree to that, because it would not be fair to them. He worked it out to my satisfaction and was Professional and Friendly. I am giving them a 5 Star rating, because they deserve it.

The service at SB 10 Minute Oil Change was better than any place I’ve visited before! The staff was helpful, happy, and knowledgeable. This is my new go-to spot for oil changes without a doubt. The service was very efficient; it took just about 10 minuets as advertised. Will be recommending them to my friends and coworkers

These guys were FANTASTIC!! As soon as I arrived, they offered me water, gave some fruit snacks to my daughter to keep her occupied, checked my air filter without me having to ask, and helped me figure out how to reset my engine notifications....and they did all of that with big smiles and genuine care. Shop is in better shape than with previous owners. Ive been to several oil change places locally and this is the first place I went to that actually did a pressure test post-oil change. Will come back again.

They have a very professional business. Everyone wore a mask and all doors were open. The gentleman that greeted me was courteous throughout the entire process. They were extremely careful of each others safety, to including the customers, making sure no got run over. I was in and out in record time after liquids were topped off. Ill definitely be going back and recommending to family and friends.

Everyone there was incredibly friendly and professional. So much I made a point to tell my wife about the experience and write this review. I highly recommend them. The price was about the same as the dealership, but the speed of the oil change makes Strickland Brothers a much better value.

They did a good job. They just change to Strickland Brothers about a week ago. So they where a little slow with getting the car in the computer but that was it. The over all experience was good. Very nice staff.

I went today after Valvoline in rout 10 left me with a liquing they fixed my problem and had a great price I thought it was very cheap I dont know why I see complaints about price down here besides the other guy that complaint about the questions for the car I apriciate it because I have an f350 that looks like a diesel but its a gas one and without those question anyone could just put the worn oil on it so I apriciated the price and the attention to detail and all the customer service was fast and friendly it looks like I found my new oil to go place now ...

They were really friendly and very efficient and fast. Got me in and out within 15 mins. That’s including from the time I pulled up to the time I paid and left. They answered all my questions and I will definitely be going to them again in the future.

I have had the oil changed in 2 of my Vehicles here. They were very friendly, professional and thorough. They didn’t try to up sell me on products I didn’t need. Even replaced my oil pan plug for free!! I will be using their service for a long time. Excellent Service, I highly recommend them.

Awesome service. We just stopped for a quick checkup, diesel engine didnt sound right. They checked and said we were a little low on oil .. they topped it off ... checked other fluids and added air to a tire .. no charge. How can anyone have a problem with a business run like that ?? I love that we did not need an appointment, however we did not have to wait long. Both my husband and I needed our trucks to be serviced before headed out to work in NYC and they were fast and sufficient, I wish I could remember their names but ALL 3 gentlemen that worked on our vehicles were very very professional. The place I normally go to for an oil change is Zoom-a-lube but has changed ownership within the last 2 months. I was a little concerned I wouldnt get good service anymore but that wasnt the case. They did up the price for an oil change which is unfortunate but all previous services were the same. One of the gentlemen who helped me worked for the previous owner and is doing a great job explaining that the place has changed owners before starting service. It is still a great place that takes care of their customers and their vehicles.

For several years now, we have gotten our oil changed at the Zoom-a-lube that was at this location. We went today to get a routine oil change, and to be honest, we were not impressed. Yes, they changed our oil, but it’s like they weren’t focused at all on us. After paying and walking back to the car to leave, our car’s hood was still up. So, we closed our own hood. Meanwhile, another car was being guided into the garage, and a couple of employees were seen on their phones as we left.Later in the day we noticed that the “change oil” light was still on, so apparently that wasn’t reset.Sorry to see Zoom-a-lube go. We were loyal customers because of their service and professionalism. However, due to the mediocre service we received today from the new ownership, we realize that we can get mediocre service anywhere, and will be looking for better service elsewhere.

Used fuel injector additive and treatment. I noticed improved engine performance on my 2000 Dakota almost immediately.

The amount of time, dedicated happiness towards the customers when working there has been all but my goal. I stayed on top of my duty and carried a lot of the struggle and stress between one another and our “team”. I can’t say for sure why such a business is for the customers but can relieve ANY deserving employee of their work and send them packing home.. you lose a team player and an excellent customer service representative. I learned all I needed when starting there and all I can profoundly say is that management wants the money.. doesn’t need EVERY team player and YES will service every customer. I wanna see this place come up. I also want to see the professionalism that was promised on both ends of the spectrum. Deshanna get on that.

However I was disappointed that they are not be able to check on my others oils, like the other owner, used to do for me !I dont understand any of those things and I count with them to keep me safe on the road!Something for them to consider!
