Took my niece here and we both got great mani-pedis! They ensured to know my name and were very sweet to my niece. They spoke to her and not just me and even joked around some. We were promptly taken back at our appointment time; which I forgot to mention, was also made same day! I greatly appreciate that they made my toe I had surgery on look as normal as it could❤️

Never going again, I have cuts in my fingers from the nail file , it hurts very bad. Also they don’t even sanitize or clean your hands before and in between the process

I always go here, I took my mom here and my best friend and I went yesterday. Unfortunately the service was not exceeded to my expectations. I have cuts around my cuticles from the nail tech bringing the drill too close and basically rubbing off my skin. There are open wounds on all five fingers of my left hand and small cuts on my right hand. Will not come here again. Disappointed.

I absolutely love coming here, and I have been for a while I drive out of my way from Va Beach to come get my nails here, I have never had any issues in the passed every person I’ve had has always done such a great job! But the last 2 times I have come I have been unhappy...and this time I’m very unhappy with my nails!! First these were for my birthday that’s coming up so I wanted them to look nice second I have bulky nails some are very uneven and there are some that don’t match in length!! Not to mention that I got a fill in this time which I was charged the same price as my full set I got the last time I was there! I have never paid for a fill in above $30 before till now! I’m very upset about it! I didn’t notice my nails till I got home and looked closer in the light and noticed all the mistakes! I may give you another chance because you truly are my favorite place but if this happens again I will not be returning ever again!!

This is the ONLY place I am getting my nails done at from now on. Everyone was so nice and friendly and my nails look beautiful. I got them done for my wedding and a week later (the day before the wedding) one of them chipped. I went back for a touch up on the one nail but when she found out it was my wedding tomorrow she filed them all, sanded the top, and put a new top coat on all of them so they would look fresh and extra shiny :) The sign outside is hard to see sometimes but it’s a beautiful spot and they really go above and beyond.

First time here, felt a little rushed during the appt I made. My tech was chewing up my nails which I told her hurt (see photo of scabs around my cuticles) and the dip was not dried properly but I cannot get them fixed until my scabs heal.

I have absolutely no complaints about this salon. The woman who does my nails name is Jenny, she’s very sweet and skilled. I have gone to very expensive nail salons and my nails have never lasted more than 2 weeks, when they’re supposed to last 3 weeks. I got my nails done on December 6th and just got a full today, and they still hadn’t lifted. She is very good and I definitely recommend booking your appointment with her.

I love these folks! Tony always does a great job. I don’t always call ahead because I come up from the outer banks.it isn’t always easy to keep appointments. But regardless, Tony nearly always squeezes me in.These folks are worth the long drive!

This salon has been recommended to me by a few different people but I havent had a chance to go in until today. As a person that has been getting her nails done with her mother since elementary school I highly recommend it. I was recommended an alternative to acrylic which I absolutely love and had a wonderful customer service experience. Jenny did an amazing job covering up the bruise underneath my nail without hurting it while making me feel like we were old friends. Ask for Jenny when you go in if you enjoy a good conversation shes a doll.

Best nail place in Hampton Roads! Matt the owner is extremely nice and professional. He knows the clients by name and always greats you with a warm smile and hello. All the nail techs are great especially Toni. Toni takes great care when doing your nails and treats the customers like queens 👸. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to go for many more.

I love this salon! The atmosphere is beautiful, the salon is so clean, but most importantly the people are the best part of the experience. The staff is sociable and always very polite. They always go out of their way to make sure I am completely happy with my nails. Also they do a great job on my eyebrows. I had been visiting a couple nail salons just comparing prices. I was so impressed with this one. When I entered the guy made me feel so welcome. It felt so comfortable and inviting. I came back the next day for a full set. That is when I met Helen. She did my nails for me. When she finished my nails were absolutely gorgeous. She told me about the gel polish. It is awesome. Since then Helen does my nails every time. She does such a good job. Although Im sure they all are very good!! I strongly suggest this salon to everyone!!!!

I was disappointed in my latest visit to this salon. I normally have never had an issue here, it started with the nail tech lecturing me yet again on smoking which she states causes my nails to turn yellow. I can do without the lecture every time I come in. The fill on my nails appear to be wavy.Now for the pedicure my chair was broken, the tech that did my nails, did not clip, trim or do any of the usual things. Honestly he acted like he was afraid to touch me. I left there very disappointed. And just an added thought you should have your new employees wear something presentable, I do not want to see half of their butt hanging out while I am waiting on my nails to dry.

I purchased the Spa Delux pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing and the polish job is flawless. My total experience rivaled upscale spa pedicures that I have had at a fraction of the price!!! Highly recommend!

I have never fallen asleep while getting a pedicure, I mean it was so amazing that I couldnt stay awake. It was the best pedicure/massage I have ever had!

I just went there a few weeks ago to get my nails done first of all they were to long (i work fast-food)so I didnt want them to be but so long . About a week ago I was at work and I hit my nail on something it got snagged and ripped my whole nail off in addition to my real nail and ripped the nail bed off as well . The nails were so thick I had to take something sharp to pry them up just to get them off. Now that my one nail was off I decided just to go ahead and take the whole manicure off. I took fingernail clippers and clipped them down as far as I could to the real nail and buffed off the excess gel color with a fingernail file. I still cant manage to get the rest of the nail off . They are to thick . They should not be this thick. They should not be that difficult to get off. My costumer service was good Ill give them that very nice. Quick in and quick out, but that doesnt fix the problem I had with the actual experience so overall I do not recommend this place to anybody .

I went here with my two children ages 8 and 5 for pedicures. My friend had nothing but great things to say about here. Maybe I went on an off day. The employees seemed very nice overall however, we were suppose to have a 30 minute wait which was fine I was willing to wait. However, when we were taken back which was quickly before 30 minutes one of the employees started to work on my older daughter nails to put polish on. Then he left to go work on someone else. After that another employee came to work on my same daughters feet and did her pedicure. The nails came out great. However, myself and younger daughter sat and watched my 8 year old get her pedicure without being able to soak our feet. Once my oldest pedicure was completed another staff came over and was about to start my pedicure but instead I asked her to start on my 5 year old since she was getting antsy and bored.They didnt soak her feet or do anything like a pedicure just filed and applied polish to her feet and nails. Again , the paint came out nice however, I politely declined even getting a pedicure because both kids were nearly finished when it came time to do my feet and they were antsy. I also, didnt want a rushed pedicure as I felt the nail techs were rushing. I have never been to a salon where they make a group have separate pedicures at 3 seperate times. Needless to say we wont be back. I never write poor reviews but this one I had to write because I was heartbroken that my youngest first pedicure experiance was lacking. I gave it two stars because the nails looked nice painted however, I could have stayed home and done that.

I think they’re very unprofessional I had my nails done there yesterday and I got coffin shape and they did oval shape and the polish has lines through it and bumpy The guy lost control of the grinder and cut me. I also was there for an hour and 45 minutes for something that’s not even good

Got my acrylics removed, asked if I wanted a manicure which is apparently means just trimming and cutting cuticles BUT does not include painting them, what does manicure mean if you don’t paint them? I can cut my own nails. Poor communication, $20 to just trim nails and cuticles is a ripoff. Would not recommend. I get trying to add-on to sales but manipulation isn’t necessary...
