AMAZING SERVICE! My jeep started having issues suddenly the night before work and I called enterprise originally and they had nothing for 15 miles and were not the most sympathetic to my situation. Did a Google search and found Avis! DAN was so nice and professional. He was accommodating and got me a car as soon as possible. He helped make everything so simple and explained everything. The vehicle was brand new and clean. Made a hectic work week a little smoother. Highly recommend Avis and this location. My family and I will use from now on!

AVIS car rental.....well what can I say..THIS....if you ever need to rent a car please go to AVIS on Route 70 and ask for Dan. Thats D A N. We were in a bind when Hertz didnt have the courtesy to inform renters that they sold their fleet of cars (but made sure to email me the day before to pick up my rental, oh and take my money) until we arrived at 30th Street Station, Philadelphia, PA. Can we spell irritated!?! So I drove over to NJ, ( mad at ALL of Philly), googled car rentals and soooooo happy I got AVIS. Dan deserves a 5 star rating for customer service as well as personality. He did his best to accommodate us and his best was just what we needed. Im pretty much going to be a life long customer...welllll as long as Dan is there.

This is my third time renting from Avis. I enjoy the customer service and how I get treated when I’m there. Also the vehicle’s are nice and enjoyable.

Ive seldom experienced customer service to the level provided at this AVIS location. I showed up without a reservation and only five minutes before closing time on a Sunday afternoon and was treated as if I was the first customer of the day. The rental agent patiently and eloquently walked me through my options and had me off on my way in no time. Only wish that all businesses operated the way this one does.

I had a total of 4 different cars during my 7 weeks in the US. There were always problems with error messages and the battery. In addition, Ive got a car that has stunk really bad cigarettes .... But I was always immediately and directly helped by the staff. Really nice and friendly service, thanks for that.
