I contacted RK for maintenance on my septic system. He was on time and gave me a good tutorial on how our system works. They are reasonably priced and extremely responsive. Overall a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

Every person that I have interacted with was very professional and friendly. Craig was on time, very friendly, and answered every question I asked with such professionalism. The prices are very fair and reasonable. I was so impressed, I signed up for their maintenance plan.

Have repaired my clearstream septic system several times from clipping the distribution box with my brush hug, ants building a nest and frying the aeration circuit, to failing wiring on the sump pump. Wish I had chosen them for the initial install but went with my builders guy. Now use them for annual maintenance and have always been responsive, reasonably prices, and quality work.

Called on a Saturday because my lawnmower hit the vacuum breaker, but had to leave a message. I received a return call about an hour later. On the call I was told the exact issue, and had expectations set for Craig to come out Monday morning. Craig showed up on time, worked quickly and was on his way.
