Came in for information about a phone. The manager Madie was able to get me a good deal on the phones also was so kind and very helpful with transferring my information over. I will come back to this store more to see Madie. He was so patient and very helpful with everything.

The associate that assisted me was extremely rude and had a serious attitude problem for no reason when I tried to explain my situation. I came in to do a number transfer from my old carrier and having a little courtesy when explaining goes a long way im a new Verizon customer and if this how customers are treated makes me worried for future interactions.

BIG Shout out to Corey! He was on point with absolutely everything! I was in a real situation and he showed nothing but compassion, empathy, and an obvious desire to be the best at what he does. I WISH I could give more stars if they were available. I live 20+ miles away from this location but I will make it a point to visit here before going into another Verizon store! GREAT JOB!

The manager at this store is amazing. Elijah Smith saw that I was so upset I was in tears. He was unable to help get me the phone an online salesperson supposedly was have sent to his store but he activated the phone I was sent thru Fed Ex ( mind you the wrong phone sent by the online chat person. They sent a 7 instead of 7 plus) Bottom line Elijah was so very patient With my 3 grandchildren I had to bring with me because my husband Had a stroke and I can’t leave them with him. He activated the phone they sent and directed me to the right people to call. I will go out of my way to give him business and send people to him. I can’t say enough about him. The customer service he gave was the best I’ve had in a long time. He deserves a raise.

These people were so helpful! My husband is military and Elijah informed us we were missing out on the discount and ended up lowering our bill by $50! He was very friendly and helped us get everything sorted out quickly. He cared about us and our experirnce more than the profits and that is very important to me. The price was a little higher than expected but yhe discount helped. Will be making this my prefered GoWireless for sure!

GO TO BEST BUY! DO NOT GO TO STORE ITS A SCAM! Employees at Verizon are paid on commission and it shows. I was convinced to purchase my Galaxy with a free hot spot jack. Apparently this purchase locked me into a 2yr contract for $20/mon for said FREE jack which the store would not release me from and by phone Verizon said I stuck because the contract was with the store. VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS DEALINGS! Best Buy is NOT commissioned based and they have an expert in house for each carrier... not to mention MUCH BETTER DEALS!! I will NEVER walk into a Verizon store again!

Bought SD Card at this location, The Verizon, guy that worked there, didnt know or seemed to know how to put it in and make it work took a long time... Plus it seems like every time you go in to one of those places there always looking to sell you cell phones... No matter what is wrong with your phone, and you come in to hey your phone fixed !!!

Absolutely loved my experience today. With it being black friday and how busy it was I was very shocked with how wonderful the workers were. The first time I went into the store, around 330pm, Chris fixed my problem that ive had for 3 days in 3 mins! Very helpful, great mulititasker! The second time I brought my cousin and we both decided to get upgrades. I was not able to do the black friday deal but Chris helped me get a better deal! Chris and the other gentlemen(i think johnathon but not sure I didnt catch his name) were amazing! They stayed late for us to make sure our phones were updated and working. They have an awesome sense of humor and great costumer service! I could not have asked for a better experience not only with fixing a problem but getting a new phone and being on black friday! I work retail I know the stress so I was very pleased with these gentlemen and will be going back to see them again! With cold stone! 😅

Good service with Eric Allen. I have known him for awhile, so I am biased. Helped my wife pick out a new phone. He explained nthe differences between Moto Z, S7, and Pixel. We ended up going with the s-7. Good overall service.

Show up 5 minutes before close intending to buy a phone in its entirety but was sent back because you cannot pay for a phone outright, you have to pay monthly but there were whole prices right above the monthly payments on the phones price tags. highly dissatisfied.
