Absolutely horrible. I went in to get a full set on a Saturday, I had the nail tech fix 2 of my nails before she even started to paint them. By Tuesday morning 3 of my nails were barely hanging on. I went in Wed as soon as I could make it, showed her the issue, waited 30 MINUTES before giving up on this place completely. 😑

I generally love this place, but on my last experience I have to be honest. I arrived at 11:50 the salon was supposed to open at 12. Employees arrived at 12:15. I was sat down in a chair and in between getting my services done, she also worked on another client that needed a full set. She said let this dry for a minute and I will be back and it was over 20 minutes. I came for a fill-in and a eyebrow wax. I was there for over an hour and a half. Not my best experience but I will go back and give them another try because the staff is really nice, especially Jenny

My first three experiences were very nice. However, the female owner was very rough and did not do a good job at ALL. I had a pedicure and fill and I was charged $100. These people treat folks horribly and take our money. As it pertains to me, NO MORE. I will never give this business ANY more if my money.

2 of my gel nails came off within a week and i was able to cleanly remove the rest. Its been less than 2 weeks. I will never return.

My overall experience has been great the services and professionalism is awesome. Lee the technician does an outstanding job. After going to several locations since the reopening because of the virusand my regular location never opening back up and remain close I went to several in the area and experienced price gouging poor services and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this salon and happy to patronize.

Website and the sheet they give you to pick a pedicure said a regular pedicure is 25$. When I go to pay she says 30 I inform her sheet says 25 and she just says “ no 30”. That was very rude. And they shouldn’t be falsely advertising prices and just making them up as they go! Won’t be back!!

Owner was extremely rude I believe that they used to MMA products on my nails I cannot get this acrylic off at all it is hard like cement and when I called the owner hung up on me multiple times and even put a customer on the phone to talk to me. Then told me she was busy and hung up and I have seen her be extremely rude to other customers also. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HORRIBLE SALON AND I WILL BE BRINGING CHARGES FOR RUINING MY NAILS AND USING ILLEGAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE HARMFUL

Mr. Ken always does my nails and feet. He does a great job removing my ingrown toe nails. My oval nails are perfect. The shop follows the covid-19 guide lines and clean.

I was looking for a good nail spa in my neighborhood since I moved in Happy Nails & Spa. I finally found one ! The environment is tranquil and relaxing. The technicians are skilled and they take their time. Its clean, quiet, manicurists are great and its so relaxing that almost everyone fall asleep... you get hot packs in your back, relaxing music in the back! Beautiful, relaxing and staff was very professional. Hope to come back soon!

I went here today 2 days into VA opening up personal care service businesses after Covid19. First II mad an appointment assuming it was appointment only like it legally should have been. I arrived on time for appt but the place was packed with walk-ins and the people who had appointments were waiting. I tried to walk to the side of waiting area and it was dusty like 6 most worth. So I walked outside where they called me after 1 hour of waiting. People were touching polishes, gels, and employees were not cleaning between clients. They tried to sit next directly between two people and people were like sardines on the other side. Absolutely NO SOCIAL DISTANCING and a complete waste of my time as I decided to leave and take my $150 with me!

More training is needed. Paid to get my nails and feet done (Fri). The next day I notice multiple mini bubbles appear on my nails. Went back to have it fix the next day (Sat). Now I notice multiple mini bubbles appear on my nails AGAIN (Sun). Never had this happen before. I asked the reason behind it, but he couldnt tell me why. Dissatisfied Customer

I read most of E reviews but decided to go anyway. I dont know my nail Tech was but she did not do a good job.I had to get the owner to fix my nails. And one of the nail techs wanted to call police on me. I would not recommend going unless you are getting your nails done by the owner.

Jenny and Tommy and Diane so welcoming. Been coming here for a yr to get Mani, Eyebrows, Pedicure with the massage and Brazilian wax everything was neat and if you thirsty they serve you spring water. Sometimes busy but we all know what time to come in when your in a rush.

Very nice friendly nail techs .Affordable and they did a good job.My only concern was the wax was dirty and I have to ask the lady every time to change the wax stick with a clean one.Its not safe double dipping the stick in the wax and using the same one on multiple clients.

My nails are Not Happy. Rushed service, under staff and over worked staff. My nails are crooked, super thick and not filed correctly and was charged $40. I wont be going back Ever. Went there because my nail salon was closed due to the snow. I should have just waited to go to my nail place. I just got gel overlay on top of my natural nails. The lady was doing the normal thing where they use the electric tool to sand down the top of your nail a little well she nicked 3 of my nails on the side which totally ruined my real nails. The gel is so thick on my nails they look fake and not natural. Then she cut me a couple time I was almost in tears because it hurt so bad. By that point I was so irritated I kept my cool. I picked out my color and she didnt even paint my entire nail. They knew they did something wrong because they gave me some coupons for money off when I go next time. Needless to say now I have to go pay more money to get them fixed. I would not recommend this place!

I went here for the first time a month ago . For gelFill in coffin and eyebrows she charged me $38 . I went there today and got the same exact thing plus a nail repair . My total should have been $41. She charged me $52 . Not only did she jack my eyebrows up and cut my pinky so bad she had to get medicine for it . When I asked why so high she said the first time I received a discount . I will never in my life go here again . And please ask before you get your nails done , She said $25 for fill in . $15 for gel polish only . $8 for eyebrows and $6 for nail repair . Horrible service .

I went there for a pedicure and was told there a wait of 30 min to an hour which was fine. Dont know why I couldnt be soaking while I wait but anyway the girl that did my feet has been there almost a month and the other 2 girls was on their second day. She started the whole thing off wrong. She cut my toenail to short so when she filed them she filled my skin. As she started to pick the skin from around my toes she pulled it toward me so it started to rip more into the skin..I had to ask her to scurb the bottom of my feet over and she only did the heel. It some much that I can say that went wrong but the last thing is when I was drying my toes for about 15 min she walked over and said they should be dry so I touch one and it wasnt I told her I messed it up and she just went and sat back down.. I feel if your whole staff is in training then we shouldnt be paying full price

Good quality but slow service. Stopped doing my fill because of a complaint that walked in. The lady was complaining about her pedicure peeling and she had just gotten them done the day before at there shop.Though thats good customer service on her part, its bad on my part bc I was there before she was. He stopped doing my fill to redo her toes. I literally was sitting there twiddling my thumbs and watching him redo her feet.

My first time here and I will not be returning. I asked the lady if they did ombre and how much it would be. The lady told me that she could do them. Then she kept asking what color I wanted so I showed her a picture of the ombre I was looking for. She ended up filing my nails in the coffin shape which is not something I asked for. And proceeded to tell me that she did them just like the picture and that I asked her if she did coffin when I came in. I showed the picture as a color reference not for shape. My fingers are too stubby for a coffin look so I dont get that style nor have I ever requested it. I have never disliked my nails as much as I do right now. Im so disappointed and upset.

I hate to write a bad review, but this really was not a good experience. I called ahead to see to make an appointment then I ended up waiting 45 minutes when I got there. It was the worst pedicure Ive had. The man glossed over the entire process without care. The instruments were not wrapped. The massage chairs were terrible. The polish is sloppy. And it was $30! Please dont waste your money or time here.

I got my eyelashes done. They’re a little sloppy but overall it was fine. It did burn the whole time I’m not sure if that’s what’s supposed to happen. I wish I knew how to upload pictures of my lashes.Update: Two weeks later when I’m taking them off my eyelashes are really short like she cut them down to apply the false lashes. Horrible. I won’t be going back..

Where do I begin? Went to have my fake nails removed as Im pregnant and didnt want to keep coming back and being exposed to the fumes. The owners wife cuts my real nails to the point where she leaves a plug. I tell her youre going to need to put something there so my gel polish will not buckle. She ignores my concerns (Sat Oct. 27), Tuesday my nails have chiped not only where I warned her about her error but other nails as well. I go back in Tuesday to have the issues fixed wife tries to blame me for her mistakes and gets loud and rude and super argumentive. I basically ask for the husband to further assist because I paid $71.00 for pedicure with gel, manicure with gel polish after having fake nails removed and my issues shouldnt be occurring. Ill also be following up with the BBB as I mentioned but that was my 1st experience and LAST! HOLLY POINT HAPPY NAILS SUCK, DRIVE FURTHER UP THE ROAD FOR BETTER QUALITY SERVICE! IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD.

Terrible. I waited 30mins for my scheduled appointment, they will always tell you 5 mins. Then she paired my manicure with someone else’s so it was taking double the amount of time. I told her I needed to leave before she put any paint on as I could tell she was rushing through it, my nails were all uneven. Then she charge me $15, for waiting for a half hour and then another half hour to soak my nails and water. I tried to give this place three chances because it’s close to my house, but please just skip this place. It’s totally not worth your money.

Worst place I went to get a fill in the man Tommy with the glasses told me my fill would be 30 but he wasnt the one that did my nails the lady that sits right across from him did so she told me 40 when she got ready to polish them so i said WHAT i said no he told me 30 im not paying 40 she kept saying he dont know i jumped up i said sir can u tell her YOU told me 30 for my fill in so she started yelling at him so she tells me shes not doing my nails for 30 and took what paint she did off so i said idc but im not paying 40 thats not what he told me so she talking about no you pay and leave i said im not paying ANYTHING until my nails are finished she tried to tell me i couldnt wait for tommy so i could get my nails painted i said like i said im not going anywhere until my nails are finished then another customer tried telling her he told me 30 and she started yelling at that customer WORST SERVICE and my mom experienced bad service with the same lady previously Tommy did make sure i left happy

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE. It took 2 hours to get just my nails done and they were messed up so someone had to redo them. They were rushing me to leave and i kept telling them i asked for a pedi and eyebrow when i first got here the guy seemed upset that i told him i wanted a pedi also i sat in the plain cool water while someone who just walked in got their pedicure before me, after a while someone came and threw in a blue capsule thing and left me again! (mind u the water is really cold by now). My pedicure was rushed omg like i am soooo upset with this place. I was trying to pay and the price they told me was different than the price on their flyer and the lady just walks off and swipes my damn card anyway bottom line This was my first and LAST time coming to this place do not come here

DONT DO IT: This is a nasty, dirty, filthy place with horrible service....its about 90 degrees outside and they WILL NOT cut on the air...The nail tech if thats what you want to call her did a horrible job; with a bad attitude. Please dont go here if you value your time and hard earned money....JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Whoever sits at table one, is super rough and rude. She rushed my nails because there was another person waiting but yet 3-4 people were sitting off to the side, so they turned out HORRIBLE! The shape of my nails are not even, and I already have bubbles forming and the tops of them aren’t smooth either. And when she did my eyebrows, she pushed down REALLY hard on the wax strip. Harder than she needed too. I’ve also heard of them using illegal products for your nails. Side note, not the best colors to chose from either.
