Well after filling out 10 miles of useless paperwork , it was obnoxious and i thought very un impersonable . Then i was ready at 430 for my link to talk and sat there from 430 to 610 waiting and no hookup , no email, no text , no nothing and im sure my insurance was billed . I truly have only had one experience with them and it is not good so far . I hope the next visit goes accordingly. Good luck.....

My counselor is amazing, she makes it very is to talk to. She listens very well and gives great feedback to help me process my emotions and heal from past hurt and trauma. I would encourage others who need a listening ear and need help navigating life right now to give them a call.

Maybe if we couldve scheduled with Ms. Barbee we wouldve had a better experience. We were scheduled with Angela Kennedy and she canceled our appointment because we didnt receive a link to do our visit until 20 minutes after our appointment time. For someone supposedly offering help to others, she did nothing! Absolute waste of time. I wont be rescheduling with this group!

I didnt think that just an hour would be enough time to start the healing process...but Tracy knows what shes doing! I was so completely shocked on how intuitive she is...and her perspective and insight is so healing. I honestly couldnt be happier and I would encourage ANYONE to seek her help if you are looking for a great counselor! I have seen other therapist but Tracy is by far the best I have ever been to!!!!!
