We utilized Distinctive Event Rentals for our daughters wedding and reception. We couldnt have picked a better company. From the beginning Savannah made planning a breeze. She was extremely professional and personable and answered all our questions and handled every concern from beginning to end. From the table settings, seating, tents and lighting everything was beautiful and perfect. The setup crew paid great attention to detail and should be commended for an exceptional job. I would highly recommend them for any special occasion.

Distinctive Event Rentals is a great company to work with for weddings! COVID through my entire wedding planning process for a loop one month before the wedding. We had to completely transition to a backyard wedding and I became the main wedding planner. This company made it so much easier for me!!! They sent someone out very quickly to survey the yard and let us know what size tent we could have and then I worked with Savannah throughout the process who helped me cover all the bases and made sure I had a beautiful backyard wedding and it was perfect! They had absolutely every item I could possibly need and more! Highly recommend!

Ive sent other client by to use them did other bigger event pre covid and they always did an awesome job! I was called at the very last minute to help with an intimate birthday celebration and only needed a few tables and chivari chairs. It’s nice to have a local place that has a variety of chair colors you can pick up when you don’t have much planning time. The rose gold chairs were the perfect touch for this celebration, the price was really fair and they made the rental process super easy!Highly recommended

This company made our whole event special!! We rented chairs, cushions, napkins and lights for our wedding reception, and everything was spectacular! The equipment was great, the delivery and setup was easy and the crew was awesome! Rip, Javanti, Leon and Eric were all very helpful and eminently professional! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Ive worked with Distinctive Event Rentals for over 10 years for events as small as a cocktail party to large galas servings hundreds. Their product always transforms a room. The showroom and warehouse are always immaculate. Bill is always a step ahead with a huge variety of the newest linens, tableware, serving pieces, tents, BBQ, tables, chairs, lighting, etc. The staff is professional, friendly and many have worked with the company for over 10 years. The leading caterers, museums, florists recommend DER first. They are the best.

Although they do have good pricing on their items, I was not quite thrilled with the customer service I received from this company.

I am a wedding coordinator and I have to say that Distinctive Event Rentals is a professional, good quality and pleasant company to work with for my couples looking for rental items for their wedding. They are always prompt and professional and treat all of my couples with respect for their time by responding in a timely manner and are always nice to them. I cant say enough about this wonderful company and really enjoy working with them because they also make my job easier as well by being prompt with emails and phone calls and simply providing the best service with a smile always. I have not had the opportunity to use this company yet, however, I did have an issue with one of the drivers. When I called about my concerns everyone was so caring, polite and understanding. I would definitely use a company that obviously prides itself in great customer care!👍🏼

They were amazing! We had a tent backed up in case it rained and they delivered everything in the morning on two different occasions, with everything we agreed on and picked it all back up. Lisa worked with me and she was very helpful and quick to work with me on everything.

I LOVED working with Distinctive. We met with Gabby in person at the warehouse and she walked us through everything for the big day (from china to tent lights) - absolutely painless. She worked up a CADD for us to really maximize the space for our backyard wedding and stayed in touch with us in the weeks leading up to the big day (phone and email), accommodating all our last minute changes (add trashcans, more chairs, no outdoor furniture etc. etc.). I really cannot praise her enough; her customer service, flexibility and expertise made our wedding feel so customized and high-end.Install was totally painless. Four guys showed up 3 days before the wedding and had everything (including our gigantic tent and string lights) up in about an hour. When they came back on Monday they were so careful in our yard you would have NEVER known there was a 20 x 30 tent there for 5 days.Overall: a fantastic, affordable experience. Would highly recommend them!

They have everything youll ever need and they are at a reasonable price for rentals

I would never recommend this place. They are stealing 1600.00 from my son and daughter in law. They had to cancel their reception space and did not need the tent and they refused to return one penny of their deposit and blocked the contract from being visible. How heartless can a company be. Greed has taken over peoples hearts. I will never reccomend this event rental company to anyone and i keep encouraging them to contact the news stations.
