Said they would arrive before 2 p.m. and after texting them 15 minutes to they read the text and then wouldn’t answer their phone. Straight to voicemail. Strongly suggest not using this for anyone who is military, especially coast guard. Don’t waste your time.

I called yesterday and they picked up today. Great customer service from my first phone call to pickup. Friendly and reliable.

I had made an appointment with Express Junk Removal for a Friday morning pickup and cleaning. However, after requesting off work and having my daughter do the same and come in from out of town no one from the company arrived or even gave a courtesy call as to why they would be late or not show up at all. After having my husband pass away earlier this year I was hoping I could have things taken care of professionally and without hassle but this company has not been reliable or even called back to apologize, offer an explanation or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism. Very disappointed in this company.

I called 5 days prior before I needed a sofa removed from home, was told that someone would show up on Tuesday and I waited until a little before 3pm before calling to check on what time I should expect them to show up. Was told that they were still in VA Beach and would be in Suffolk around 3:30pm. I waited until 4:45pm before calling back because no one had showed up. I was then informed that they were still at a job that had run over; I needed the sofa gone before Weds. so my living room would be free for the new furniture. The man told me that I would be ASAP and have someone at my house between 9-10am. By 10:09am I called number and left voicemail that no one is here and sofa is still in my house, I wanted a call back for an explaination. Waited another hour and was sent directly to voicemail. This is ridiculous, I have used company in the past on 2 other times and never had a problem; I even recommend company to other people, but I do not like being lied to and ignored. This is not how you conduct business and I try not to let petty things like this upset me, however I would assume that a single couch being removed shouldnt be difficult and yet it apparently is. I still want to be contacted with why I was lied to, so no matter how many times I need to leave a voicemail; I will.

Would give 0 stars if possible! I called express junk removal to come pick up a refrigerator I have in storage. We scheduled for pick to be between 11-12 on 7-18-2020. I get a call on 7-17-2020 at 3pm saying they were at the locker. This was not too much of a problem since we were just 10 mins down the street, which we told them and they had no problem waiting. Get there and they were gone, so I waited around for about a half hour and call the number back. They said they will just get it at the scheduled time. On the day of pick up I got to the locker at 10:50 waited until 2pm and they never showed up so I called them. All the guy had to say was they can’t make it today and hung up didn’t ask to reschedule or anything. VERY unprofessional! Do not use this company!

Awesome family business. Price quoted was SUPER reasonable for what I needed and the gentlemen who came were very professional! Definitely calling them first if I ever need help again!

I called Express after being stood up but the person who was supposed to move our couch - not only were the incredibly fast to respond and gave me a very competitive quote, they were able to come even earlier than they made the appointment for! Cameron and his team moved quickly to get the couch moved and gone, and were incredibly friendly and preofessional. I highly reccomend giving them a call for anything you need!

Were prompt, professional, and excellent customer service. Came within an hour of me calling! They only take cash or check. Will definitely use them again!
