My husband and I both worked with Austin and had great experiences. He worked with us to find a vehicle that was in our price range and really went out of his way to try to stick with what our budget was. The general manager, I cannot remember his name :(, also was fantastic and genuinely seemed to want to help us out. Overall we felt like we were listened to and treated like real people, not just someone whose money they wanted. I would recommend them 10/10 times.

Didnt call us to pick up the car after the service was done. Bad communication. Called and called, no one answered the phone and this was at 6pm. Had to go there to pick up the car. Thank God someone was there to give us the keys. The guy there said no one told him about anything.

Really wish I purchased my car at Loyalty with Jonathon! Instead, I have just recently purchased a vehicle at DARCARS and what a terrible experience it was. We were at the dealership for hours trying to seal the deal on a OK Sianna. After the purchase, we as customers were abandoned by DARCARS and left to beg for items that were promised after the deal (like an additional key and a second row jump seat). I should have been more patient and waited to purchase from Loyalty because a few days later Jonathon found us a Sianna with less miles that was in better condition than the one we purchased. Not only was Loyaltys Sianna better quality it would have also been backed by a better warranty and better customer service

We were very impressed with the service advisor, Mr. Michale Altizer. We brought our Atlas in for routine service and my wife said she thought she was hearing a knocking/rattling noise from somewhere in the car. Michale said Ill bet its coming from one of the front sway bars and said they would check it out. Sure enough, the left front sway bar link had some play in it and they replaced it. Michale had the technicians run diagnostics on everything my wife said she noticed and they found a couple other error codes that needed to be addressed with a software update. She says the cars running wonderfully now. What a wonderful experience being assisted by Michale.

I wish there was a zero stars option. Facts speak for themselves. I took my Atlas for AC issues and right out the back they told me they were going to drive it home that night to troubleshoot (for AC issues!). Well, the person that drove it home lives in Blackstone (80 miles roundtrip). I come back the next day, the serviceman says the car is ready, gives me my keys points at the car outside (no paperwork because is under warranty, mmm). I jumped on the car and part of the dash panel is on the floor with tools all over. I go back inside and ask to speak to the manager. Well, the manager is who drove the car to Blackstone and presumably fixed a refrigerant leak. My experience there is the worse that I have experienced in my entire life, just out of this world, stay away my friends.

If I could give it 0 starts I would for the service department. Worst bunch of service advisors, dropped my vehicle of on Thursday for oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t hear anything for 4 hours, I tried calling but never got an answer, left a couple of voicemails and nothing. Finally 6 hours later another service advisor answered. He told my my service advisor was gone for the day and didn’t leave any notes about my vehicle, they didn’t know what the status of the vehicle was or anything, finally after a little while he was able to track it down only to inform me my car had been ready for a few hours, but the service advisor forgot to call me or let anyone know my car was ready. Absolutely worst service advisor every single day me of them have done me wrong before.

Overall, a great place to purchase a vehicle! Loyalty really worked with me to negotiate a price that was within my budget on my 2018 Honda Fit. All associates were super helpful, but Ms. Tina Lewis showed me the vehicle and went the extra mile to ensure I could take it home with me that night! The buying process can be time-consuming and although Loyalty closed because it was past business hours of operation, Tina and staff stayed over to assist me with my purchase. I brought my Jetta 2019 to shop after purchased in Nov 2019 because of engine noise when acelerating at 30mph. They said they were going to put my name on a list to call me when they find out how to fix the noise. Nobody never call me no recall for this noise. After more than a year i come to dealer for service on noise and their new response is that this is normal characteristic of Jetta 2019. That is ridiculous, this should be part of the sale pitch and customer can decide if they want to purchase or not. The noise is annoying when you have a brand new car.

I have been with loyalty Volkswagen for around 2 years now and I’ve never had so many problems with a dealership before. I’m one mishap from canceling my lifetime warranty and doing all maintenance and purchasing parts myself. I’ve gone in to have an oil change and oil profusely leaked from under my Subaru, Volkswagen stripped the oil pan drain plug causing a hairline fracture in my oil pan, then when I brought it to their attention they did the work but still charged me for labor even though I purchased the new oil pan, hardware, and filter. The Exhaust manifold is in the way of my oil pan and they stripped the exhaust manifold bolts too. Months later I go in for another oil change and they didn’t tighten the oil filter all of the way so oil soaked the engine bay. I had both of my front control arms replaced and my lugs were stripped so badly that when taking the lugs off I broke the wheel studs off and had to buy 2 new front hubs. They also overfilled my engine coolant reservoir to the point that the liquid had no room to expand so air bubbles got pushed into my radiator and caused a very annoying overheating issue that I chose to fix on my own. Please be careful buying a car here if you are considering getting your cars maintenance done here. My car has less than 80,000 miles and I’ve had more trouble with it than my 97 tacoma with 357,000 miles. Besides the actual maintenance I’ve never been displeased with the people themselves, the workers are polite and honest and will do anything they can to help you and the sales department is very open to everyone and what they are looking for. The people are wonderful but the guys don’t know how to work on anything other than a Volkswagen.

Put our 2017 rav4 in shop for the recommended 5,000 mile check up as usual they told me all the things that they think need to be done but that doesnt jive with the owners manual but forgot to go through the courtesy car wash. I then had my 2015 tundra in for the same 5,000 mile service and to rotate and balance the tires. They charged $89.95 +$ 13.49 for shop fees? Really! What are the shop fees for balancing tires? Of course we were told about all the things that needed to be done that again doesnt jive with the manual. They however forgot to mention that the tire pressure sensor monitor light was on. They also forgot to reset the service soon light and as usual didnt go through the car wash. Dont worry I dont think Ill be buying any more vehicles from LoyatyToyota VW NISSAN!

Volkswagens are great vehicles and if you’re in the market for one, do yourself a favor…choose another VW dealership. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership when they were Priority Volkswagen. The experience was good so when I was ready for a new car I went back. This turned out to be a mistake on my part. I purchased the vehicle in May of 2020 and they just sent the paperwork over to the DMV to register/title the vehicle in my name last week (Feb. 2021) AND the DMV still doesn’t have all of the paperwork that they need from Loyalty. They put plates on my vehicle, gave me a registration for my glove box, they just never sent anything to the DMV. Initially I was told there was a hang-up on the DVM side. I reached out to the DMV and they assured me that that was not the case, they hadn’t received paperwork from the dealership. Next I was told there was a backlog because of the Corona Virus. Then I was told that because people were working from home someone forgot to click a button. I started trying to resolve this issue with the salesperson who sold me the vehicle. When that didn’t get anywhere I went to the Asst. Mgr. Finally I went to the GM who assured me that he would personally see to it that the issue was resolved back in September. Fast forward to Feb. 2021. When the new vehicle didn’t show up on my property taxes, I reached out to the three of them AGAIN. I was sent a copy of the title showing that it was in my name. Today I received a letter from the DMV that the vehicle was JUST registered to me last week, AFTER I emailed them to follow up. Additionally, they still haven’t sent the DMV all of the documentation they need to complete the paperwork. We’re on month 9 now.

Loyalty take the advantage of people sale want they want and telling you you cant get the car you want because your credit have to be above 7 then when car give you problems and you dont feel safe with it they want let you get another car . They also give you the run around and try to talk to you like youre no body. I talk to a manager Joe s and he was so nasty. I really hope this dealership leave how to respect there customers. Buyer beware:I got a 2020 tiguan last month. My salesman was awesome he did the best he could. The first problem was that all of their signage and television commercials promised 6 months no payments. Got to the dealership, the sign out front said it as well. Both salesman and manager said they were no longer running that promo. When I got home that same day there was an add for the 6 month promo on facebook. I checked and it was also on their website. That was aggravating but not the biggest deal. The biggest problem was with lifetime loyalties and what we were told by multiple employees on the phone. We double and triple checked to make sure we understood our benefitsGot to the dealership and they told us we were wrong and refused to offer us the services that MULTIPLE employees told us we were entitled to. We ever called right before we left for the dealership and were assured by an employee that everything was fine. The guy we spoke to once at their business said to my husband, Im not sure who you talked to or what they were smoking but the answer is no. Thats an unprofessional response and if we were wrong fine. We could own that. However, we were told incorrect information by at least 3 employees. Any business that cares at all about their reputation apologizes, compromises, and/or offers some sort of concession to the customer for their employees mistake. Its just good business. Then you retrain and clarify information with your staff so the mistake wont be repeated. Moral of the story...I love my tiguan but we are NEVER using any loyalty dealer again.

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jetta Sport from here not long ago. Looked over the vehicle and found a couple of issues. Andy my sales guy was great to deal with and assured me they would be taken care of. Right before we left the dealer I noticed an issue this a chip in paint on the front bumper. Andy assured me this would be taken care of. When my wife took the vehicle in for its first service she showed the issue to a tech and they said it would have to be sprayed or something and Andy would get back to me. Never has! One day while cleaning the car I noticed something in the front springs. They never took what I believe are called the shipping blocks out of the front and rear springs. No wonder why the suspension was so hard. I would expect better customer service!
