The folks at this location were amazing! They made the whole experience a pleasure!!

Please do not waste your time driving to this location or making a reservation. I made one and woke up early to be there by 9 am. I was asked if I was using a credit card but I answered that I wanted to pay with debit. The lady then proceeded to tell me “ we’ll be performing a soft credit check”. First, my credit is in good standing and second, what company performs a credit check when a customer wants to pay with a debit card loaded with their own money? And I was given no heads up beforehand that this would be the case. Enterprise is a far bigger company and they do not perform such a “ soft credit check” to rent out their cars. Again, Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AVIS!

DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS! I made a reservation for Tuesday. Paid for the vehicle online with my sons credit card. We get to the location and the woman wants a $250.00 security deposit. My son gave her his card the same card that the car was charged to and she says she cant take it because he was not the person who was driving the car. She would not rent us the car tells us we need to call Avis to get a refund and they are refusing to refund the money for a rental we never got! I will fight this! Calling attorney general and BBB.

O stars if I could, go in there with reservation in hand from insurance company, then told they cant help because theyre computers are down. Then another lady walks in and they give her a rental and explain that she was prepaid and mine was not. Then advise me computers may be up by end of week..Called 800 number to no one having a clue whats going on at this location. Horrible experience

Look I have explained my complaint to security, the office and the reps on the 800 line no one is hearing where Im coming from. All she can say its my fault the car got stolen because it was in front of my house. Ive been with avis 1 year 1/2 never had a problem but Ms.A at the Chester location Talk to me like I was a stranger and very disrespectful to me. So thank yall for letting me know thats how you do business.
