Great experience at this store today! Karen P. Helped solve an issue that another store couldn’t solve in 3 hours. Karen solved it in minutes and was so kind abs caring. She is outstanding and I highly recommend this store because of the experience I had today with Karen!

My husband and I purchased a new phone yesterday. Arelis was extremely patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. She really went above and beyond. I agree 100% with the previous reviewer -- she is a real asset to AT&T!

One of the worst customer service I have ever got in my life. I trade in my phones in November 6, 2019 and still haven’t received my credits for they phones I traded. I have been coming to this store since January for those credit and no one is helping me. I have the receipt that rep. Give me when I give my old phones to him. But unfortunately their district manager by the name of Lindsey is basically telling me to go to corporate store to figure my issues out. But when I go to corporate store or call the customer service they send me back to this store. Now it’s been 9 whole months and still no credit got applied to my account. I wish this authorized retailer needs more training about solving customer issues when their employees mess up. I’d never recommend this store to my worst enemy.

I brought my Dad (73yrs old) in to look into new IPhones for He and I. Jami was very helpful and personable. She explained everything we asked and was very prompt with information for my very inquisitive Father. In my Dads words, “she was the nicest AT&T representative I’ve ever had” and he’s been with them for 20+years!!

Total rip off. Had AT&T for years until I found out on google Cricket uses the same towers as AT&T and same service. They are also CHEAPER! Switched right away, I saved so much money.

Nicole is amazing. She held me fix my storage issue and my phone is working so much better now. They also held me lower my bill. I always go to them for new phones too because they help you transfer all your photos and contacts. They have super cute cases and stands! Ask for Nicole or Les!

I have been to this store 2 times this year. Both times the workers at this store have not acknowledged us when walking in. This last time, the worker was talking on her phone in the window and did not speak to me when I walked in. She was loud and talked about how she hates her job. All of her personal belongings and food were out in the open. I just turned around and walked out. Very unprofessional and I will never go back to that store. I needed to buy 2 new iPhones. 🤷‍♀️

Tori at the Ellisburg AT&T store is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and patient when asked any questions. And she is not high pressure which I have found when dealing with Verizon employees. I highly recommend her and the store in general.

I was so impressed by the level of care I was given while upgrading to my new phone today. I wont go anywhere else and will be referring everyone I know to that store. Ron showed me such a level of chivalry from greeting me as I walked into the store all the way to holding the door for me on my way out, Ill never forget it. Not only did Ron, being a new employee, do an excellent job taking care of my upgrade but another young woman employee (whose name I cant recall) kept my 1 year old daughter occupied the entire time, which was also such a huge help! The both of them should be commended on their customer service skills!

I absolutely love this store and the services they provide for my phone and phone issues! We recently came to the store for a account error that had nothing to do with us. This issue forced to go back and forth to the Philly Corporate store yet the problem still could not be fixed. After 2 days I finally went back to the Ellisburg store and not only was everything able to be fixed but I was able to update my phone to unlimited and save money on my bill! Grateful for a knowledgeable and awesome team at this store, but it would not have worked itself out without Nicole. Thanks For Everything!

So after a horrible experience at the Haddonfield Rd location, working with Braden Perry was just awesome. I was on the verge of rage quitting AT&T but Braden proved to me that there are still competent people working at AT&T. I would definitely recommend everyone to come here and not waste your time at the other location.

I went in with a major bill issue Andrea was such great help she explained what was going on and helped me change my plan and saved me a good amount of money off my bill and I ended up getting more data for less not sure how but the bill has been much more manageable after she helped review it. I have a few phones I need to change out was waiting for the new iPhone but she was so informative I will going in sooner just to see her. The other girls were just as nice even helped fix a storage issue on my older iPhone. I will be using this location from here on out

Very happy with the service here at Ellisburg shopping center AT&T store. Melissa helped me fix problems with my mom’s phone and also made sure I saved money on my cellphone bill!!! Oh and she also kept my 3 year old son entertained so he doesn’t have a melt down during all this!!!

I went to this location to get my phone all set up and Melissa was awesome she helped me set up everything. I am very particular about my phone set up and she did a fabulous job explaining to me how to use my new phone since it is so different from the last. I cant get through to anyone at the store via Telephone. I left a message for the manager two weeks ago have not heard from her. I left another message this morning 10 hours later have not heard from her. I was supposed to get $300 debited to my AT&T account and its been over 3 months.

Nicole Strough was phenomenal. She hooked my phone up on Thursday. She took her time with my phone and got all the things off my old phone before it died. She even put my discount on without any problems. So i go back today seeing as how my old phone somehow got battery life and she put all of my photos ans contacts onto my new phone. She was awesome. I recommend going to thas store and asking for her help if you live in that area. I couldnt have asked for a better sales rep

We happened in the store on Kings Highway and found Les Paul to be a do above and beyond employee. He immediately showed us how to reduce our bill by apx $200/month. In addition, he came to our house to troubleshoot a problem others couldnt solve. What other company does that?!We have been AT&T customers a long time but occasionally thought about switching to another carrier. Thank Les, AT&T. He has kept us and therefore gained a lot of recommendations!

Ive been to a lot of different AT&T store and by far this location in the ellisburg shopping center was like walking into a Hidden Gem. I was greeted professionally and promptly by the Stores Manager, Ron Cannatella. It was Truly a First Impression I will Never Forget! Ron was able to assist me with the questions I had about my bill with such a high level of knowledge, patience and attention to detail unlike ive ever seen before in all the other AT&T stores Ive been to, I honestly thought he was the owner pretending to be the stores manager and I even asked him if that was the case. Ron made my time at this location such a memorable, pleasant, relaxed and informative experience that I will not do business with anyone else but Ron when it comes to anything regarding AT&T. I would Highly recommend anyone reading this to go talk to him personally and Ive already been referring everyone I know to go see Ron Cannatella. Thank You Again Ron! will be seeing you again soon.

I had both the best and worst AT&T experience of my life earlier today. I was at this store for approximately 4 hours just trying to upgrade a phone. It began with a small problem about not accepting cash and needing a card, to money disappearing within AT&Ts software, to so many phone calls only to be told there was no solution and i was out of luck, to people on the phone calls not even being honest blatantly toward me. After an experience like this one would end up thoroughly hating AT&T, but me not so much. As a matter of fact, i will continue using the same service because of my experience today. The sole redeeming quality of my day were the amazing sales reps working in the store; more specifically, ****Chris Foster (Assistant Manager)**** who literally spent just as much time as i did attempting to resolve my very issues. Among balancing other customers and his own work he managed to call and call countless people ending with me leaving eventually with a new phone in hand and a smile on my face. It is people like him who keep customers coming back and i personally think anyone in the customer service industry could take a few lessons! I would 100000% recommend this specific store to anyone looking for way above quality service and most certainly resolved problems.

Just ok. Felt a bit like they were trying to hustle a sale. Felt a bit like costs and product bundles were misrepresented at first.

Lester Hann is the worse! Avoid this store at all costs! Was promised our phone bill to be less than $200, its more than $600! Went back to the store to see what he can do and made me wait over 3 hours and said, oh well, nothing I can do. Are you kidding me?! A bunch of rip offs! Stay far, far away!

My iPhone wouldnt turn on, and I really didnt want to have to spend all day at the Apple store, so I called the AT&T store in Cherry Hill to see if there was anything I could do. I spoke to someone there named Jim, and it took him about 10 seconds to figure out how to reset my phone and it came right back on. Thank you Jim for saving me from a wasted day at the Apple store!

Melissa helped me at this location but the whole team here worked very hard to resolve my advanced issue, they were very polite, and i wasnt thinking about it when i went in, but i now hope to volenteer my time here.

I came into the store and it was a little busy, but Lester Hann was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to give me promt service in a timely fashion when repairing the issues I had on my phone. I also enjoyed the fact that one of my favorite bands, Steely Dan was playing on the radio. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I recieved.

I was sold a used phone as new. They never followed up on my repeated phone calls. I would not recommend...
