They are the total package, covering all your needs - and they do it with a big smile. I could not be happier with my experience thus far with Lance and his Budget team in Cherry Hill. I had the best experience at this location that you can have renting a moving truck.I was moving from one state to another & needed a one-way rental. 1st of all, the price of the rental was much cheaper than any other truck rental company that I researched! Which was great because I had a moving budget.All of the employees there were super nice, very friendly & extremely helpful. From the young guy who helped me into the truck & gave me instructions to the woman (Devareaux) (please forgive my spelling) 😉inside the office. I ran into a problem with my movers & my finances & she worked with me & came up with a solution that saved me money, time & a lot of aggravation!I would not only use them again but I would recommend them to my family & friends!Thank you all soo very much!C.R.

First time I used it went smooth. Second time not so much. Screwed up my truck reservations that had been in place for 2 weeks prior. Took a couple that came in after me after I had been waiting 20 min for help nd gave them my truck!! Didnt even tell me just brought a truck several feet smaller as if I wouldnt notice. They then gave me a way larger truck cause it was all they had left nd attempted to charge me extra for their screw up until I complained. I also waited 45 minutes to even get the truck. On moving day thats a lot of lost time. Super unprofessional nd slimey. Will NOT use again.

Reservations made over a month ago and I get a call the evening before the move to tell me there is no truck to call customer service. I called and was told they are going to look for another truck and would get a call back and now it is the morning of and I still haven’t received a call even though I called back last night and serval times this morning. I already paid for a moving crew to come at 12 and I was not given enough time to cancel so I was charged for it already and I have NO truck! I am disabled and needed the crew to come to help me move and now I am out of $300 and still no call from Budget!

Bad experience, the lady cancel our reservation that we made over the phone, and gave away the small van that we made reservations to someone else. And tried to blame us for being late but I told her that we were on time, as we were. Although she gave us a discounted price on the bigger truck but still it was more than what we would have paid for the van that we made a reservation for. Never coming back.
