The staff was so kind and helpful confirming over the phone if items were in stock for me and even helping me pack 50+ vases for my wedding. This was also right before before closing! I am so appreciative of the awesome staff here- thank you!

Was there last night! cashier was on her cell phone the whole time, with an enormous line at her register. i was calling the store as i was standing in line trying to get someone to help me and the cashier would not put her cell phone down to answer the phone! it just rang and rang! she finally called ricardo up to help her and he took his sweet time!i was waiting to pay for balloons only to find out that they have no hellium! this is the 2nd time ive been to this dollar tree and they had no hellium! why have balloons if you cant sell them?HORRIBLE! I LOVE DOLLAR TREE, BUT THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE!

The past few times I’ve been in here the employees or not wearing mask on night shift and allowing customers to come in with out them . They are also very rude including the mgr at night. I’ve been coming to this dollar tree for 11yrs and never had a problem with this store but I will most likely only come during they day or just go to another one

I visited this store today 9/27 at about 3:00 PM, and the cashier wasnt wearing a face mask. When asked about it, she shared that she was sick of wearing a mask. I understand people have personal beliefs, but there shouldnt be room for that while youre at work. I found it appalling. I reported it to the health department.

After looking at many dollar stores are not finding what I needed I found everything at this dollar store! This dollar store has quite a selection and as well stocked! Everyone was so nice and very helpful! I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for things that might be out of the ordinary.

Great store! Fabulous prices! Great knick-knacks for any room at the house inside and out. Great for gifts to anyone from babies to adults. This store has supplies for students as well as teachers. Wonderful, helpful staff!

Be careful when you go. Sometimes when you go the checkout line is a nightmare. Other than that stroll every aisle heres some cool stuff a dollar each.

Dollar Tree is thee best store when shopping for anything for just $1.00 dollar! You can get things from food to towels to cleansing supplies to socks to books to toys to makeup to party things, deodorants, perfumes, the list is endless and the price is always $1.00 dollar each item! Its my must-go-to store!

This dollar tree me and my daughter had the worst experience there yesterday, my daughter left me on the line while she went to grab a birthday banner, cashier black young guy full of tattoos,name donny asked the two black ladies behind me if that’s all they had to come on his register, while i only have 4 items in my hands and still waiting behind someone with a cart full of stuff, the lady onfront of me turns to me and tells ok that was rude how come he didn’t called you n you was next? I said I know that makes no sense, I believe he heard me n the lady talking and then he have the nerves to give me attitude and yell at me n tell me if that’s all u got well come over here then, i looked at him and told him not with that attitude I’ll stay where I’m at and wait, lady onfront of me nice enough and let me onfront of her, and got mad at the cashier telling him how he was wrong, cashier still arguing with me n cursing, my daughter got his name and it happened that the manager was sitting outside the store and asked us what happened as we were walking outside, we explained to her what happened and how we got treated in there by her employee, manager called the employee outside and asked to stay there that she was going to make him apologize to us, he came outside got on the managers face still cursing n yelling, very disrespectful, never apologized, another employee female behind the register came outside defending the blk guy, telling the manager lies, and was also rude, telling us not to go shopping there anymore, and turned around making a show outside trying to fight me and my daughter..yelling and cursing at us.. i would never step foot in there again, it’s crazy because my daughter just bought a house around the Merchantville area n that dollar tree is the closest to us, and for us to get that kind of treatment its not acceptable at all..

Store could be cleaner. The merchandise is what you would expect for a Dollar store. Beware of your purchases, some of the items are questionable in origin/materials used to construct.Good for smaller trinkets.

Lots of good things

The floors are always dirty, & there are never enough cashiers to check out customers whenever I visit. When you first walk in the door the hand railing is so dirty & gross you dont want to touch it. There are people who need that for support. Its my least favorite location .

I was very unhappy when I went to the Dollar Tree and Cherry Hill yes they had a long line but one of the young ladies that was working had to use the restroom so another employee had to come up to ring up people and he is going to come out of his mouth and asked where was the young lady at so the other cashier said oh she had to use the restroom he had the nerve to ask why why did she have to use the restroom she should have waited when she went to the restroom there was nobody in line all of a sudden there were about 7 people in line just that fast and he said that in front of all of the customers and a lot of customers was upset with what he said what was she supposed to to go to the bathroom I guess she should have just pissed on herself so that she could ring up people I thought he was very rude and he was ignorant and if thats how you felt he should have never said that in front of paying customers I will never recommend anyone to ever go to Dollar Tree or work for Dollar Tree

Small store. Not the most organized. Only 2 lanes open for check out in the afternoon. Both lines were backed up into the aisle and it took 15 minutes to reach the cashier.

It was really dirty and unorganized. I couldnt find anything.

Always a long line and not enough cashiers. Most of the time the is only one. Several times to line was going down the aisle of the store and the manager refused to ring or address any of the customers concerns of standing in line so long.

Cashiers are quick and in order

Cashier was bitter and down right rude haggard old lady who threw my bag at me after I paid for my items.

The clerk they have working in there not quite sure if shes new or not but she is extremely rude heavy set African American lady with glasses I hate to see anyone lose their job but she doesnt deserve a job if she is going to be rude to customers
