I paid. for a wash that didn’t fully wash everything off my vehicle. I then paid $20 extra to ensure the interior was cleaned well, which it was not & I had to go behind them & vacuum myself. I paid them $10 to dry & I inspected vehicle to only see that mud and bugs were still everywhere. I emailed company & no one ever cared to contact me in return.This is not even the 1st time I have had issues with them actually cleaning a vehicle, I had just hoped it would be different but it was not

This is after paying for the highest package internal and external cleaning with hand wax. What’s the point of paying for a service when you go home and have to do it yourself anyway? Asked to speak with the manager who refused to meet with us and sent a young staff member to tell us they are unable to do anything further to clean this vehicle… and this is on a day they’re not busy. Highly recommend you go somewhere else so you’re not robbed like I just was.In response to the response I received from the manager:That employee told me the manager said it would be 400-500 dollars to have these minor spores on the hood of the vehicle removed. (Ridiculous when car spa in VB did it for less than $25 in the past with a worse case). However, my initial review reflects on a bigger issue and my discussion with another employee after we examined the vehicle more and saw it was clearly neglectfully “cleaned.” No, I won’t be bringing my vehicle back and wasting my time further. Nor would I trust this business again as I’ve seen the outcome already.To those taking the time to read this, look at the other reviews who have had similar outcomes. I am not the first and I know I won’t be the last. There are plenty who share similar complaints and I should have listened to them. Thanks!

Hands down the best Ive been to yet, the pre wash they did on my truck made all the difference!

My favorite place to take my car to for a wash, even if rain is expected the next day. Some days theyre busier than others. Usually morning on weekdays are less busy. About a 10 minute wait for a quick wash and dry without a line and up to an hour on busy days with 7-8 cars in line to get washed and another 7-8 being dried. They rinse out front plastic mats. Vacuuming is done before the vehicle goes into the wash. They have a soft-cloth washer with several stages. I have a sunroof and have not had any damage to the seal since I brought my car starting in late 2016.

The Young ladies were very pleasant as I arrived and very courteous. I entered the building to wait while my car was being attended to and the 3 young teenager/adult boys did not even greet or acknowledge me. 20 mins. later one of them called out my car.I tipped n left.

Majestik did a hand wash on my 2019 F150. The Manager did the truck; great attention to detail. The truck looks great!

Disappointed. person drying the car was wiping down the car starting on the driver side moving toward the back. he wiped the rockerpannel, an with the same rag starting wiping the next door. the rockerpannel collects the worst of road grit. got manager, he said thats OK, he is supposed to 7se the same rag below the windows........... my last visit there.

Sub par job on my Jeep. The back seats/floor were not vacuumed. Dead bugs were still on my hood and grill. Interior was wiped down, but very poorly.

Today I received some of the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. Upon arrival to this establishment, I went up to the young lady at the outside register and let her know I would like a hand wash. This service is openly displayed with no requirements. Over the past several months I have wasted  my time driving up there only to be told that they couldnt do it because they were too busy. The 1st time this happened I was told to call up there and see if they had time. I have been turned away probably 5 or 6 times in the past several months.  I have called up there each time and nobody answers so I take a chance and drive up there. Keep in mind, I have a monthly package on one of my vehicles and get hand washeson other 3. I will be cancelling that asap and not returning. The young lady was very polite and mentioned she needed to speak to her manager.  Upon asking Evan,the manager, he quickly looked at me and said we cant do a handwash today.  The time was approximately 3- 3 30 and they close at 6.  I noticed prior to the young lady asking him he seemed very frustrated.  After he told me they could not do it, I asked him if we could come up with a resolution so I would not waste my time anymore.  He said do you see how busy we are and I said sure but its not fair to the customers who waste their time coming up there only to be told they cant get a hand wash as advertised. Especially when they do not answer the phones. This is a service they have advertised which is considered false advertisement if they cannot provide it.This is probably the 3rd of 4th time we have had this conversation and probably my fault for returning to such a poorly ran establishment. This particular time he was very rude and actually told me Do you see everything I have going on here? How do you expect me to get you in for hand wash I said  I understand sometimes you get busy but its not fair to me or other customers when you guys dont answer the phone and I do not know if a service that you advertise is available. He said theres nothing we can do.. what do you expect from us?.  I told him if they cant do the service they shouldnt advertise it. Also, answer the phones. He said theres nothing I can do for your right now, what are your expecting?... I said again, a solution to where we could avoid this and he said theres nothing they could do and at this point I was wasting his time and he walked off. I was kind of shocked by his attitude and that he held the position of manager.  I have been running a business for almost 20 years and I know all about being busy but more importantly, I know about customer service!  Let me make a few suggestions for you Evan.  Maybe run them by the owner of the company and see what they think.1. Do not offer a service if you cannot provide it.2.  If youre going to offer the service,  possibly have a few dedicated team members that concentrate on this.2.  Answer the telephones to keep your customers aware of any situations that would not allow them to complete a service as advertised. Add a program to the computer system where the customers could possibly schedule and cancel if need be.3.  Dedicate a certain time of the day for hand washes and/or employees.4.  Have people seeking hand washes⁸ schedule a time.  Technology has came a long way and you could even use real time text messages.5.  Do not be rude to your customers!  Could be most important one... and this is one you can control.I could get by with wasting my time once again but to be rude was unacceptable.  I do not recommend this stablishment.

Just came back from a quick trip and needed to get car cleaned! I can honestly say that this is the first time that I was disappointed with the service here!! I always get the managers special with all the windows put down a little and wiped off on the top. There were black spots on the car when I checked it and the young man said that I needed to get the car detailed to get them off. So I wiped my finger across it and it came off! Then I asked about getting the car detailed and was told that they have no openings until after January. I then left and went over to the Kroger parking lot and took a look at the inside of the car. They did not vacuum the back of the car or wipe down the doors. So much for me going home and getting our second car and having it cleaned! I have been taking both the cars here since the opened. I always give them a $20.00- to $30.00 dollar tip for the work. But today he only received a $10.00 dollar tip, and believe me that was extremely generous!! To the young man who worked on my car I think maybe you should apply yourself more to your job. You would make better tips if you did!

Awful service dont ever bring your vehicle here after 1 wash I brought it back because my vehicle still was dirty. When I brought it back they did just as bad if not worse than the first time. They said that the mud was stuck on. After a sponge and 30 seconds of actual elbow grease it came right off. Also one of my side mirrors was ripped off. Pictures are after they washed it dried it.

I have a monthly membership so I stop through a few times a week just to get the dust off. Haha

I know that the Centerville bridge is out of operation right now but its worth the detour. Im always pleased with the results I get. Great prices too.

Paid for the Platinum Car wash and the car looks good but the interior was not clean. Definitely not worth the price.

Love this place! Been taking my cars here for years now, almost always get the managers special wash. Everything comes out looking and smelling great. If you get the Platinum they pull your car into the service garage and hand buff it and super detail the inside. Well worth the money when you dont feel like doing it yourself.

We bought a used car that was driven by a smoker. I was really worried we’d be smelling smoke forever. Don’t let that stop you from buying a car! Just bring it to Nathan at Majestik for the full detail. This 4 year old car is literally brand new now. He did an exceptional job of deep cleaning every inch of the interior. And no one would EVER know that someone smoked in this car. We are 100% happy.

Use to be patrons of Auto Bell but now my family and I have been taking our cars to MAS since they opened. They are conveniently located and accessible. Great customer service everytime. They do a thorough job and each person that touches your car takes care to pay attention to detail. If something is missed, they touch it up to make sure you are satisfied. The services they offer from car wash to detailing to rim repair to car wraps and much more makes it a one stop shop for me. I get my car cleaned regularly. Recently I had a rally pinstripe added and my rims repaired and I could not have been more happy. Ethan paid close attention to exactly what and how I wanted things done. I still get compliments. I shall remain a faithful customer. They cannot be matched. Amazing job yall!

I had the interior of my car detailed by Majestik a couple months ago. The customer service is great, and they did good job cleaning my car (although it was a bit pricey for me). Overall I was satisfied with my experience there.

Awesome place. The only thing I wish is that the would use a bit more care in drying the vehicles. I think the more you pay, the better attention they party to your vehicle. The 1st time I went, I went big. My explorer sport was on point except for one spot. Pointed it out and they jumped on it. The next time I went, I just chose the 3rd from the top. That didnt didnt go so well, dirty on several spots. When I asked the young lady about it, she apologized and got it done. I think.. Do it right the 1st time and you wont get pulled from the vehicle youre working on to go over one you just did.Ill still go, without a doubt. Attention to detail is all thats needed.

If you pick your times carefully, you can be in and out in an amazingly brief period of time!! Even when there is a line things move at a nice & efficient pace! I always have a good experience here. The workers will pay attention to any details you feel you need attending to. Nice, clean and friendly atmosphere!

Ive been to other auto detailing places and none of them even come close to Majestik Auto Spa! To say that their level of service and the quality of work is top tier would be an understatement. The Tech Sven went above and beyond to ensure i was overly satisfied and I will DEFINITELY be returning!

Car came out very clean with no water spots or runs of water after I left. Only reason Im giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star is that my time is important to me... I was there for 45 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me after it was washed.

I have always had custom vehicles of some sort. The staff at Majestic have always taken the time to take extra care of them. Honestly,its the only full service car wash I will go to. Plus, its the only car wash Ive been to in Hampton Roads that doesnt seem to hire every idiot off the street... that definetly accounts for 5 stars in itself!

Service depends on the guy who gets your car. Watched two guys doing great work but they guy I got today did not seem to care. Had to ask him to open the rear hatch and clean the inside of the back window. Did not touch the rear side windows. Had to have him redo the hood, you could see where he wiped some places down and just skipped others. My car came out of the tunnel and they guy had it done before the two that came out before mine. Not so good 👎

I went there Tuesday July 17, 2013. It was a very good experience, and fair prices. The young people running it were very helpful, and did great work! I tipped my guy 3 bucks, to let them know I appreciate them taking care of my van, and treating me well! Ill definitely be going back there!

I visited this car wash for the first time today. I just moved to the area. Service was quick, friendly and professional. definitely will return. Great prices too!

The prices are higher than most other car washes, but Ive noticed that their wash bay is better than most, and cleans spots that typical car washes miss. Also, they offer exterior washes only for those who dont want to pay the extra money for the interior cleaning. They hand dry cars and rims after washes, leaving your car clean and shinny all around. They are typically pretty fast, and typical wait has been from 10-20 min at most.

Me and my dad go here all the time. Quick stop for lunch. $25 gets you a great car wash and interior cleaning. Guys hustle and the car wash cleans the car well. We grab lunch at AJ Gators across the street and 30 min your full and driving home in a clean truck. Works great for us.

Took my truck in for an Elite detail which is their highest package. When I went to pick it up I was looking it over to find it not clay barred. Whole reason to get this package. The side view mirrors still had bug splatter on them. After pointing this all out they said come back in an hr and it will be ready. Came back in an hr to find it in excellent condition. They did the clay bar and got everything I pointed out. They gave me 10% off due to the inconvenience of going back to pick it up. Would have received more stars in done right the first time. Great friendly service. Make sure you look over your car good before you pay. They will get you all fixed up.

Its a little pricey but they do a very good job and the staff are good at what they do.Tip those guys at the end of the process because they really are the ones that make the difference...tip them well and youll feel better about it.

I was getting my car ready to sell, and drove up here to get them to clean it up so it would look nice in the pictures. By the time these guys were done I almost didnt want to sell the car anymore. It looked brand new inside and out. They knocked it out in no time and I couldnt have been more impressed with the work.

This place never disappoints. I usually dont like anything touch free but they take really good care of their equipment and the staff is always cool.

Best place in Virginia to have your car detailed they repair rims and and even do dent removal my car goes in this place and comes out like it just left the showroom floor! No scratches or dings or swirl marks its pretty sweet!

Make sure to stay with your car and even then double check whats clean and what you asked for. They will make it right but it gets aggravating even having to complain.

Great wash. I take my work truck here for a wash and vac. They take a really dirty truck and make it shine, Inside and out. Prices are competitive and service is peppy.

Worst place ever! Brought my car here to get washed and detailed. When I picked it up it practically looked the same. The boy Dylan that was suppose to detail my vehicle was horribly rude to me and explained to me that the simple bird poop could be removed for extra money. Then I heard him talking about me to a fellow employee. They have lost my business for good and all of my vehicles I WAS eager to bring in!

Hubby asked me to take the vehicle here for its bath; he said he had a monthly service. The young lady was quick to get me in and out- which I appreciated. As I drove off, I questioned myself why she didnt dry it off. It miffed me enough for me to turn back around and asked her to complete her job.She lost stars because along with her apology, she made excuses instead of showing she cared that she inconvenienced me. (Word of advice: act it even if you dont feel it)...

This was a terrible experience. I went back twice because some simple dirt on my front bumper wouldnt come off when I was able to get it off myself with a sponge. The employees seem to hate their job and even the manager was rushing all of the cars through.

Up until recently they have always done a great job for a relatively good price, the prices are the same but the quality of work is not the manger I dealt with today had nothing but an attitude with me for no reason because I brought something to his attention and he didnt want to hear it is the best thing I can think of I will not go there anymore and I will not refer anyone I know to them and Ive be going there for well over 5 years.

They had never washed a Polaris slingshot but did a great job. Wash and handwax.Edit....Since the bridge closure I wanted to show loyalty and went twice. Once turned away...no staff...second even though not busy I would have to wait a few hours. So I left. Not willing to make the long drive around again to be turned away. Sad.

I was travelling to Chesapeake Va from Orlando Fl and needed my car detailed i looled this place up on Google and called 100 miles out. They give me a price of 99.99. I told them i was 2 hours away and ask how long it would take. They said 2 hours. I drove past a dozen placed to go where i called and when i get there they told me they couldnt get it today. Terrible customer service

I knew my car was dirty, tipped the vacuum crew $10 based on that and let them know I appreciated it.. still the interior was not vacuumed properly and I had to handle it myself when I got home.

They clean cars here like they really dont care at all. Ive been here several times. It used to be ok. But when I go and ask for one particular spot to be cleaned and it still comes out dirty, theres a problem. Last time I left and cars that night coming at me with their headlights and all I could see were smudges and streaks. Like they wiped it with used toilet paper. Seriously not exaggerating.

I left my pick up there today. I dropped it off at 8 oclock this morning and asked for the ultimate wash which was 70 dollars plus an extra 10 dollars for armor all on the outside. I told them Id leave it all day. Was supposed to include a buffed wax polish. Picked it up at 4 oclock. Looked at immediately and found areas where the dust and dirt I brought there were still in place. Walked over to some guys in the detail area and asked for the person who did my truck because there were some issues that needed addressed. The people who worked on mine were gone. I think the guy who gave me my keys was a manager type. He gave me my keys and the names of the people who worked on my vehicle and asked a young lady to go over it with me. She asked me was everything ok. I told her there were a lot of missed areas. As we looked at the truck, she saw some dirt along the bottom edge and said some areas like that needed buffed out. I showed her that was just dirt that never got wiped clean. There were areas all over the truck like this. She wiped the worst ones but there were 2 areas all over the truck. So my question is did it get wax and polished? She said some of it wouldnt show up until it dried! Then check your work!In frustration, I thanked her and left. Then as I turned into the sun, the streaks were crazy on the windshield. You might say, why didnt you turn around and go back. It had been there 8 hours already. I was considering a 200 dollar full detail and glad I didnt go that route. I was considering taking Cindys Jeep there and my motorcycle for full detail but that wont happen. Ive taken several cars there over the years and really always find little things but for Petes sake, CLEAN THE WINDOWS! There needs to be attention to detail taught there. Its definitely missing. Hit or miss. Used to be great... but have had a few issues. Not attacing antenna correcrly, not wiping water off of mats (soaking wet) , this has been a thing several times.The wheel lustre not being done right- that means you gets spots flung all up the side of your vehicle. Have to keep an eye on what they do is all. Never had an outright rude person. I would say go for the basic package to get you started and get the glass done. Do the rest of the detailing or wheel shining yourself. Have a good one~

Very slow getting my car finished and they were not that busy. Also, dont leave anything of value in vehicle. Had couple items come up missing that were there before I visited this car wash. Yes, my dumb mistake. Not saying their employees took items, but, I will never visit this place again. Better safe than sorry again!

Not really a one star try a negative 10. Consumers beware! If you value having a nice car, never use Majestik Auto Spa on Mount Pleasant and Centerville Turnpike. My experience started with what was supposed to be a quick wash and turned into a frightening, horror movie-like nightmare. If you believe that they have sensors that regulate where the cars are on the conveyor track as they are going through the wash, you have been misled. And if you think the staff is competent, you are incorrect; they are negligent and thoughtless. You see, I rode through with my car and as it passed through the mitter curtain, soap was spraying on my car and the scrubbers started going down the side of my car; everything seemed to be proceeding normally. Then, as I was approaching the next set of curtains, I noticed a big Chevy Blazer in front of my Lincoln and it wasn’t moving yet, but my car was still being pushed through. Realizing my car was going to hit the truck and that I was unable to escape from my vehicle (since the scrubbers were still on the side of my car) I began blaring on my horn, trying desperately to get someone’s attention, in the vain effort to stop the inevitable collision I could see unfolding right in front of me. My car was violently thrown into the back of the truck in front of me, not just once but a total of five times before the emergency stop was applied to the car wash system. Apparently, the problem occurred when a car with autonomous technology and automatic braking systems went through the car wash. When the car is progressing (supposedly in neutral, however obviously somewhere along the line this car automatically shifted to park) along the conveyor belt and comes into contact with the curtains/scrubbers/rollers that touch the car to clean it, it can lock up the brakes because it thinks it’s too close to another vehicle. Subsequently, the car will jump the track and remain immobile, which then creates the risk of having the car behind hit it (or in my case, cause a 3 car pile-up.) You would think this would be the end of my horrifying ordeal since the emergency stop was applied, however that was not the case-- the unethical, unprofessional, and inadequate behavior of all the staff involved was equally as horrifying. After they removed the vehicles that were stuck in front of my car, a staff member came into the car wash to direct me where to go. He told me that my car was “undamaged” (his exact words) and to take it to the dry line and someone would be right over. He did not once ask me if I was alright, even though at this point I am visibly shaken by the events that just took place. Please keep in mind that I never actually made it all the way through the car wash, and that my car was still covered in soap. So I proceeded to get out of my car and had to argue with the staff that they were going to rinse the soap off my car. Finally, they pulled my car around, where they finished rinsing off my car and dried it. While they are doing this, I am walking around my car examining the damages. Of course, as expected there was much damage to my bumper and several other scratches to my hood and sides of my car. After, I was given directions to get an estimate and give it to them for repair costs. I did that and almost 2 weeks after giving them the estimate and three phone calls later, I finally got a response from their insurance. Of course they don’t want to pay for all of the damages that were incurred, as a result of their negligence (they only want to pay $800 of a $3,000+ repair bill.) Lastly, I am not sure what irritates me the most-- the fact that they never once asked me if I was alright (again I was obviously shaken and I have had two cervical surgeries, bone graphs and plates, and am still under physicians care for my very recent shoulder surgery.) Had my car been in drive and not neutral, my airbags would have deployed, yet they showed no concern for me. Or—and here comes the cake topper—even after all I had just suffered through, they didn’t even refund me my money for the car wash.

Excellent customer service, fair price and good quality

$280 package purchased for our full size GMC truck. Upon inspection I noticed that the bed of the truck wasnt even opened! For nearly $300 I would expect every inch of the truck to be detailed!! They took it back in and cleaned it so I decided to dismiss it as a mistake. A week later I took our family car in. I left it there all day and didnt inspect it when I picked it up, bad idea! There was still sand and dirt in the crevasses of the seats. I took it back the next day and when I explained the situation they said they would take care of it so I left it there and said I would be back at my lunch break. 4hrs later I went back. My car was done. There was STILL sand in the crevasses of the seats!!!! I said I would be back in an hour... I left it in their care for a THIRD time to complete this $100 interior job and finally, after the third attempt, I left with a clean car. Not worth the time or money!!! When you pay for your vehicles to be detailed, youd think attention to detail would be a given, not here!
