Scheduled an appointment, arrived, had to wait for a nail tech, explained that I wanted a manicure and gel polish, immediately received gel powder, I requested gel polish, the tech painted the nails, and used very limited polish it was so thin. I sat in the chair to get a pedicure after my nails were done, and the tech sat gel polish on the table by the chair. I explained to another tech that I wanted regular polish for my toes, she had such a bad attitude and responded back to me... Its not Gel!! Im looking puzzled, so another tech held up the polish that I requested for my feet and gave to the tech that was getting ready to do my pedicure, I said Thank you, and the tech that was getting ready to do my feet yelled at me... Let me see your hands, in such a disrespectful manner. It seems like they only want you to use the services that they want to provide, and not what you want. I work for the Court System and deal with the public everyday, and I will never return there for service, and will also share my visit with my co-workers. Theres no reason to be rude and unpleasant when a customer is spending their money. I also tip very well when I am provided good service, not looking for excellence at all just be kind and courteous.

Went to get my nails done that I had made an appointment for on Monday. When I got there she had not written my name in the book!! The girl had another girl in her chair. So I was the one that was left out of an appointment. The owner did not apologize for her mistake. She acted like I didn’t make the appointment. This is the second time it has happened. I will NEVER EVER go back to that shop. The owner was so disrespectful…She needs a lesson in customer service. I’m very unhappy with the treatment I received.

I absolutely loved my experience here! I called to make an appointment and they were so friendly and worked me in the same day. This was my first time getting dip powder per the advice of my nail tech, and they did an incredible job! My favorite nail salon Ive tried so far; wonderful staff, great atmosphere, and my nails have never looked better. Ill definitely be coming back here!

I am floored at how amazing this place and the people working are! I was able to make a same day appointment for me and my three girls. We all received top notch service. Including staying an extra hour past closing to make sure everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond! I am officially a client for life!

My family and myself, have been going to Lan for 20 years now. I moved away for a few years, and I never found anyone who compares to Lan. She is friendly, professional, super fast with quality work. Extremely talented woman.

I went yesterday, Saturday 9/26/20 to get a pedicure and dip powder nails. The pedicure was good. The girl was fairly new, took her time and was gentle. No complaints there. The manicure, however is a different story. I sat down and had to wait until the lady was finished doing whatever she was going on her phone, not yet greeted. She then began. She rushed through the entire thing. Even I had to go was my hands, I came back and had to, again, wait for get to finding with her phone. She nicked the HECK out of me, 3 times. She knew she did because she tried to stop the bleeding. No apology. I came here because my mother in law loves it. I wanted to love it, but the manicure was a big no.

Lan and the entire staff is always professional and takes their time with you. I’ve been going to Lan for over 20 years and I wouldn’t ever want to go anywhere else. Her prices are great and I always leave with my nails looking on point!

I have arthritis in my hands and feet that cause pain a lot of the time. I had tried other nail salons but they hurt me by pulling and being too aggressive with my pedicures and manicures. Looking around I saw LA NAILS and decided to try them. That was over 10 years ago and I love them! Lan, the owner, is so gentle with my hands and my nails are perfect when I get them done there!! Mya does my pedicures and is so gentle with my feet and legs . If you paid me a million dollars I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!! We are all blessed to have such a caring , beautiful interior and professional staff that we can rely on!!! Thank you Lan, Phin and all the girls!!! I love you all!!!

Best dip!!! Amazing quality, service, and prices. My manicures lasts 3-4 week without chips or cracks. And they have the best color selection!

I’m new to the area and have been searching high and low for a salon that does my nails to my satisfaction and after coming from a large city it was almost impossible, until I found this place! The owner of the salon is lovely and strives for the satisfaction of every customer, she and her husband make a great team. They were just reopening when I went and packed full of customers but still, they were delicate and took their time with my friend and I while we both got full sets, spa pedicures, & eyebrows waxed. We were the last people in the salon and they still didn’t make us feel rushed to leave, a great atmosphere overall. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Lawn as an owner should be ashamed of herself for such lack of Customer Service when I drive all the way from Va beach and my nails pop off after a few days she expects me to be inconvenienced each time ! I think not after the 3rd time in a month I asked for my money back and she refused to refund me! I have been going to this salon since I was in highschool well over 11 years ago and the way this business is going is not in an upward direction out of 3 people I have seen they all are more concerned about there phones then making sure my nails are done correctly! Absolutely disgusted with this salon and the lack of professionalism! I have wasted over $100+ coming to this salon ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK!

Just had my nails done here and I absolutely loved it!! T really took care of me from a bad nail experience I had at my old salon just a few days ago. I had my acrylics popping off like they were from the dollar store!😭 I will be coming here from now on. My nails look amazing and they are soooooo affordable😍😍

The customer service was great and they did a good job on my nails, but when I went to get a pedicure they did not soak my feet or do any scrubs, which I had been looking forward to and had waited quite some time for. They just painted my toe nails. I feel like I was charged for a service I did not receive.

Went into the salon and asked for full set. I was quickly directed to powder dip. Since I have been in this salon before and have had the powder dip. I knew the dip was not for me and I wanted an full set. This a service that is stated they provide on the door and menu. I sat at one tech station and she asked me what I wanted. I explained a full set, after I heard the manager tell her I wanted a full set of acylic nails. She said powder dip is better pick a color. I politely explained that my nails broke and I would like a full set. She got up and left the station. The manager put the tips on then she left. I waited again.. then went to another tech he asked me what I wanted and I again explained a acrylics after he was also told what I wanted. He placed the acrylic and was polite. Then another tech polished my nails. It seems the salon only does powder dip nails. I have used this salon 3 times. The first two time I tried the powder dip and it cracked in 2 days each timeThe powder is not always for everyone. Poor customer service and its all because I wanted a full set. Maybe they should take the service off there menu and door.

5 stars****!! My daughter and I went here for the first time this evening and we loved it!! The staff were very busy but still remained so friendly and did not rush us at all. Our nails and pedis are so beautiful and flawless! We cannot went to come back!!

Best nail salon EVER!!

The customer service here is great. the work that is done is fantastic. the language barrier is limited with some of the women. the Owner Lan is kind and funny, but if you are looking for a pedicure with all the stops this is not the place for you. This is were you go to take care of business and not where you veg out and suddenly half your day is gone and the only thing you have to show for it is perfect nails and soft skin. appointments are not required, I prefer Leeann over the other women though so I make a point to schedule with her, but all of them are great at what they do.

I stop in here, with my sister, every time I am in town from Texas. Been going here for years. Truly professional and courteous people!!!

This was my first time going and oh my gosh, I cannot express how great my experience was! I had Fynn, and he was so sweet and great. I have never in my life had my nails done so perfectly and delicately. He took his time and put so much care into my SNS nails. Everyone made me feel welcome, and I’m just amazing how clean and perfect my nails are!
