I saved $5000!!!!! THIS IS A CARING COMPANY !! I called about an septic tank inspection and the father was AMAZING AND CARED ABOUT MY SITUATION! I am a first time home buyer and had problems since purchasing my home. He listened to my concerns and immediately told me I was being charged too much by the other company. He scheduled his son FORREST to come the next morning and when he came they immediately found the issue and resolved the problem!! They were so informative and amazing and wouldn’t even let me tip! I knew from 1st conversation to finish they were about the customers and not about the money. They even offered resources plumbing and if I NEED A SEPTIC I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM! THEY DESERVE MORE THAN 5 stars. I couldn’t be more thankful!! as a single mom and they helped me save 5k OMG

They arrived on time. They told me exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. They did quality work on my septic system and cleaned up as they wend along. After the work was done they reviewed everything with me and made sure I was satisfied. Great company, great employees, would recommend!

I recently had an inspection done by Forrest Septic. The two men who came out were very respectful and helpful explaining how septic systems work. They arrived on time and notified me before coming. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Update:On Tuesday, May 4th, servicemen from Forrest Septic repaired the damaged pipe in our septic system.Pros: Martin and the two younger gentlemen were promptly able to fix the problem.Cons: The gentlemen arrived with no prior notice. When I offered to show the service team to the repair site, Martins reply was I dont need you. Call me crazy, but this was extremely terse, and bordering on unprofessional. The office manager Tammy has been very gracious, and the two younger service men were respectful, but I cannot overlook the sheer lack of courtesy and professionalism I have experienced through this company.If your septic system needs repairs, find another company ASAP! On the evening of Wednesday, April 28th, My husband noticed that the area around the septic tank was extremely muddy. The following morning I called Forrest Septic to report the situation and was told that a serviceman would check the area on Friday morning. No one came. When we called Friday afternoon, we were told that since we had been dealing with it for a few days we could wait until Monday. As of 2 pm Monday, May 3rd no one has come. Wastewater has been accumulating 1 yard away from my home for 5 days now. I have young children and a shallow well. This is despicable. This company has jeopardized the well being of my family and the entire neighborhood. They will be reported to the Virginia Department of Health for negligence.

So thankful for the honesty of this company! We were purchasing a home and Forest came out to do the inspection. He showed me and explained to me why he failed the inspection. Even when he received major push back from the Owners wanting him to change his report, he did not change it. This is a trust worthy company and because of that we saved thousands of dollars! Would recommend this company to everyone!

Forrest called.me a day after I called to schedule a septic inspection and was out at the property a day later. He was extremely friendly, informative, and explained what he was doing in the process. I would highly recommend to family, friends, and clients.

HORRIBLE company!! NEVER call them. First took them over 6 months just to start the job. Then they never finished. I needed a whole new system. Tami, the office manager, told me they would complete in 5 days. Well no they almost completed the job in 10 days but the landscaping was not done. She also told me after the landscaping that it would be beautiful and we wouldnt even know they had been there. Instead we have a huge mud pit where the septic is that never dries out. Out by the drainage field are pipes sticking out of the ground and a big dirt pile. They also knocked my basketball goal and bent it with their truck but never fixed it. They were paid by OVM Mortgage even though the city has yet to inspect it. The red light is always on and what they told me was the reason is a lie according to the plumber I just had come out. And now after having it for only a few months I have to call another Septic company to come pump it out because again, its not working.

Forrest did my septic inspection for a home Im purchasing. He not only fit us in last minute but he went out of his way for my home thats pretty much in the middle of no where. He was much more reasonably priced than the other companies I received quotes from and didnt try to charge me for unnecessary things like everyone else. He was on time, honest, and my family overall had a great experience!
