Ombré Liquid Gel for $65 a bit lot for that set and I’ve never been here it’s very friendly staff and funny. They make you feel welcomed and free design on a two nails. Overall me and my sister had a great experience minus the price a bit too high for me.

I got a pedicure here today and everything was absolutely amazing. First of, when you first walk in, they will ask you to sanitize our hands with their automatic dispenser. They will then take your temperature. Second, the atmosphere is super relaxing with warm lights and soft music playing throughout the store. The salon is extremely clean and well kept, doesn’t smell like a typical nail salon with chemicals and all that stuff. I noticed after they were done with the stations, they immediately sanitize the area with alcohol. A regular pedicure, which was what I got was so thorough compare to other places that I went to. Not only did he rub my legs and feet with lemongrass sugar scrub for exfoliation, he gave me amazing massages with his hands AND hot stones. Yes, hot stones is included in every single pedi treatment. Staffs were super friendly and know what they’re doing, they can even do 3D designs. The price is affordable as well, nothing I haven’t seen before. Definitely check them out.

Not my 1st time here. I really enjoy their pedicure spa treatment. I chose lavender this time. Last time I tried white tea. The products they use smell nice, coupled with the attention given to the leg massages, very nice. The best part for me is the hot stones...looove. We were in worried about the COVID-19, so we wanted to try MiMi nails.I had a gift certificate from my birthday, I wanted to use it.I never went to MiMi nails before.What a surprise.! I’ve tried all the surrounding areas for my nails and feet.First of all the place is spotless.You are enclosed in plexiglass where every you sit. I suffer with arthritis in my feet, I got a foot message from a man who does reflexology. Wow, my feet feel so good.I never had a pedicure and message like that.The owner was so nice she gave us a gift for New Years.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.We will return again and again. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and i booked an appointment for 1:45 today and i called they said they were busy and too come back at 2:30 i didn’t make the 2:30 i was too busy so they asked me what time was good for me so i said 3:15 is fine i get there at 3:15 they take me in the guy is mid doing my nails ,removing them so i could get a new set. A few people walked in and Mimi came up to me and said can you come back at 5:00 these people already have been booked and handed me a 20% off card for when i come back. I never returned back today and i will never go back there again that was so completely unprofessional I’ve never experienced nothing like it.

I have found right spot. One of my best recommended me to try this Spa and I am so happy to find this Escape Day Spa and Bar. They offer free Cappuccino, Espresso, Coffee, Green Tea and much more drink I dont even know. I have seen them using all disposable files buffs and sanitized tools packed in individual pouch, they are very well sanitized and clean. Staffs are very kind and professional. Specially they are not speaking in their native language in the place. They offered me free cappuccino while I am getting my feet done. They deserve 5 stars and highly recommended.

They are the worst..... I sat in the massage chair for an hour waiting for my turn. I was told the wait time was half an hour. Walked out after an hour because the owner and workers were taken other walk in customers because what they wanted was fast and easy. They will next see me again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.They have the worst customer service. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....They will demand the amount of tip you have to give to them even if the job was not worth a cent.Also, they will not treat ever customer the same.... they will make you wait and take other customer if they want something easy and fast.Just what happened to me I waited for an hour for a massage when I was told the wait was a half hour. I walked out after an hour and they requested a 5 dollar tip just to be seated in the massage chair soaking my feet. I laughed and walked out without given them a cent. MY LAST WORDS TO THEM WAS... YOU JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER.

Came here on a Sunday and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere and the screens showing fun and beautiful ladies dancing to catchy Asian pop music. I didnt have an appointment but they let me in anyway and for a very reasonable price I had pretty nails and felt totally relaxed by the wonderful massages and clean utensils they use. I will ALWAYS be going here from now on!

I have been going to the salon since it open. In the last few times I have gone, they rush the service. I was getting the gel nail manicure, normally they soak your hands in warm water. It didnt happen... I got the color changing gel and before the lady put the polish on. I told her three times that was not the color. Afterwards she realized it was the wrong color. She got the owner and the owner didnt say much. I told her she was lucky, that I like the color. The owner didnt even apologize. On this day, I felt rush and the service was very poor.

Went to visit my family in Henrico, Virginia and visited an Escape Nails and Day Spa with my girlfriend. A few weeks later we went to Cherry Hill Mall and saw this place on our way back home. My gf needed to get her nails done so we went here since our experience at Henricos Escape Nail and Spa was amazing! The service was extraordinary and they are always welcoming unlike many of the nail salons weve visited. Everything is sparkling clean and even I was relaxed. I was not a paying customer, I was just waiting for my other half to finish with her mani/pedi but I enjoyed my time there waiting. Employees are respectful keep delightful converations.Pay this place a visit if you are around the area and I will definitely come again.
